Jason was extremely helpful and professional. He understood my requirements and helped me work through some further questions I had regarding future vehicle maintenance.The service, as always, was done quickly and professionally.

Lincoln sent me a letter informing me that my vehicle had 2 factory recalls. The dealership claimed they had the ability to fix the problem. After keeping my vehicle for one day they claimed they were wrong and actually needed to order the parts for the factory recalls. I took my vehicle home, still needing to be repaired. That was 2 months ago and they never contacted me again.
