Company came and towed a vehicle, off of private property. Having no entry code to gate, proceeded to enter behind another vehicle ( Illegal by Texas Business & Commerce Code �9.609) for repossession although vehicle has been paid off for multiple years, throughout which employee seemed to make fun of not making payments on paid off car. When contacted, were informed that it was due to out of date registration despite not receiving proper notice. Employee proceeded to drag vehicle with brake still engaged through parking lot. When confronted with their mistake the alibi was fear for life. Staff is unprofessional and lies about interactions to inflate their defense, lenders who use this service beware of shady practices.

Went to pick up my car....first noticed they took my plates off..had to wait over an hr for the driver to bring them back...because he kept them in his truck...then realized the back bumper was hit. Woman there tried to tell me we did it.....also all my gas was gone ...so someone drove it in the 3 days they had it....Lil things were also taken from inside....do not trust this company!

Star was very nice... I understand its a recovery company but not to allow a person to get important belongs out there vehicle knowing you will not be open til Monday when it the weekend . You never know if they had meds that is needed daily. That was my problem with the company. Even the police tried to call to get my belongings out. I could not drive off in the car when you got it lifted up in the air.

They come and steal your vehicle behind your back with all your belongings in it and don't let you get your stuff back they're nasty people I was at Walmart one day I seen this poor old lady going to Walmart to get her prescription she comes out to find out To find out they stole her vehicle with all of her stuff in it and she don't know what happened where it went and it's crying in tears now you tell me How these can be good people when they take People's belongings They're the same as thieves
