Worst Experience. August 1rst got a quote, Don Informed me Parts I needed, ordered parts, ended up being wrong parts, he said a different part, ordered that, AGAIN was not enough $1300 later still same issue with car he was supposed to order correct part and never called back. It was so hard to get ahold and communicate with him. I had to show up there. I am big in supporting local. But this was definitely the worst experience and a lot of money wasted. he never tried making it right or contacting me back with part update.NOTE: for response. I have a copy via email of Invoice part names, DON said it was the correct ones and he installed it and found out that was not the correct part that was causing the issue. So please don't blame the customer for "Getting incorrect part order" take some accountability. As stated, he never reached out when he was supposed to order more parts. Highly recommend to not waste time here.

This shop is amazing. My husband took our Ford Explorer there a few weeks ago because our ac went out. I asked on Calallen group and Donny messaged me! We dropped the car off and it was ready the same day! We are so thankful for their speedy and amazing quality of service, they helped get our babies out of this heat super fast. We definitely recommend this place and will be going there from now on for all of our auto needs!Thanks guys for your amazing work!

They did a very poor job on replacing my steering wheel column and created more problems and couldn't resolve them and charged a lot of money. and didn't no electrical work to fix it. Never again with them cost to much for a used column they suck!!!!!??

AC compressor went out on older vehicle, and was a little more pricey than I remember from the last time I bought an AC compressor for another vehicle, but then again that was over 10 years ago! Was treated very fairly and thought I got a fair shake plus it comes with a lifetime warranty! Great job and very happy with the results!! Thanks!!

Bought a car from here cash and broke down immediately and went to take car to a dealership mechanic and the car was not fixable, they made the car to last like up to a month and they glued parts for a temporary fix just to sell it. It s a scam the owner who is trying to sell the cars here and yes I signed an as is form and that s my fault but they shouldn t fix cars up just to last enough to sell them to people so they can make their money and we as people take a loss while they gain. Lost $7,000 and spoke to owner and all he can tell me is that i signed the form and hung up. Do not buy cars from this little dealership.

They didn t have the Oil or filter in stock. Had to wait for an auto parts store to deliver it before they could start the oil change.The man who changed my oil left large oil footprints all over my drivers seat floor mat, and oil handprints on the inside handle of my door.And no sticker to indicate the next pile changeWill not go backService: Oil change

Daughter spend close to $7000.00 to fix vehicle and they did get it going but it shuts off while you are driving it. They said they could not figure it out to take it to dealership. Car never shut down while driving it.

Very professional and nice. Went to him for a second opinion after the dealership told me what issues they thought I had, and he diagnosed the problem (correctly) and fixed it for me cheaper than my dealership, and were able to do an amazing detail on my car. So glad to have meet Don @ Wood river Auto. He's the most honest mechanic around, I drive from Corpus for any mechanical issue because I know he's going to do the job right and at an extraordinary reasonable price. I'd rate 10 stars if I could.

This man is a joke! He got my hummer impounded due to me not having cash for last payment. I don t recommend this place at all. Rude service. He had no right to impound after we paid money. He s petty and one ugly person. Lawsuit coming soon.

Bolts were left loose and missing, engine would not run correctly ,still doesn't ,drove my bill up as high as possible. My worst experience ever from a repair shop, still trying to fix all the things they did wrong will never go back ,be careful!!!!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair
