Nice place, maybe a little small, but still has a large selection. Needed some lime green plasti-dip spay and this was the only place in town that had it. Really glad I didn't have to order it online for double the price.

I was not happy with the service here at all. They had my car for a while and couldn't fix it, and they still charged me over 500 for doing nothing to my car it left with the same problem it had. They even threatened that if I didn't pay, they would not give me my car back. When I got there to get my car, I was harassed over and over to sell my car to him even after I had said no the first time. This place is very unprofessional they left the inside of my car, so dirty, and they stained my mats. They didn't lay any paper down to protect them. They also left a stack of stapled papers in my car of other people's personal information for their vehicles they were working on. I do not recommend this place to anyone. After speaking to a neighbor, he said he had experienced the same thing and ended up losing his truck to them.

My walk behind trimmer mower lost a bolt for the muffler. Went in and immediately got help from the service desk, located to the right when you walk in the door. He came out to the car and looked at it and knew what I needed right away. He found the bolt in the back and another guy found a nut. Only took about 5 minutes total. I paid at the register in the front by the door and was out the door with the part to fix my mower. Only cost $3.55.

They have everything the I would make my top choice in tools, paints, equipment, batteries, knives, and just about anything else I can think of. Super friendly service!

$600 I was called told my mower was ready I go to pick it up and the guy is getting the forklift to load my mower if you fixed it I'm riding it on the trailer but it didn't run carburetor is leaking throttle cable it's not connected after they take it out I was told the new carburetor was $400 so I said no now they're calling me to bring them a pair of pliers a left on my machine

For those parts that you know your Grandpa would say only they got it there.. Plenty of small engine and generator parts and much more.

I don't feel they take their customer service very seriously. I bought a battery there that was defective, and they would not let me exchange it. The manager was very rude to me. Did not care about my situation at all. This was a 100 lesson to never go to Western Auto again.

The people here are very nallejable. And can help you with many different needs. More more repairs. Also, parts for weed eaters, new weed eaters. They have chainsaws and reasonable prices.

The service writer Mr Danny does not listen to me the customer he does what he wants to do and that was not the problem with the car 3 times I took back the car and it was never fixed correctly,,Very unhappy with the car service I received, spent $739.88 and my car still has the problem I went in with and the ineve 9 ser trutt of is rsonot doi vehicles there for repairs!!!

Great place! I go in there often because I manage maintenance at a trailer park down the road. They usually have a lot of stuff in stock that I can't find at other places.

Went to get my vehicle inspected. Didn't wait long. Western auto has many different services and products to sale. Polite and professional customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

Last time I go here as well. The grouchy old man out back was rude. The lady made a smart comment in a nice way. Took too long with my equipment and when I called so I can pickup my item they all of sudden got to it. After two weeks... Smh

One of the only true Hardware stores left in the city. Just like when I was a kid, going there is always a treat. Lots of things to explore, friendly and helpful staff to quickly help you.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER take your car here. Worst experience ever. They did work on my car that I didn't agree to have done keeping my car for days and wanting to charge me nearly $1000.00 more than the agreed price. When they were finally finished and pulled my car out of their service bay, the front bumper was crushed in and nobody knows anything about it. Crooks, liars and cheats.

This hardware store always has what I need. I'm always repairing something around the house. And Western Auto always seems to have just what I need. The clerks are super knowledgeable and can help you with anything. Plus their automotive mechanics are ASE certified. Stop in, if you need help with your lawn mower or your car. Great place.

I looked at quite a few places for a middle bracket to hold up a large curtain rod. Finally decided to try here. When I was young they always had everything. Sure enough they did. All the workers I dealt with were so polite and helpful. I will be going back.

Good smaller hardware store NOT a big box operation. Friendly service. If they don't have what you need in stock they can usually order it. That includes parts for older model lawn care equipment. They even have hidden gems you may never of thought about.

My favorite place to walk around and see what they have. There is such a wide selection of things from kitchen to bathroom, tools , boating items pet items . Best customer service in town. Always some one ready to help. When it comes to nuts, bolts, plumbing supplies whatever they have people there that have knowledge and can help you make a decision on what you need to get to do a job. They will even go beyond what you ask and ask you do you have this because they know you will need it to complete your job . Love this place. Wish they still had Popcorn!

Fantastic place. Get lawn/garden part there all 5he yom. Have a great hardware area we almost everything you could want. Stopped by the other day just to drop off a UPS package. Great place. Great people. Highly recommend

What can't this place do? They fix small engines, do state inspections, will align your wheels, cut keys, etc. They have the feel of the old time hardware store and everyone who works there is always incredibly helpful. Numerous times I've gone in with a rough idea of how I wanted to do a project and they knew exactly what I needed. They're life savers!

I called to see if thay had any N95 or better respirator filters in the store for a project I'm working on and customer service was lacking. The woman I spoke had a bad attitude, as well as manners. I usually have great customer service but today was not one of those times

Wonderful shopping and i hate to shop employees are eager to help you with anything at all great selection of things from cleaning supplys to lawn mower parts and new lawn mowers, household repair items and tools and fittings for just about anything. The prices are a touch above other places but we'll worth it with the selection of items and the kind and helpful employees.
