Wish i knew the name of the girl who did my tires. She did a great job even rechecking the torque on each lug nut after driving it and parking it. Very pleased with her work. Thank you who ever you are.

Fantastic help from Mark and Jacob in the auto service department! So helpful and patient and caring. They may have been doing their job being helpful and patient, but caring is quality all its own. I m a very satisfied customer with a new set of auto tires. It took less than the estimated time AND they phoned me when it was finished. Thanks, guys!

It was in the afternoon that I went to get a new battery. 2 guys from automotive & 1 cashier & it took 10 minutes just to acknowledge me! I understand there was an issue w another customer that ya'll were trying to address but you never leave a customer at the counter like that w out telling them I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU, JUST A MOMENT MA'AM. Something ya'll!!

What s the point in making an auto appt when you re just gonna pull all the walk ins before me anyway??And the older associate at checkout is obviously miserable. The guys asked if I had paid in advance so I went inside to do so and she said I couldn t. I was like k then why did they ask if I did? And she just threw her hands up and walked away. Like okay Brenda, go get a snickers.

Service was par, waited over 3 hours to replace one tire that was already off the car. Best pricing for tires and car batteries.

Awful. I went to get 2 new tires. Was told they'd be done in an hour. Went to pizza place next door, dragging my kid, then shopped. 2 hrs later & they hadn't even moved my car. I asked why I was told less than an hour when my car never moved an inch. No answer. The man who checked me in refused to make eye contact, just went to grab a popsicle, then out to lie to more customers. Waste of 2 hours for me & my kid. So I still don't have tires. Go somewhere else.

Don t get your oil change at this location unless you want to wait 2 hours. Only 2 vehicles were ahead of mine so there was no reason for them to take this long. I have never waited this long at a Walmart Autocenter until today.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Took over an hour and my car was ready in less then 30 min. Rude guy told me 35-45 min. When I finally went up there to pay for my stuff. My car was all a sudden ready. In the words of the cashier oh they just finished ur car as he grabbed the paper with my info.

Called, no answer. Walked in, nobody at the counter. Pressed the button for service and waited another ten minutes before someone finally shows up with a facial expression like I was bothering him at home.

Took a little long for an oil change but you can t beat the price. I would recommend this location to others who are willing to wait a bit. They do have a waiting area inside and you could also just check out Walmart while you wait. The auto care techs where professional and my car returned to me how I left it.

The tire service was slow. I just needed a flat tire repaired. I ordinarily wouldn't come to Walmart to fix but it was on a Sunday and most tire shops don't open early. I figured showing up early to Walmart to get it fixed would be quick, not at this place. Expect to wait over 2 hours for a flat tire to be fixed, that should only take 30 mins max.

I need to give a shout-out to Ernesto and Patricia in the auto center, these two were excellent in assisting us with our car needs and were very personable and went above and beyond to have our needs met! I can tell you that this store is my family s new favorite place to go for not just an oil change but tires as well! It s employees like them that made my day and trip to Walmart a pleasant experience!! Ernesto, that young man is so polite and very patient in answering all my questions!

Great battery prices and $0 install earns two stars. However, a two hour wait for a battery install is totally unacceptable, especially with no forewarning. Recommend avoiding if there is anywhere else you would rather be.

Dropped my car off to have the tires replaced. Not only did it take 9 hours to get to, they weren't able to put the tires on. Also my car came back with a deep scratch. In their defense, they were very apologetic and said they'd never had a problem with tires like they had with mine, so maybe my experience wasn't representative of their service.

First time bringing my car here and it was awesome!! From the customer service to the time they took to change my car's oil everything was amazing. I was in town from Weslaco,Tx and really had a positive experience. Thank you to everyone for getting the oil change fast & professionally! WILL COME BACK in the future if ever need to.

I needed wiper blades on my 2015 Buick Enclave. I went in and told the lady what I needed and she asked if I wanted her to put them on. I said sure as there was no extra charge. She had them on in not time. Great job. This made a believer out of me. Thank you. I will be back to have my oil changed.

It was a bad experience. The receptionist cursed at me and hung up on me..the mechanic was rude and refused to fix my tire because he said he didn't feel like it

They have very friendly staff...it s just I m not so sure about how competent they are. The guy who changed my light bulb didn t know the socket was still attached. We had to keep going back and forth and back and forth to auto zone before they finally told us at auto zone that originally we had the correct light, just the kid didn t know the socket had been attached. All he needed to do was take the old light out of the socket. He didn t know that basic thing. Wasted 2 hours of our time on something so simple and then charged us :/

Took my car in for oil changedand tire to be looked at, when I got in my car after it was done my tire was still at the same psi .I asked did you check out the tire and check the other tires I was told yes ! Bought a power sport battery, came defective. Per the return they had to get 2 managers. Swapped it out for the only one left on the shelf. Before I reached the exit i realized the bolts were missing and the battery was used. Upon returning it for the 2nd time, 2 managers are required again. I've now spent over an hour here. Employee and manager both seemed like I was inconviencing them. An hour later I'm leaving with a return.

Great help, today. Got in line for a battery check, free... checked on the warranty, hassle free... and didn't have the receipt, but the associate made it easy to find what we needed... thank you for all your help!!! Should be leaving, very soon, with a new battery!!!

Called into confirm if they can install my new tires, they said they could. I arrived and waited 2 hours only for the manager to say he cannot install them. Wasted my time completely. Avoid this location at all cost.

Quoted 3 hours for a simple oil change. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for being busy. Four and half hours later, my car is still in the same spot. Still waiting...

Brought in a Single Tire and Wheel, Got my ticket Waited an hour thirty, nobody even glanced at it.Ok i get it i gotta wait my turn.. But a Single wheel and tire lolThis wouldn't bother me so bad if the Ginger looking employee talking to the kid on the register saying "you think i should help him, snickering as he speed walks passed me desperately trying to avoid eye contact.I think I'm a Mechanic because i change oil - tires and headlights.. Lol Smh F@$king Joke.

So i was in need of a new tire and the guy who was taking information from me said they were out of stalk of type of tire i asked for but quickly said we might have same size i need in clearance sale sure enough he found one put it on and i was good to go thank you i recommend this place very helpful worker

Communication is horrible, I get a oil change and they will finish working on your car and not tell you when its done. I have to go out side and look around to see my car parked and finished, when they just could've told me it was done instead of waiting unnecessarilyService: Oil changeService: Oil change
