I will never come here to get an oil change here again. I have been here for an hour and I'm the only car in the whole service area. The car was done but the app said still in service, had to ask if it was finished.

Over 2 hours wait for an oil change when there was only 1 car ahead of me, when I got up to check they were working on oil changes for other cars that got there after me!! If your time is valuable don t come here

Email said my tire order is delayed. Have called the local auto center several times with no answer. Can't get an ETA on the tire delivery or install. Will likely have to cancel & go to discount tire instead for a much quicker service.

This place is horrible I made a appointment online for 11am I got there 10:40 I waited for the guy to come up to me and he never did so I went inside and told the lady I have a appointment at 11 she was rude told me to go park oil change spot which I already did so I go back outside wait for the man still was ignoring me the other guys kept telling him someone here he was rude to them and he still kept ignoring me then the other guy ask me what do I need and I told him I have appointment at 11 for a oil change then he tells the other guy who was ignoring me finally the guy who was ignoring me told I already put 2 cars in long wait there only 2 other guys I went to take 5 oil change it took then 20 minutes there there was only 2 guys there I won t ever came here.

I popped a tire on one of the many potholes in Corpus Christi. Luckily, I had run flats and was able to make it to Walmart tire center. Hunter, the team lead, stepped up and took care of me. This guy is amazing and needs to be recognized. The store needs some more workers so if you know anybody that wants to work under a good person, send them here. They got me taken care of and back on the road to Houston. Thanks for saving the day Hunter!

Waited 5 hours with 1 person ahead of me to rotate and balance my tires. Rude employees and long wait times wouldn t recommend them at all.Service: TiresService: Tires

I experience the same situation as others has commented about a 3 hour wait to change1 tire. I feel that customers came after me but was service prior to me. I would recommendthat you file a complaint with the corporate office and the store manager. They need toimprove there customer service. It has reallywent down hill. That is the primary reason Istop using their service.

I got here at noon and was the third person in line. After waiting 20 minutes, someone asked me to move my car to the parking lot and said someone would be right with me. For 30 minutes, I watched 6 cars pull into the waiting line and all got seen before me. When the lady finally got to me, she apologized for the wait and said she didn't know how long it would take because there were so many people ahead of me. After two hours of waiting in the store, I went to go check on my car and a serviceman told me there were 7 cars ahead of me and it would not be ready until 5pm. Do not come here unless you enjoy waiting all day.

Take way too long. Came to change my tires, when I arrived there was only at most 2 cars in front of me but while I was waiting I saw how many people who arrived after me were out way before I was. Waited about 3 hours just to get 2 tires. Would not recommend.

They stay pretty busy. It's best to call and make an appointment. They do put tires on, oil changes, and much more. They have a waiting area while you get your service done on your vehicle. There isn't a restroom right by the waiting area. But there is one by electrics and at the front entrance. They are normally nice to ya.

I don't know what is up with the tire center at Wal-Mart in San Antonio and Corpus Christi. Called about 6 stores at 10am on a Monday. They never answered Discount Tire answered pretty quickly.

I asked the person who was taking my information for the oil change that I was getting how much it would be and he only told me one price when I get inside I see that there is two different prices. I asked why I was being charged the higher price when I only asked for an oil change he told me that I could switch services to the lower price and I did. When he came back inside after changing the ticket he was complaining to the front desk person about how two customers change their minds and that he had to be running back and forth to tell the mechanics about it or something when I corrected him that he only told me the one price he apologized but I guess that was because he didn't see that I was sitting right in front of him.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rating: !Don t ever go to this place. Full if incompetent staff. I recommend you go to Greg Mazurek Shell down the road. Waiting for 1 1/2. They did not service my car and left me waiting with out notification. 90 mins wasted.

They dont even got anything to help the customers and it really sucks!The manager is not willing to help the people rather than helping the customer out he was telling its my fault and I was with a Flat tire on the highway 77 walmart for almost an hour and a half.. I had to call my friend to help me out standing outside the walmart.. this needs to be reported to the higher authority..Its been a couple of Days i have changed my tires and this is the service.

Did a horrible job. Didn t even put cap back on and had oil spilt everywhere under the hood. That s because they were not even busy. Do not recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Bought tires online for in store pickup and installation.Online Process was smooth and easy.The store process was frustrating, unnecessarily convoluted, and poorly executed.They are cheaper but don't do it - you'll be sorry, like I am.

Takes too freaking long to get a tire put on. Heading out of town for work, hit something in the road, unavoidable. Get ready to wait 4 hours.

I get my battery, oil change and my tires from Walmart...I use my vehicle for work and drive across state ..Everytime I used Walmart i have a great experience never had any issues i highly recommend....

Worst place ever to get an oil change it literally take 30-40 minutes to do an oil change it took Walmart 3 and a half hours. I won t ever come back to get my tires or oil changes here any more. They take to long and there staff is rude. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would

Horrible got there at 6:30 and no one was there and it says they'll close at 8pm and when I asked some other employees they'll said that they closed around 7pm and sometimes even earlier so pretty much they don't have a particular time which they close they close whenever they feel like it
