it may be a fluke but I have never left the service department satisfied.when I first acquired the vehicle, during a test drive the salesperson notes the clutch was slipping. This should have been remedied prior to the car being for sale.When I did receive my vehicle it was a quart short of oil. I was rear ended by a hit and run driver later that day upon returning from the dealership.my tires were installed backwards and they shrugged it off.An AC recharge took from 10:30 until 6:30. Moreover, as soon as I got home a gasket underneath the temp sensor seemed to have succumbed to the pressure and leaked coolant everywhere.I am not sure it's something that can be improved. German engineering and thought is one of a polite, when not terse professionalism. I think American service techs are incapable of such a disposition

I was on the highway and something flew up and hit my windshield and caused small crack. I went directly to Volkswagen whom dealt with it in a timely fashion. Greatly satisfied. Cost was low. They also came to my house once finished shuttled me to pick up car. Now that's great customer service.

They took the car in per the appointment. Although it was for a recall they ran free diagnostics. They even washed my car and vacuumed around my travel items. Staff was friendly and professional. They sent findings via email but did not attempt up sale which I appreciated after waiting for two hours. After review of the listed items the estimate did not appear competitive with other providers. However, that did not diminish all other aspects of what i feel was exceptional service.

Customer service was great today. They took care of me and made my wait comfortable! I wish I could remember the young man s name bemuse he has by far been the most hospitable employee I have experienced on your team. All I know is that he worked in another area and was new to the position.

Great service experience. Service advisor did a good job of keeping me updated of what was going on, what was suggested for Service and the cost of each along with detailed information about repairs. I did get a full detail on my vehicle; it had not been cleaned in several years. Considering the starting point for the detail, the outcome was very good.

Jose with your Service Department does a polite and professional job every time I visit your facilities. He is very knowledgeable about any vehicle and assists in all details to get the repairs completed just as quickly as possible. If I were the manager of a vehicle service department, I would certainly want him on my team. He is excellent!!!!!!!

I have never trusted anyone to honestly work on my vehicle and fix exactly what was wrong. If you buy from Volkswagen of Corpus Christi,please take advantage of the service department.

Best experience I ve had with the VW service department that I ve had of the many I ve had in a little over a year and a half. Faith was courteous, professional and she could sense my frustration from previous visits where the issue was not resolved. She is the ONLY one in the service department that has followed up on my extended warranty coverage and it turns out that it will cover a major oil leak my vehicle had been suffering from. Last time in November, I was quoted $3600 in repairs with no mention of warranty coverage. I will only work with Faith in future visits to the department. We ll see how the resolution of this major repair goes.

Faith has been my service advisor both times I've had to take my vehicle in for something. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The service team does a great job, my car hasn't driven this smooth in months! And I love that I got a video from my service tech about what they found during the inspection and it wasn't just "trust me your filter is dirty" they showed me it was eventhough I had to be at work I didn't feel like anything was trying to get pushed through without actually needing to be done.

I visited the Corpus Christi Volkswagen dealership to check a light that came on. The employees in the service department were so warm and welcoming. They make me feel I m amongst family and friends every time I m there. They took care of the issue in reasonable time. While I was there, I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and was given great conversation from other employees in the sales department who enlightened me on some really awesome accessories available for my SUV. I love visiting the dealership and enjoying every experience I ve had there.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Maintenance routineEngine compartment was stained & printed with oil. But that s okay. I was able to properly clean it. Air filter replaced but screws not secured. Jose and Anthony are both, just lovely young men. Very polite and helpful especially to women who don t always understand what needs to be done with their cars. It is important they are trust worthy.The reason for four stars is unfortunately the mechanical department was unable to diagnose and properly fix the popping noise in my front end in one trip. Having to return again on another day and it s already costs $500 for things that didn t fix the noise.

Great customer service by the young lady service tech. She had me up and rolling very quickly. Awesome personality and caring attitude. Faith Hale understood I was on a time line and Faith worked with me and got out the service dept right on time. Thanks Faith greatly appreciated.

Jose helped me with everything I needed. Had just gone for a oil change. Even found nail on the tire and had it taken care of asap. Good inspection of the vehicle. Would definitely recommend the service here.

I always have a pleasant experience when coming to Volkswagen of Corpus Christi. I love that they provide a video of condition of my vehicle. It's remarkable!! They make sure to keep me updated on the progress of the vehicle and it's completion.

The staff all the way from the service technician to the store manager have been professional in their delivery of any information and advice they deemed imperative to my decision-making of my vehicle's care. They all cared enough to make me feel important, and as superficial as that may sound, it actually helps in the peace of mind one is looking for... and they strive to give that here

VW of CC service department is top notch for your VW service and repairs. The repairs to my Touareg were completed on time, everything was clearly explained to me, I wasn t pushed into any repairs that were recommended, and Joseph was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Also they cleaned up the areas where the work was being done. She s running like new again. Thanks!!

Randomly got a flat on the highway. VW roadside came to my rescue, and changed my tire. It was extremely easy to get a new tire at the dealership within the hour. The entire staff was extremely helpful! I was back on the road with a new tire an hour after getting a flat.

Devin was our sales man and when I tell you he was amazing he was amazing he was very patient with us, and he let us know our options on what we can get. It took a process to get what we needed and what we got approved for and we decided to get ourselves a 2023 Id.4 and we fell in love with the vehicle VW also helped us out with the charging port and let us know all of our perks with getting the vehicle all the people there are awesome but if you need a car get with Devin and he will take care of you! I got a next day appointment. As the service technician diagnosed my car issue he video taped it explaining everything and sent it to me! Wow that was excellent! I've never had that type of car service anywhere!

We Ended up scheduling an at CC Volkswagen appt after a bad experience at Volkswagen Mission. I called CC Volkswagen was given an appt immediately ( within 2 days) The young lady scheduling was extremely nice accommodating. We made the 2hr drive to CC for our 1030am appt. We drove up and were promptly greeted at the door. The young lady listened intently to our concerns and the vehicle was taken in to service immediately. We didn't know how long our vehicle would be in service (since we had a bad experience elsewhere in the past) so we rented a car. The dealership CC Volkswagen gave us a ride to pick up our rental. The previous dealership in Mission told us the job of changing the oil and doing a reset on the SOS would take over a week and half. That being said we made plans to stay in CC a few days. We got our rental ( 1130am) went to explore CC, eat lunch, hit up the mall and get dessert. At 230pm we received a text from the Service technician who had 15yrs experience with Volkswagen showing a detailed walk thru video of what had been done to our vehicle...WOW!!! All our concerns were addressed and taken care of within a matter of hours. The final call came in at 245 from service saying our vehicle was ready to go! Talk about professionalism and amazing customer service! We will definitely make the drive to CC Volkswagen for all future oil changes/or repairs.**As a side note Volkswagen Mission made us wait 3 weeks for an appt & after dropping off our vehicle lost our keys and were giving us the wrong vehicle. Huge red flags, reason why I took our vehicle and called CC Volkswagen! Highly recommend if you're in the RGV...do yourself and your VW a favor and drive to Corpus Christi!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto interior vacuuming
