Came in for oil change, service techs where timely but the personnel relaying message to customers were not very attentive to customers when messages needing to be relayed to service to customer. No mention of all communication was due over text. First impression , you could tighten up on your efficiency with personnel behind desks. Got here when open and thought service would have been a little more expedited. Hopefully next visit shows improvement.

3 Strikes and CC VW is out, they lied to me when I purchased a used car, they lied to me when I took my VWCc in for a checkup. Last week I took my CC in for a 4Motion service, added an oil change, they performed the usual checks and recommended a brake fluid change and pad, I authorized the fluid change, $650 later, I am told the car is ready, I show up and get in my car and multiple dash lights {codes} are active, I asked them to check it and what do they say, those were on when you dropped the car off . The car will never see that dealership again.

Look, I'm a diehard when it comes to Audi/ Porsche/ VW and we will always own one, but VW-CC kinda just keeps pissing me off and i am not getting my oil changed there again... Maybe its them, maybe its me, but when you tell me to drop in for 30 minute service and then, i sit for almost 2 hours now, well, we are not on the same page. San Antonio, see you next time. I'm kinda sad to say that, CC is where our Jetta lives too and it deserves a better service department

Great selection, decent show room. Initially everyone asked if help was needed, the minute we went to browse outside we were forgotten. 30 minutes later, we decided to check out another dealer.

My car is less than one year old and its been in the shop 3 times already. Once they kept my car for a week just to change some seals to the AC. Service here is very slow. Now they want me to pay $50 for a plastic cap that came off the bumper. Where's my warranty???

I had to reschedule recall service because they no longer have a shuttle service due to COVID-19.
