Brought car in for oil change- had a coupon for a different location that they wouldn't honor.Glad I didn't use them now since they have awful reviews anyways. The guys didn't seem interested in working today, so probably would've done shotty work.Won't take my car there.

On a Sunday after church I came here to get an oil change and wiper blades and was in and out in 10 mins. Technicians were friendly and helpful. They offer free car washes with an oil change. And Valvoline oil is a top-class brand. This where I'll start taking my family's vehicles.

Service was very poor. I had to ask them to check the air in my tires and and they didn t check anything else I also had to ask them to give me a sticker for my next oil change.Also I had a 50% off a conventional oil change and they couldn t honor it because they said they re not an official Valvoline oil change company.smh good I got out of the service was a free car washService: Oil change

Excellent service and carwash as well! Pricing is a tad high, but fair. The only thing you have to watch for is they've forgotten or decided not to do a good job of replacing all fasteners in the bottom engine guards on 2 of our vehicles. Both ended up dragging on the ground a day later.

I used this location a lot. I've never had bad service from them and the staff has always been very friendly. I went today to have the Platinum package done with full interior detail. The price was very good and the tot good working on my car really took their time with it and when it was done they walked around it with me to make sure I was satisfied before I left. I haga them both a tip as they didn't rush my car and made sure I was very happy with it. The have wax job was really good and I loved how it turned out. I will keep using these guys.

I ve been having all my household s vehicles oil changed here for years. Car wash was busy at the time so I figured I d come back later. After having had to be out of town a while, I came back today to be declined for the wash that is part of the service. Even after staff checked with a manager, I was declined for the wash because it expired. Nonsense! It s not a gallon of milk. Expired? Car washes are being built on every corner, and an oil change isn t that special either. So much for YEARS of loyalty...When dealing with just a basic commodity, it s service that sets a place ahead. I went in for a simple oil change but my experience was much more. Before coming here I called three other places and the quote prices where ridiculously overpriced for me ($65.-$85.) With a wait time that was unacceptable. I made an appointment with 1 and continued my search but cancel once I got in with Volvoine Express.Then I remembered Valvoline Express because I wash my car here I went there and got right in.As the technician was changing my oil he also topped off all my fluids he checked my air filters and replace it and one thing I didn't expect, he checked my wiper blades. I was already going to buy a new ones but the technician had it and replaced it at a cheaper price. Overview;*Oil Change includes a Free Car Wash*New Air Filter*A Wiper Blade (only needed 1) same cost as 2 blades in store.Allll for less than $65.

Be careful! They said they check all fluids but they don t. I asked twice because I commute 2 hrs daily... my check engine light came on 3 days after oil change. Low coolant! They never check and I ve been going there for a year! Almost ruined my engine. Bold face lying to me to finish quickly! And they were Rude and very disrespectful to me, language!

Not all the functions work. I don't recommend anything more than the $8 wash. Other items just do not wash car like they use to. My front car is still dirty and has caked on bugs. In the past with all functions and rags working, I did not HAVE this problem. Also machine rushes my car out fast. Including the dry cycle. Sad to know the owner does not value the customers money like before. However, I trust Dan with my car and his staff under his authority. He makes sure my car gets the safe and respectable care it needs for my son and I, every time we come get oil change.

BE CAREFUL!!!!I was heading out of town for work one morning when I decided to stop by and have the oil changed on my company s fleet trucks. We use a fleet maintenance service to track the maintenance cost and monitor fuel usage on our vehicles. They only keep track of the expenses and pay the initial charge then we reimburse them for at the end of the month.I pulled up to the building as directed by the signs and noticed I was the only customer there. After waiting several minutes and not seeing any employees around I exited my vehicle and walked over to the car wash where the lube tech were at.I met with the technician and explained to him I only needed the engines oil change and that I didn t have much time. He assured me that he would get right on it and have it completed as quickly as possible.I went inside the lobby to wait for the work to be completed. After sitting there for a lot longer than it normally takes for an oil change I went to check and see if everything was all right. The manager advised yes it was, that he had just gotten all the approvals back that he needed. He then explained to me that he just happened to notice A few other things that he decided should be repaired also while I was there. therefore, he took it completely upon his self to seek that approval from the fleet maintenance also.After he added on a complete set of wiper blades, the inside cabin air filter and engine intake air filter, The cost went from $89 to over $200. I had not requested or authorized him to perform any additional maintenance other than the oil change and filter. The windshield wipers he was wanting to replaced or just replace less than 30 days prior to this and we re still working perfectly fine.I informed him that I did not appreciate him pursuing additional authorizations without my request. I Was lucky that none of the additional work had been completed yet was lucky that none of the additional work had been completed yet, and was able to stop it. He was visibly upset when I had him contact the maintenance company and return the PO amount back to what I had originally authorized.I will not bring any of our company (or personal) vehicles back to this shop or any other Valvoline auto Lube.

Just an"OK" place to get an oil change. I didn't get the impression either one of the guys wanted to be there or even earn their wages. The guy upstairs wouldn't face me when he was asking questions about the truck so he had to repeat himself numerous times. I guess we could write it off to the heat. Also asked them to lube my truck and the answer was"if it has any fittings". Then in a minute he tells me either his lube gun is not working or they are full because nothing came out. I guess I'll look elsewhere next time

Service was great, but do not be mislead, this is NOT a valvoline even though their business title may portray it as one. I waited to get my oil changed until valvoline had a coupon, came in today and tried to use coupons of which they did not accept because they are not part of valvoline as they only use valvoline products.

DO NOT use this place they charged me 150$ dollars and did not tighten my oil cap I m very lucky I caught it before my engine seized up on my Cadillac. I contacted a manager, George was extremely unhelpful and tried to blame this on me somehow. Save yourself money and time and go somewhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The attendant at the car wash informed me that, there was no guarantee, that the bugs would be cleaned off of the front of my truck.Yup, after a $15 wash my truck is still dirty. Thanks for nothing.I ll find another car wash that does not mind pre-scrubbing the front of my vehicle with a brush (takes two minutes to do).Good luck staying in business when your employees are too lazy to brush the cars as they enter the wash.I won t be going back.

I have no problem with the oil change service, but through that service, I received a car wash. I was unable to have the wash done on the day of the oil change; thus I was given a rain check. I was not told that I had to return within a week, or would receive no wash. I returned several weeks later -- I am very busy -- and I hoped to get my very dirty car washed. Instead, I GOT HUMILIATED. The employee at the car wash intake area, not content simply to tell me that my rain check was void (that's a problem in itself, since a reputable business would have made the time limit clear), decided that I needed a good mocking, too. So he and several other employees gathered around to laugh at the fact I had shown up for a wash. Yes, OK, I am ignorant and a loser...because I fell victim to an arbitrary, anti-consumer limit on make-up car washes. But I don't really think I needed the mocking. I am done with Valvoline and with "Carisma" [sic] Car Wash. The customer service is a bad as I have ever received at any place of business: clearly, the primary function of customers at "Carisma" is comic relief. I am confident that this will not matter in the least to Carisma, but perhaps it will matter to other consumers: this is a place at which you will be held in contempt.

After my boyfriend bought his 2013 Sonata, we took it to Valvoline for an oil change. Full synthetic oil, got the air filter and cabin filter replaced $150. Last Thursday my boyfriend gets 2 minutes up the road and the engine locks up. We get it towed to the repair shop, and the mechanics tell us there is no oil leak or evidence of oil burning. Valvoline charged us for 4.9 quarts of oil and the engine oil had 2. Their carelessness is now costing us $5600 and they refuse to take responsibility.

Friendly staff - they carry Mobile 1 & Asmoil as an option which is nice as most Valvoline s don t. That being said they also don t accept Valvoline coupon codes. I didn t care, I ll use it on the next one. These guys were great. Got the job done, did it right + with a friendly attitude. Thanks!

I took my fleet truck there for standard oil change. They take advantage of this, they know the max amount to charge before an authorization is required and charge that amount for an oil change. Plus employees dont really care to work there and it shows....

The past two times I ve been they ve always been super great and helpful. Unfortunately, my last visit they said that nothing is guaranteed to come off and the apparent manager did not want to help me out with the bird poop on the hood because that s their policy. This will be the last time I take my car to this location and I would avoid it as well if you have a darker vehicle.

I changed my oil here for synthetic oil and after i noticed lifters tapping very loud when start so this time i went to good year an got the pennzoil synthetic and my car engine sounds new and very quiet. I don't know if the oil is cheap or not synthetic but don't waste your money

Just paid $79.95 for a Buick enclave oil change. Was told I wasn't in in Illinois today. I believe I was majorly taken to the cleaners by this business. Would not recommend

Very nice man who runs this. The dealer had goofed and had not set my car's computer when the oil was changed, and this man caught that. Had a few things done that were much less expensive than the dealer. Will be taking the car back to this shop!

Frank made my Saturday morning!! I was told at a Valvoline in San Antonio that my belt was severely deteriorated and needed to be changed out ASAP or else I d be stranded on the side of the road. Frank reassured me nothing was wrong with it. What to expect when a belt is deteriorating. They saw a young lady like and took advantage. Lesson learned to be more in touch with my vehicle. Thanks Frank!!

I work here. Just started back in February and I can honestly say that we have great Service people and are very polite and courteous to all our customers. Why they come back.
