Juan Gussoni is more than five stars! He is honest, he is about the customer, he helped me when not many could it would. He stayed continuous, following up with me properly (not harassing) sending photos I qualified for, asking the right questions. I know business, I know people. His character and customer service is great, as was all the staff there. I m VERY IMPRESSED!!! Thank you Juan and thank you Tricolor. Now I know why your stars are so high!!! Keep up the outstanding work!

I was just going in to look, but Vanessa really good care of me and was able to fine me a really nice truck and she gave me a good deal and got really good payments on it. I would recommend her to everyone I know and 10/10 service

This car lot is the most untrustworthy car lot I have ever been to. I have bought several cars in the past from different car lots and never have I had somebody lie to me so much. They said they were not gonna make hard inquiry on my credit report and they did. They also told me that the down payment would be less than what they asked for when I got there. They also said that the payments would be a certain amount, and when I got there, they told me that amount would be biweekly Causing it to be double what they said monthly. Now they blowing up my phone and hanging up because I am asking about the inquiry that I did not authorize. Stay away from this car lot!!

Juan Gussoni was super helpful, he was able to get us into something we actually wanted, rather than going to any other lot and having to settle for something we wouldn t want to drive! I have to say I love the few friends I have. I want to say thank you to my best friend Val, she did not hesitate to help get a car. See I m recently divorced and my X took everything, I didn t know where or how I was going to get a vehicle and she was the only who reached out and offered to help me. Warning please check the fine print they make it seem all nice and ended up a lie :/ getting home the same day I got it engine and trans lights went off. They gave me the run around for 2 months getting my plates today. I had to take it to get diagnosed myself at jeep and now they say my claim is not taken by the insurance company that supposedly covers so much

Denis Tellez did an awesome job today. He put my family and I in an amazing car and with a payment we can afford. Everyone who work their were amazing and courteous.If u are looking for a vehicle go speak to Mr. Tellez you will not be disappointed.

Update : I haven t had my car more then a year and I have a lot of problems with it first week I had it the battery was bad so I had to purchase a new one. Few months go by and my car doesn t want to go past 60 mph went to go get it checked and they said it was the engine that I needed a new one I do not drive the car anymore it sits in my parking lot and they expect me to still pay it when i can t do nothing with the car. lesson learned go look for a car else where because I guarantee you in a couple of months your vehicle will be having problems as well.Liz was amazing the process was quick and easy ! They are all so friendly I felt really welcomed anyone in need of a vehicle I recommend tricolor I am really satisfied with what they got me into !

They do have a lot of nice be careful what you buy they get them from auctions and they turn around and sell them take it to a mechanic first have them check it. Watch out for that we sell much you have to pay three times if you do bi-weekly their warranty does not cover electrical they do not tell you that.
