I waited 4 to 5 months to write this review - just to make sure my suspicions were correct. Just got done being taken care of at another establishment and it was much better.2 stars because it was fast. But otherwise, I would not recommend Take 5. They seemed like vultures - trying to recommend I purchase things I didn t currently need. I only came in for an oil change and was charged over $100. The other place I just went to only charged $80.

Fast, nice and very helpful. Even included a 10% coupon. Very friendly. Waiting a bit for other customers but that was expected. Once they got to us, our oil change took maybe 5 minutes and even changed our airfilter. Offered us cold water on a hot day and was very informative about future visits and which oil would suit us best.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. :) They made sure I understood everything they were doing and why. I did not get the name of the woman that was helping me, but she was great! As was Julian. (I think that was his name).I have never been to a Take 5 location that was as polite as this one. Service was speedy as well.Thank you!!

Called ahead of time to confirm correct oil for my diesel truck, because last time I was there for almost 3 hours after they drain the oil they were out of oil and had to go from shop to shop to get 13 quarts. So, I called ahead of time told yes, then when I drove up asked again about the correct oil for my truck, told yes. Waited 45 mins, then told they were out!!!!!! I will NEVER GO THERE again. Told sorry, so what!!!! I asked twice and lost over 45mins plus drive time and stress.

The people seemed knowledgeable and mostly friendly, once I was acknowledged but....I thought if I went early (before 8 am) it would be fast... but no it was not. Then idk if they left something loose but my car leaked oil afterwards when it did not previously. Then it was more expensive than where I normally went and "recommended next oil change less months/ miles than my usual place/ oil too."

Excellent customer service! Employees were all professional, friendly, and courteous, my Jeep is running great now because of the amazing service I received! Keep up the great work and I can't wait until you open the Take 5 in Calallen!

We bring our fleet of 14 vehicles to this location and all of the staff are super friendly and take great care of us!!! Highly recommend anyone that needs an oil change or State Inspection to stop by and let them take care of you!!

Needed an oil change before driving out of town for the weekend, but wasn t going to have time to go get it done after work and decided to go during my one hour lunch break and was able to get it done in time. They were very efficient, informative and timely with their services and expertise. Have been going to Take 5 for almost 2 years and have not been disappointed. 1st I ever went was very impressed but since the have been very disappointed. Last 3 trips have turned into hour long experiences. This past trip was very busy and couldnt afford to wait that long. I specifically asked the people and they assured me they werent too busy to get me in and out. Over an hour later I finally had to driver off. Very ticked off as I am hungry, busy, and now I wasted the only time left to get needed oil change before trip. Needs management bad!!

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER get a state inspection done here!!!! Took three tries to get the inspection paperwork correct (they typed in the wrong license number, wrong county,...) Finally got the paperwork correct, but still can't renew online - DMV tells me that this inspection is NOT in the system so can't renew my plates online. I should have looked at the reviews! Been trying to get this fixed for SIX DAYS. JUST DON'T DO INSPECTION HERE!!! (Sad, because the people were great and I'm happy with the oil change.)

Normally this place is pretty good.. maybe they re having an off day . It I was sitting in my car trapped inside waiting for to be served. And then watch them help watch three people in the other bays who came after me must be an emergency or special membership.. who knows, been coming here for months and I did like this place

I love this place, this is going to be my go-to place for all future car inspections! The attitude of the techs were great, even humourous :) makes a tough day a little brighter.. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who did my inspection but we bonded a little over the love of BMWs, and the lets not talk about it made my day

This place is amazing!Offered me "ice cold water" as soon as I pulled up! I never have to get out of my car. The guy did NOT try to up-sale me on more expensive oil, he just told me what the difference between the two and made a suggestion. Didn't tell me I need more stuff, actually told me the blades, cabin filter and other things looked good!It felt like I was appreciated as a customer! All the guys there are SO NICE ..... good job to the management/ owners! Employees do well when they are treated well!

Good service. This location use to be under a different name. Since it has been a Take 5 location it has improved. I got my inspection done there recently and it was quick and efficient. Staff was great.

Manager very clearly runs a great crew, didn t drag things out longer, even told me I DIDNT have to replace certain things. Let me open my own hood which has a very weird opening system, which other mechanics have wasted both of our time not wanting to have me open the hood. Manager was amazing, I believe his name was drew but I wish I had payed better attention when he told me his name. Will be my go to place for oil changes for as long as I m Corpus Christi.

I went on a Sunday around 3:30 pm for a state inspection. I had been there twice before for an oil change and filter replacements. I was informed that the manager was busy with another customer and could not do my inspection. I returned on the following Tuesday around the same time and waited for my turn in the stall. After 20 minutes or so in the hot blazing sun the employee came over and informed me that the guys were leaving at 4:00 and only two would be on duty and they couldn t get to me in time and were going home. One car in the stall and one in front of me. Terrible customer service!! No consideration for my time. Rude!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Great staff from start to finish! Interactive, informative, and just plan understanding of what you need. Never pushed for additional thing, only informed with your options as to what could be better, if you do it yourself or they do, really didn't seem an issue just addressing the matter. Easy price for services, generally same or lower than every other place. Speedy time! I'm driving majority of the time with my 2 year old, they offered me water, snacks, and got my child to laugh with being silly to him. If you read this awesome, you have an idea of a great place, if not. I'd like to thank the staff, owners, and company in general for letting my family know I can come to you guys and actually enjoy the experience. Thank you, David and son.
