I've been in the area for 8 months and was searching for an honest shop. Well I found one! Tadz is family owned and honest with repairs you need. Definitely not nefarious part changers which are more an more common these days. They fixed my ac system by replacing an expansion valve at an extremely reasonable rate. This will be my go to shop for any car repair needs in my family. Thanks tadz!

We have been doing business with Steve at Tadz Automotive for over 5 years and given them thousands of dollars of business. Their work generally is very good. The owner Steve has always been loud and obnoxious but never rude and disrespectful until the last 2 visits. Steve was not only rude and loud but totally disrespectful in front of other customers. So though their work is good, we will no longer be doing business with them.

Took my vehicle to Tadz because transmission wouldn't shift. A transmission shop told me I needed a transmission rebuild at $2,500. Tadz 's mechanic diagnosed the problem as a loose wire and promptly fixed it. Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears now. THANK-YOU TADZ !!!!! I am amazed at the honesty and knowledge of the mechanic that trouble shoots. THANK YOU !!!!

Won't touch your car without doing a diagnostic and charging you for it, even if you already know exactly what service you want and just don't have to tools to do it yourself. They say it's good for the customer because the problem may not be what they think it is. I say it's good for their bottom line because they're getting money out of you just to give you a list of other stuff they'll probably want to try to sell you on.

Went to get a state inspection and found out that they didn't do that anymore. But I really did enjoy going there because the lady working there is absolutely dream girl beautiful

This company is honorable and dependable! I had to get my car repaired, due to the air conditioner not working. It was repaired and at a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend this business. Being without a/c in the summer is not something I would like to endure again!

Awesome!Called Tad'z on a Monday morning with brakes sounding terrible and needing to get back to East Texas. I normally do most maintenance, but with no place or tools I needed help. He was able to get me in the next morning replaced front brakes and discovered a bad piston. Took the truck for a drive to seat the brakes and even came back and removed the front tires again to ensure all the pistons were functioning. Awesome family business, would highly recommend Tad'z.Service: Brakes

Finally found a decent mechanic that's willing to help a guy out. Steven is kinda rough around the edges and snowed under with work but is genuinely concerned with high quality, job done right the 1st time kinda guy.... I'll be back the next time something breaks.

I've been coming here for yrs now, just picked up my son's car, was fixed so quickly, I trust these guys with my life, they've never steered me wrong, n never over charge, always explain everything to me, so simply that even I comprehend !

Awesome place to go for your auto repair needs. We are visiting from out of town and had a oil pressure sensor go out on our vehicle. They worked with us and fit us in their busy schedule. The price was cheaper than what they had quoted and the service was fast. I highly recommend TADZ For all your repair needs. Steve has been my mechanic for years. He is an honest man with reasonable prices and quality work. He gets a bit busy at times but definitely worth the wait. If someone else can do the job cheaper, he will be the first one to tell you. Took my vehicle here for a diagnostic and he found the problem the first time, fixed it and got my car to stop from heating. I had to wait a few days to get it checked but it was worth it! I'll be back in the future.

Update March 2022 to my previous review: Tad'z is the best! From their wonderful customer service to their excellent mechanics, there is no place else I would take my ancient car. I find the staff at Tad'z to be knowledgeable, friendly, and above all trustworthy. I wish I could give higher than a 5 star rating, and I will continue to recommend Tad's Fastrack with the highest praise. Y'all are awesome, and thank you for keeping my old car toodling along! Today's visit, where something I thought was going to be a big repair but ended up just being a quick tweak that y'all didn't even charge me for just showed me once again how much y'all can be trusted to diagnose and repair with what the car needs. Trust is a big thing with auto mechanics, and y'all have earned mine over and over.Great experience. Felt like I was treated fairly by people who know what they are doing. Going to be able to keep my old car for another few years!

Called to get an estimate for my suv guy was like who diagnosed you for this and was basically rude and said it s going to take me 15-20 minutes to get an estimate and I m not trying to waste my time nor your time.

Have been taking my vehicles to Steve for years. He is a very talented technician. His equipment is up to date and will properly diagnose your vehicle and get you back on the road at an affordable price. Great customer service and outstanding work. Minor or major auto repairs. Highly recommend.

Tadz fast track autos is not only a great auto repair shop but they also treat you like family. I have been coming too then for over 5 years with different vehicles and they have not only gave me the best price but they have done so in a speedy manner with professionalism, respect and quality. I was referred too them by my best friend who has trusted them for.over 30 years . Love this place!!!

Fantastic! Honest, friendly, and quality automotive repair facility. We were just visiting the area and experienced a problem with our truck (only mode of transportation) were told by other repair shops there was a two week back log.Called tadz Steve listened and though backed up promised to fit us in. What a blessing! They diagnosed problem and had us on the road the same day. Though the repair took more time than originally estimated the quoted price was the final price.Steve runs an old style fair and honest shop with modern high-tech mechanics; refreshing in our day.

Can always depend on them to do a really awesome job with my car and for way less money than I expected. Have gotten all my car and boyfriend's car's work done here since I moved to Corpus; they always run superb after they fix it. Very honest and customer friendly guys. You won't be disappointed.

Horn wouldn t work in my Mazda. It needed a new clock spring. I was charged $100 for a diagnosis & told parts & labor would be another $600. After doing minimal research I found the part & someone else with great reviews to install it. Installation took 1 hr, for a grand total of $150. These guys are trying to take advantage of their neighbors or at least the ones they want to for whatever reason

Very honest people. Took my car in for a State Inspection however my low/high beam light happened to be out so they weren't able to pass me. Informed me I could find the part on my own or they could order it. Was able to get the part the same day from O'Reilly's and they were able to replace it for me to get my Inspection done and over with! Most places I don't think would be this flexible and I thank them for this.

I went today for a state inspection. The mechanic came in and told me that I needed a wiper replaced, and that the center-mounted brake light was out. I told them to go ahead and fix it. I was expecting a $40-50 bill, but the whole visit including the inspection was less than $20. Outstanding!!

Worst place ever to take your car or truck to and on top of $1400 for a driver side drive shaft 3 weeks later the stole my 3 ton jack out the back of my car

Steve and his guys are the best! Great feeling that you're NOT being ripped off. Very honest about what your vehicle needs, or doesn't. Real bonus is they're walking distance from my house.

I went to get an inspection on my truck and after waiting for awhile he came in and asked if there was a trick to starting my truck. I said no and went out to find my hood up so there was no power to the engine so I checked the battery and it looked as if the positive wire was cut I confronted him about it and he got angry and went on about all the cameras that he has and his integrity. He calmed down fixed the wire that was cut or corroded I'll give him the benefit of doubt and did the inspection as a business owner I believe he could of handled it differently. So I paid for the inspection 7 dollars and handed him a twenty to show no hard feelings.

A family owned business where honesty and integrity still exist. They have repaired our vehicles for a while now but just recently I took my truck in because it would not start. Well, somehow it decided it wanted to work again. By that I mean it started up on them first time every time. There was a security error code in the computer memory and somehow self corrected itself. That being said they could have told me they replaced the "flux capacitor" and charged me $400.00 and I would have never been the wiser. This where there true character shines bright !

Very friendly, expert service.Am writing this line as a new review after1.5 yrs. with Tadz off and on... Always professional; excellent experience repeatedly; recommended them to anyone. Will be moving to Rockport, will miss Tadz, need to find someone else. Hope I can.

I came here to get my vehicle state inspection, and the owner kept screaming the whole time about his right to stay open, and how he would get in armed stand off with police if need be, and when I went to pay him, because I was wearing a mask he coughed in my direction. Maybe they're good mechanics, but I will never business with them.

I'm truly excited to have found PVC Rentals.Needed a vehicle ASAP and they had one to accommodate my needs.Entire process took me about 15 minutes. My children and I were able to enjoy a breif get away not only in style but very comfortably.Thanks again PVC Rentals we will be back.
