Beyond unprofessional HACKSAfter several delays and Miscommunications I dropped off my 73 for a small insurance claim. They missed the estimated repair date and then demanded I pick it up immediate.When I arrived the car was FILTHY and I saw parts in my backseat. They were Unable to Install I questioned why and they said I could bring it back later. While driving home a piece fell off my car.. yes fell off. The chrome trim was being held on by 3M double sided tape.. guess they were out of Bubblegum???When I inquired as to why they used tape I received a nasty email from Rose stating they didn t work on that part it must have been on already. Rose then called and yelled at my Insurance company stating it was all my fault!!If you want discount quality at a discount price then this shop still isn t good enough. Repairing small patches on bumpers for insurance company is the extent of their experience/expertise.Do your research and find a reputable shop.Service: Body & Trim

If I could I would leave 0 stars.This place is a joke and the lady there is unbelievably rude.The only reason I came to this rinky dink body shop is because my car was damaged at Quick Quack and I was told they have a contract with them and that the whole process of my car being repaired should go smoothly so why not save the hassle of getting it approved at my usual body shop but man was I mistaken.Dropping off my car went smoothly as I dealt with the nicer lady there I had no issues until I went to pick up my car and the other lady didn t say a word or acknowledge me and then goes and grabs my keys and asks these them? and just takes off. I m like okay whatever and I just leave, well it s not till the next day that I notice the hack job they ve done on my car and honestly my car would ve been better off with the big scratch. Comes Monday I take my car to the shop to ask how this is going to be handled since they did a horrible job and I was kind the whole time well the lady gets hostile right away when I said it didn t turn out good at all. Don t go here and expect their touch of color to be correct or blended. My car was better off with the scratch Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rose's Touch of Color did a phenomenal job repairing my car! It's impossible to tell where the damage occurred. I will try to find my before and after photos and upload them here. They hand mix their paint to ensure it matches your vehicle's original color but also account for any minor paint changes due to time, weather, etc.The staff was friendly and professional. They explained exactly how they intended to repair my car and answered any questions I had. Though they were busy, they took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the work they would do on my car and that I was comfortable with them. Additionally, I was told last second that I would need to travel the day after my appointment (my car required 1.5-2 days for repairs). I informed the staff and they offered to work tirelessly on my car so that it would be ready in time for me to travel. I did not ask, they just did this.Rose's Touch of Color went above and beyond in all areas and I highly recommend this business for others.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with this company. They originally had an estimate for me, then found more underlying damage and fixed that too! They dealt with the insurance company, and handled everything. The work they did is just fantastic. It looks as though there was nothing wrong with my car! Very friendly staff, easy to work with, dead lines were met, no run around. I highly suggest this company to my friends and family!!

I have known Rose for 15 years and have found her to be one of the most honest, hardworking people I know. Her craftsmanship is second to none, you will be pleasantly surprised with the quality of work they do. I highly recommend them.

They were suposed to fix some scratches on my brand new car. Body work is wavy where the scratches were and now have BAD orange peel 3ft from where the scratches even were! They also left sanding marks on the edge of my door and lower side skirt which is by the orange peel 3ft from the work... I've buffed the sand marks and now also have to wet sand cut and buff out the orange peel. If you want an unfinished product go with them...
