So can anyone explain why y'all sold me a car with not only BACKWARDS brake pads but the COMPLETE wrong brakes for this car? I know it was as-is but this is ridiculous. Thankfully no one was hurt but maybe the staff should take a little extra time to make sure everything is ok

Do not go here! Viewed and purchased a vehicle was told they would detail the vehicle and repair all issues that we pointed out. None of this was done! Unfortunately we agreed to take the vehicle and we re told we could bring it back to be detailed later. Literally drove off the lot at the vehicle shut off didn t even make it past airline! After a few days of having it we started to notice roaches everywhere along with several mechanical issues. Took it back and they offered no assistance just super rude and their whole attitude changed from willing to assist to not caring at all once we handed our money over! We are now stuck with almost a $500 dollar monthly payment on a vehicle that does not work properly and is basically not usable!

A huge shout out to Monty Montoya. Thank you for going above and beyond in finding our daughter the perfect car. We told you what we wanted and you delivered. You made the process easy and stress free, you found a car to fit our budget and you did not push us into something we cant afford. Defiantly don t Recommend. I went here at 18 with perfect credit and I ended up getting a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. I drove it for 2 weeks and then it just completely shut off and wouldn t work. Turned out the hybrid battery needed to be replaced which would have cost me $6000 and I couldn t afford to fix it or wasn t worth it to fix it. I had to reposes it and ruin my credit. They tell you so many lies and try to make it sound all good and sweet but they do not care about the people they are selling these cars to.

Please be careful with buying a car from Ricky Bobby at this or any location that he may be at. He has stolen money from my car payment for months. When my car was repo d I had a negative balance of over 1320+ Also Ricky Bobby would Persistently tell me to pay him and he will take care of it. Once I was notified about the situation Ricky Bobby deleted me of all platforms and stopped answering my phone calls. I would not trust this man with my money and neither should anyone else. If he was willing to do it to me while trying his hardest to gain my trust I m more than sure he will do it again to another customer if he hasn t already. His name is Ricky Bobby tall slender man light skin tone southern accent. The Finance cleared my situation and resolved the problem for me but I still give this sales man a 0 out of 5 stars when my car was first purchased it was state inspected through their dealership once I finally got the car for the first time I noticed the horn didn t work tires were bald and it wouldn t have passed a legit state inspection. I had to pay out of my own pocket to make sure the car was in working condition. They polished a lemon and now I m stuck making payments that they raised over $200+ 3 days after buying UPDATE!! When finally able to make a talk to someone they persistently requested money for my car to be released to me when this issue was not my fault. I stopped talking to them and lost the car. They are still calling me saying I owe the money when they have been stealing my monthly payments since early 2022. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY WAY FROM HERE AND PRE OWNED ON EVERHART AND HOLLY. Very shady and snakey people will take your last dollar and be persistent that you give them extra

AWESOME customer service and great financing options! I had gone to Autonation and Lithia and they were zero help. My credit is horrible and they still got me approved at a good interest rate. THANK YOU!!!!

I would give them negative stars if it was possible! There is a dog that has been tied up morning, noon, and night for the past 2 weeks. Completly left alone in the evenings and at night and all it does is bark nonstop all day. It's a bothersome to me, and i refuse to support a business where people would think it would be ok to do that to an animal.

**PLEASE READ**I went in to get a copy of my contract. I was told by nick that NATE at this location would be very helpful at getting me that. However I went in and was almost immediately turned away.. more so just brushed the hell off and told my bank could send me a copy and/or my attorney could request the contract if necessary.What a hassle for something so simple lol!!!!!HUGE RED FLAG.I didn t even have a chance to tell this moron that I was shopping for a brand new car. Thank god I didn t because he was literally shooing me out of the dealership because he didn t want to get my contract.Anyway I got out of my HIGH INTEREST RATE FIAT 17% to a 5% APR at LITHIA DODGE NEAR SOUTH STAPLES. ASK FOR DANIEL HE WAS AMAZING & PATIENT.

Worst business i ever made in my life after they sell me a lemon for almost 42 k the car spend months under repairs never worked they offer different car basically forcing u to buy it since u already made paidments on the lemon and give a. Trade in car overcharge 10 k extra no warranties nothing with a 57 k car now. Worst mistake i ever made. Dont buy from here they dont care about u they only want. Ur money

If negative rataing was possible I would. And this business is under new ownership. Went in with intentions to purchase a truck. Salesman says u can only get you inyi an SUV told him that wasn't what I wanted. Asked for cosigner gave him that then after what seemed forever and I saw the porter giving the SUV they wanted to put me in a boost, I said I was going to go. Salesman says he was trying to get me in what I wanted. Then I'm not sure if it was the manager or what but it was the guy that gives the okay says we were trying to help you but you can leave in a very rude way. HUGE RED FLAG. If that's how they treat potential customers no telling how they treat actual customers.

NATE- I love how you tried to save yourself in your response. Completely avoided the fact that you have terrible manners and very bad customer service skills but that s okay your comment validated my point. You seem nice. You even took the time to give me a snarky response back lol you shouldn t have.Your location took over a lot of clientele from the Subaru that closed down which means you could ve easily printed my contract with valid issued IDs or at the very least HAVE EXPLAINED YOURSELF LIKE YOU JUST TRIED TO DO ON A PUBLIC POST. Pathetic.To top it off HUN.. you didn t even ask for my name before shooing me off!!!!!! IF YOURE ON THE MARKET FOR A NEW RIDEDODGE LITHIA on south staples (Daniel) was FABULOUS!!!By the way NATE me paying my bill on time helped my credit and helped me get into a new car. Don t tell all your secrets on how first time car buyers shouldn t be persuaded into a 17% apr rate just because they re promised they d have no issues transitioning out of it. Not after being so far under making it damn near impossible. This guy sounds like he knows exactly how to place his wording to get his point across. The effort didn t go unnoticed so be careful who you purchase your vehicle from.

* cars and trucks they trying to charge you for what you could get a new one for. I thought I was desperate down to my last resort i almost allowed myself to think I had to have it. The driver seat had several huge cigarette burn holes I it, the back middle headrest looked like a dog had used it for a chewing toy. Then it made one helluva racket in the back when you hit the smallest bump. It was a14 but not no 26 grand worth.

We went there knowing we had bad credit and probably couldn't get approved but wanted to check it out anyways 45 mins later drove off in a brand new Fiat 500x would highly recommend
