Really appreciate Richard Sanchez and everyone working there. We came to trade in a vehicle we bought 10 years ago from Richard where the A/C in the vehicle broke. Richard was excellent in helping me find a great vehicle to find in my budget. They stand behind their vehicles and their sales.

The young lady and Mr. Sanchez went above and beyond to help me and my husband get the vehicle we have today. I don't understand these bad reviews because they are very sweet, patient and take there time on getting you approved for financing. So if you are looking for a vehicle please go see the young lady and Mr.Sanchez they will go above and beyond for you. I'm glad I waited and they were able to help me out. This is the best vehicle we have ever had low mileage low payment and everything.#GOSEEMR.SANCHEZ@RICHARDSMOTORSOFFAIRLINE

The vehicles he sells are no good. Very few that do run well. I've heard lots of bad stories from this guys shop.& know i know It's true ,believe what you hear/see.

If I could give this man 0 stars I WOULD! I am an elderly woman who was desperate for a car and he took advantage of that, he gave me a van for $1,000 down and drove off of the lot with it. Not even 5 days with it did the van break down. We followed up with him because he took the van back to his mechanic qnd the van was just sitting in his lot for 3 days, no mechanic looked at it. Now we have asked for the van or our money back and he said and I quote "I don't have to give you anything". If you are in need of a car, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN!!!!

worse car dealership ever!!! Do Not Trust Mr. Sanchez I bought a car from him I owed less then $1000 left when the car broke down on me, he refused to trade in or help in any form. He just wanted the money he isn't there for customer service at all. Very Rude when I was asking for help and refused. He even made me drive it over there while it overheated acting like he was going to help I blew the head gaskets going back home that day after he refused to help[ again. After paying the car he refuse to send someone to my house to remove the tracking device he put in the car till now it still has it in the car and he can turn it off at any given time its not right I paid it off.

Mr. Sanchez is a very unprofessional individual! I saw a truck on his lot that I was interested in purchasing. I asked Sanchez if I could test drive the truck and he stated that he didn t have time at the moment. It was approximately 1:14pm! He stated that he had a errand to run and that he ll return back to the lot at 3:30. I went back to the lot at 3:30 and waited until 4:45 for Sanchez to never arrive. And refuse to answer my call. I will not support local business with this unprofessional behavior! This is absurd!!!!

Good cars nice guy. He's been in business for quite some time 10 plus years. There's a mix of all type of vehicles for any car enthusiast needs from your everyday drivers to sports cars and for the people who need a good truck to load and haul or just a 4x4 to make their own roads. Would definitely look at getting something and do business with him in the near future I sure am disappointed because I should have waited and not been in a rush into getting a vehicle somewhere else instead of being patient. Lesson learned. Should got a vehicle there at his lot cars are just clean and low miles what more can u ask for

I just bought a 2014 cadillac CTS from Richard. It was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dealership and I have had a lot!My salesmen Rick was phenomenal! He made sure any concerns I had about the car were addressed before I left Idaho (yes, Idaho). He was very accommodating, professional, and not pushy to make a sale. They had the car cleaned and made sure it was in tip top shape. Everyone involved was friendly and professional. The transaction was a breeze, and was able to have a great conversation with both Richard and Rick while we were waiting for the bank to process everything.I would refer anyone to them anytime. Best experience I've ever had when buying a car!I would like to thank both Richard and Rick for their military service to our country! You guys are great! And I would gladly drive to texas to do business with you guys again!

Went one day to see what trucks I could possibly buy. When I asked about one particular truck, Richard had no answers. I asked how many miles? He responded, I don't know. I asked, whats wrong with it? He responded, I don't know and proceded to tell me to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and he told me to give him sometime. I told him ok and I would look around his lot. So, my family and I stood outside his office in the summer heat for an hour and a half waiting in the sun. The whole time we could see him just bullshiting with his coworker. We eventually left, went to autonation, and drove off with a new truck. In summary, we experienced bad customer service and for that reason, he lost out on a $30,000 cash sale.....

Wow what a great individual person, not to mention family-orientated, that has served for our country. From just doing just a little bit of work for him I have heard and believed what people say about him, he is the best car salesman in south Texas if not all of Texas!

He sells broken vehicles. Takes advantage of people, raises prices on those he thinks aren't very knowledgeable. Cars overheat. Bring a mechanic or test drive it to one!

Richard Sanchez will work with you I seen you do you come with in-house financing for financed by a bank he will always make you a deal and you can always make him a deal that he cannot refuse

I had a horrible experience, I was over charged....and he charged me 150 to vacuum grass and small bits of dirt. Dot come here.

Loud old man yelling to someone about their payment and that's because I was outside looking at the cars and he was in inside not a good place to do business with if he's fighting over the phone with someone to make payments
