Good service the techs put the rims and tires with no problem staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as far as floor inventory will not much at all hopefully you guys can make a bigger show room that would great for customers until then keep up the good work Rent A WHEEL.

Very rude and unprofessional Tire broke off on the right side when install very bad customer service and Leonard the rep thinks he owns the shop and very rude been dealing with Rent A Wheel since 2010 very unorganized and Ruben the manager doesn t address the issues with corporate about the damage on my car due to it not being fix right he stated too bad it s not my problem didn t want to give me corporate number. Leonard very unprofessional he always been like that since I have done business there don t know why he was hired again very lazy they all just sit around and do nothing. Miguel was excellent and address the issue not sure why he isn t there anymore. My car was in the shop for a whole month with no rental and was not even fix right it s the company responsibility to make sure the customer is satisfied and they didn t I told them a lot of times about the issue like I said Ruben stated it s not my problem well yes it is your problem been waiting on him to go to the body shop never call me back but they sure call right away if ur Payment is not in the next day. Leonard stated I will pick up your tires on Monday instead of trying to address the issue and make the customer happy well he decided to call from his mobile phone and stated it was rent a wheel mobile phone number which is bs when I never seen that number out of 10 years I have done business there. Overall need new management people with customer skills not bullies.

This is a miserable crooked company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. My husband has been trying to get a rim for over a year that is already paid for. They have given him the run around for almost a year. He ordered a tire and rim and at first they said the order wasnt even placed. Then it was back ordered and now their records are showing he picked it up. He spent a lot of money on tires at this company so would have any reason to lie about never getting a $250 rim. Poor poor service.

The boys down here at Rent A Wheel have done an amazing job! Shout out to Miguel for looking out for me with the wheels and tires I really wanted and being a man of his word. I was totally disrespected on 3/22/20 at 5:30 pm trying to talk to someone about buying another rim and tire for my car.after a already bad first experience when they ordered the totally wrong rims for my car. I can't believe that's how these people treat repeat customers...well I found the same rims and tires online for half the price and the same 90 days same as cash offer and don't even half to deal with these disrespectful people.

I bought some Venom tires in odessa but I m not from there. I got a nail in the tire so My wife went to the closest location which would be Corpus Christi on port ave. She went Monday at 2 and a guy told her that they Can t fix it because of how close it was to the wall and that they don t sell those tires that they have to make an order. They told her they would be here in about a week. A week passed and I called Tuesday to see how it was going. I was told if I didn t put any money in that they wouldn t make an order for the tire. After going back and forth the guy on the phone found the order and said it was pending, he said he would call me back and that was on Tuesday. I m hoping the owner can fix it somehow. 0 stars they always arguing with the customers messed up my wheel alignment by not balancing my tires right said I needed hub rings took 3 months to come in but they wanted there money on time I would never recommend this place to anyone went to discount tire they balance my tires right didn t even need the damn hub rings they said the person who did it did not know what he was doing

I bought in to the same as cash option and purchased a set of amp a/t , by the time the tires were mounted it was after hours so when i left the store had closed , on my way home the truck shook like a tire with a ball on it . So the next day i called them and had to make an appointment with them because of my work schedule, so before taking it in I took it to Pep Boys to get thier opinion to have proof that it was the tires, they did the alignment and checked all my suspension everything checked out fine, I knew it would because I didn't have that problem before at all . Long story short I've taken it in three times and they still haven't done anything about it I've called customer service and they still haven't done anything about it , for $1500 i sure did get screwed , im stuck with tires that are worse off than the mudd terrains i took off . Never again will i buy tires from Rent A Tire ! 1star because no star will not post this review .

Rude, the guy behind the counter had an attitude, cusses, doesn't care about the customer. Had no time to meet the needs of a potential new customer. Will not be doing business there.

I filled out an application online and I got approved for $5,000 so someone called me and told me he could get me the rims that same day with no money down drive all the way up there from robstown and filled out another application and when I was done the guy told me he would call me with in an hour and never heard anything from them for 2 days then I finally called and they told me they denied my application.. but no one called to let me know... There liers and they don't mean what they say I was really excited when he told me I can get you these rims today with $0 down come on in and I'll put them on for you

Literally no one in the store. Came in for a rotation and said they were all busy and booked up that I had to come back another day. Lol there s was no one there but the workers.. lazy lazy people here
