Took my car to this shop when my car started having A/C issues and was also needing motor mounts replaced. From the moment I walked in the office, the staff was very nice and very transparent about everything that needed to be done and was very precise with the completion date. Not only did they make good on their promise, they repaired the vehicle earlier than expected. I'll be recommending this location to family and friends in the future. A special thank you to Maxine, who handled my vehicle from the moment I walked in, to the completion date. She showed knowledge and professionalism through the whole process and represents the company in a professional way. Theyre lucky to have her! Thank you! 5 stars

I brought my truck in last November with loose steering. They had it fixed up within a day and I know I was saved a lot of money because I had previously been told by someone else that it was my rack and pinion and could need to be RnR d, but I just had loose tie rod ends. James was great to work with, and Carlos, one of their mechanics stayed late that day to make sure the job was done. Highly recommend! Coming back for another suspension inspection.

2/27/24 Review Update: Follow-up email sent to owner on 1/30/24, no response received. Despite the quick response on this review, the owners did not follow up with me when I shared details!I had my front brakes done here. Prices are good. Manager is very friendly. However, after the installed brakes began to squeak severely less than a month after install. So, I asked for them to be redone and the shop agreed. And again, the brakes became severely squeaky very quickly. Then, I got them to redo them for a third time and had the same result. They don t know to do brakes correctly here. Gave them many chances, they didn t make it right. Highly recommend NOT using this shop.

The best automotive care I ve received in the city. This place is great at keeping things simple and easy to understand thanks to the owner James who s excellent at what he does. Employees are friendly and I felt comfortable to ask any questions free of judgment. I have trusted them with several of my vehicles and they haven t disappointed. Would recommend.

He was so nice and very approachable. They were very quick with my auto repair, did an excellent job, all of the staff were friendly, and they charged 1/4 of the price that another repair shop was wanting to charge! I'll be bringing my car back for any other repairs in the future!

This place was a very wonderful experience, I went in to get my 2015 Durango R/T looked at because I was starting to over heat and i was losing massive amounts of coolant, well after a few short hours at being at their location they had already diagnosed my issue, AND found other leaks that were apart of that system, my water pump and radiator had failed. Within a few hours my vehicle was fixed and I was back on the road! Big thanks to James and the ProDrive time for making my experience wonderfulService: Auto water leak repair

While traveling around the country in my bus, one of the wheel studs sheared off due to a mechanic not tightening the lug nuts correctly. The initial quote was for the axle being removed to get to replace the stud, and the bearings having to be replaced as part of the needed repairs. The incredibly experienced mechanic Shel saw after taking the wheels off that there might be enough room to replace the stud without removing the axle if he could grind the new stud slightly. His ingenuity saved me not only hours of time, but hundreds of dollars in labor and another hundred in parts. James the owner made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction and we were able to continue on our road trip in safety.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had to take my car for them to replace a wheel stud that was messed up from Discount Tire when they replaced my tires. The first time I showed up the stud was the wrong one. They said they had order it. They told me it would take a couple of days. So I gave them 4 days and called them back. Then they said it wasn't going to be there until June 27th. I called on the 27th and they said it was scheduled to be there on June 30th and set up an appointment for me to go in on July 3rd. Finally got the stud replaced after almost a month. They did the work fast once they got the part in. But they do not know how to communicate to customers letting them know what is going on or how long it was going to take to get the part. Now being a mechanic myself, I could have replaced it faster, but Discount Tire was paying for it so I went to the place they use. Never again. I will just tell them to order one and give it to me so I can put it on myself.

James and the staff there are friendly, upfront about costs and the repairs to them all were done quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased to find a quality shop with great service and honest people. I gave up on repair shops years ago and did my own work. I recently decided to go back to the experts. I tried another shop and was very disappointed with their work ( I had to take the car back the next day and they quoted me a more expensive repair), but I had no confidence they were putting my interest first. I decided to give it another try and decided to turn to reviews on google instead of personal recommendations. I'm so glad I did! The folks at Pro Drive are true professionals and it is obvious they are more interested in what is best for me before making a buck. Their work was of the utmost quality and I believe they are honest. I guess my best review is that I am calling them this morning to schedule another appointment for another matter. Great guys! Got me in same day for a quick alignment an a classic car I had recently purchased. Staff was professional and courteous, and the price was very reasonable. They even let me get in under the lift and inspect a couple things I couldn't get a good look at when it's on stands. They pointed out a few things of note, but there was no upsale pressure.

Exemplary service! I recently paid a visit to Pro Drive to get an alignment check, oil change, & replace my window wipers. I understand that these types of issues are considered to have low-cost solutions, but, by the top-tier level of service that I was shown, you would think that I was a VIP who was spending an enormous amount of money (which I was not). However, my bill was perfectly reasonable. It is a testament to the commitment of Pro Drive to roll out the red carpet of customer service for a small spender like myself that made a memorable impression on me. They charged me $80 for them to remove one bolt on an exhaust bracket underneath my car that had recently gotten ripped off from hitting something in the road. I watched the mechanic, took him literally 30 seconds to take the bracket off (once he got to it) and that was it. The rest of the time my car sat on their lift machine in their shop and nothing else was being done, got charged wayyy overpriced from something very minor. They took their sweet time so they could charge you a lot. Very dissatisfied

I will gladly give these guys my business from now on. I just got my tires changed at Discount Tires because the dealer told me that I needed an alignment based on the wear pattern. They put it on the rack and within 20 mins they told me that I didn't need one. They could have just charged me for it and I would not have been none the wiser. The two fellas there were also cool as hell and very personable.

Went there due to reviews I read. Called first, very professional and curtious on the phone. When I arrived I got the same treatment. James explained the prices and as they were doing the alignment James came in a couple times and showed me what my alignment was at, and when completed showed me what it was set at. For the price and professionalism of the staff I would recommend this place.

I got my front shocks changed here. These guys were fast, friendly, and did good work. I really liked their lobby where I was able to do some work on my laptop. I'm only giving four stars because they're kind of overpriced. They charged over 300 for shocks which only took an hour to replace. And they wanted over 800 to change a few gaskets that were leaking.

Pro drive is the best. Life time warranty on parts and labor and not to mention James is one of the nicest person you will ever meet. My wife's serpentine belt flew off her crv and she called panicking. They helped her get her car closer and helped calm her down. The work was done super fast so we could get back on with our lives. The prices were great and the staff is super friendly. Thank you Pro Drive for getting our family back on the road. P.s. James if you are reading this You and your Staff are Amazing.

Having lived in corpus since 1975 I have used many auto repair shops when I couldn t do it myself. Simply put, these guys are the best I have ever had the pleasure to solve my auto problems. They are skilled, honest and they do the BEST front end alignment in town. In the middle of running my pool route the swing bar in the rear axel snapped on my truck. Luckily I was around the corner of pro drive on Saratoga. First time customer, I explained to them the situation I was in and how quickly I would need the car fixed. Walking in 45 min before closing they were able to diagnosed the problem and order the part just in time for the morning delivery truck. That was yesterday and now I m sitting in my newly fixed truck about to service my next customers pool. Big thank you to Robert Garcia and his team. I would be careful when dealing with Pro Drive they charged insurance to fix the driver's side of my truck but put the same bent parts back on the truck. Now I am having to have it fixed right plus deal with the insurance fraud that they committed

Been here several times with no issue, fair prices and good work. Always get me in and out but the 190$ diagnostic fee is a bit exorbitant.

The guys here are very professional, polite, and definitely put their customers first. The atmosphere here is comfortable and friendly, it's like waiting at home while your car is being worked on. Also, they keep the place clean.
