Great experience first time around with my son s car. Taylor is good on his word. Kept us informed and follow up after a couple of to make sure we were not expecting any issues with the car on what they worked.That s why I came back with my own vehicle. Honest people and excellent customer service. Absolutely great work. I feel confident knowing when I leave here they fixed the problem I came in with. Thank you again Taylor and staff.

Good shop. Had some preventative maintenance done on my truck (brake fluid and coolant exchange, alignment, transmission fluid and filter). Prices quoted before the job matched what I actually paid. Great communication by Taylor on scheduling, drop off, and pickup. Mechanic even came out and discussed what he found when working on my vehicle. Honest people and a genuine auto repair shop. Would recommend.

2/27/24 Review Update: Follow-up email sent to owner on 1/30/24, no response received. Despite the quick response on this review, the owners did not follow up with me when I shared details!I had my front brakes done here. Prices are good. Manager is very friendly. However, after the installed brakes began to squeak severely less than a month after install. So, I asked for them to be redone and the shop agreed. And again, the brakes became severely squeaky very quickly. Then, I got them to redo them for a third time and had the same result. They don t know to do brakes correctly here. Gave them many chances, they didn t make it right. Highly recommend NOT using this shop.

I can only vouch for the SPID location, I had brakes/rotors and rear differential service done. Excellent work, very honest, fairly priced, and punctual. Highly recommended. First time I've left an auto shop and truly trusted the work done/didn't get screwed on the price in a very long time. Beats the hell out of your "big name" auto shops.

Pro Drive is a well run and efficient repair shop. Thanks to Richard Slavin for his help in making this repair and car rental smooth and efficient. I brought my truck in for a warranty repair and the mechanic saw the truck immediately and gave me a diagnosis. Richard made the car rental process easy by providing a ride to the rental place and picked me up after I dropped the car off.They called me with updates and had the truck back to me within two days . As promised. When I went to pick the truck up, I left a bag at the shop. They called me before I got home and said they would hold it for me. The shop is normally closed on the weekend, but one of the mechanics said he would open the shop Saturday so I could pick my bag up . That s service!I recommend Pro Drive as your auto service center.

I highly recommend Pro Drive. Daniel was very easy to work with! He was open and honest about the work that my car needed. He helped me prioritize what fixes were essential for safety/life of my car and what things were more of what I would call "nice to haves." I felt like they really took care of me and charged fair prices for everything I got done. They helped both my fiance and me multiple times with our cars. I am in the military and my fiance is a first responder, they gave us a discount and I also felt like they really tried to help us save money wherever they could. Overall, I had a really positive experience with Pro Drive and will be recommending them to everyone that I can!

This garage and their staff are amazing! We are so thankful for all their support in getting us back on our journey. We traveled from Colorado to Corpus Christi and had some unfortunate problems along the way. When we had our drive shaft completely broken, they were able to fix it even though it was a challenge to find the part. They were able to give us a full diagnostic with pictures and full details of everything that is wrong. They did an alignment, which brake check couldn't do. I wish we would have found them before brake check and T&M automotive. They were trustworthy and patient. We spent a week waiting for the drive shaft assembly, but we're able to sleep in our truck at a vacant restaurant next door. They felt bad they couldn't fix it sooner. We only had to wait because they don't make parts for 2003 Chevy S10s anymore. But the guy that owned the restaurant was very sweet by letting us stay and wait for our part in the mail. I would recommend this garage to anyone for getting car/truck work done! I feel confident that my truck was fixed correctly, and my truck is running amazing! Still have a few minor fixes left, so we will see you guys again soon! I don't wanna give out names publicly, but we wanted to say thank you so very much for the help! We will never forget you guys!

Definitely recommend. 10/10 service. They were fast and I had my car the next day. Taylor was extremely nice anytime I had a question. And thank you Daniel for getting my car up and running quickly. I will be back if I ever have another problem.

Went in to get a quote for a wheel bearing replacement for my van. The service advisor seemed nice enough. He was unable to give me a quote right away, but promised to send on later that day. That never happened, and when I called back the next morning and requested that he'd call me for an update, that never happened, either.

I had an emergency and needed help right away. With only about an hour till they closed. They were extremely nice and helpful and got me taken care of right away. Highly recommend them as I won't forget their hospitality and work ethic. Thank you all again!

Pro Drive has helped me when I was in a bind on many occasions. Most recently, I had a vehicle towed in on New Year s Eve. After talking by phone, the crew went to work on it the morning after the holiday. Daniel and Richard answered all the questions and the vehicle runs great. Thank you for your service!

We ve had 3 vehicles through CarMax and used ProDrive for each vehicle when issues arose. Without fail Pro Drive has been able to properly repair and claim the coverage and saved us immense time and money. Their work is high quality and every person is helpful and friendly, especially Daniel and Raul. I moved here a year ago, and ProDrive is simply the best place to do vehicle maintenance in Corpus Christi! The integrity of this amazing team is awesome. I came in thinking I had a bigger issue to correct, and they determined it was something much simpler and less costly. The GM Daniel clearly explained the what and why, and fixed the problem in the same day. They use OEM parts without the dealership up charge/up sale. I was referred to Pro Drive after purchasing 4 new tires at Discount Tires for a front wheel alignment. As, it turned out I had several parts that needed to be replaced before the job could get done. I had just been thru a very traumatizing experience with a mechanic who scam me out of alot of money and was skeptical when Daniel informed me that the alignment could not be done without replacing several parts .He was kind and patient and took the time to show/explain why it was necessary so I then proceeded to let him do what was then obvious.He and his team displayed excellent customer service which is very rare to find these days. I was so grateful and happy to find such a great place of honesty and integrity. I drove away from there feeling very safe without wondering if the job was done correctly. Daniel was amazing!!! I definitely will be referring my friends and family.

This isn't personal, as I wasn't there and am going by the printed quote, the conversation that was had while I was on the phone, and what my wife told me. These guys are scamming the folks who don't know any better. Sent my wife to them because I don't have the time nor equipment to work on A/C. I also had her ask about replacing a stuck open thermostat while we were at it. This is where the craziness begins. After the diagnostic, they quoted upwards of $700 for a freaking thermostat replacement! Why? Because they over estimated the labor, because they figured they would replace the entire thermostat housing, o-rings, and sensor and order that part from Kia.... There's no leaks, nothing wrong with the housing. The thermostat is $15 for OEM. He said it would take half a day to replace a thermostat housing. HALF A DAY. Theeeeen they quoted her $2700 to replace the A/C compressor saying it was not long for this world but couldn't tell her why. They did say it was working. Part of that quote was to replace EVERYTHING. Compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve... FOR WHAT? You only replace all that when a compressor seizes and you suspect debris has entered the system. These guys are either scamming women or are inept and rather replace everything because they don't know how to do the job right.Edit: 20min to replace thermostat. Did not fix AC issue but they were sooo sure that was the cause.

Discount Tire broke one of my lugs. I was sent to Pro Drive SPID, I highly recommend them to anyone that is in search of auto repair. Both ladies behind the counter deserve recognition! Great customer service!!

I have choose to make Corpus my home, and have lived here now 4yrs. I have dealt with several community companies here in the costal bend, local coffee shops, restaurants, mom and pop stores and other car dealerships or repair shops. and tried my best to give honest opinions about a company or its services. But Pro Drive has ALWAYS been honest, professional, understanding, and kind to me. And I would recommend them to anyone who is worried about an honest car shops. They tell you honestly whats wrong with your vehicle, and give you the best deal they can. I swear by them and will always take my truck to them for service. These people can be trusted. Brought my Subaru in with a steering issue and back hatch problem and Pro Drive fixed it up quickly and I haven't had any issues since. They made it easy to make an appointment were friendly upon walking in and kept me up to date on the time frame for repairs. The pros at Pro Drive are fantastic! They make and keep their appointments, explain what the problem is honestly and plainly which as a single woman is extremely helpful. They do the work they promise and treat the customer completely professionally! I got my car at carmax last year and had to take it to Pro for diagnostic and repairs last week. Dropped it off Tuesday morning and got it Friday morning. I worked with Daniel the entire time and he had excellent customer service and answered any questions I had.

Would not EVER take my car back here. Sat there for two hours waiting for an alignment that was never correctly done. They tried to sell me basic parts for outrageous prices. Had the nerve to tell me that I needed to take it somewhere else to get the tires rotated to fix the pull after said alignment was supposedly completed. Uh, shouldn't that be included in your alignment job?? They didn't close my hood all the way - thank goodness it is a rear opening hood so it didn't fly up at the windshield doing 65. And worst of all they ruined my tire. My mechanic says they must have pinched it while they drove it up on the racks. I have a nice big bubble on where the sidewall meets the tread. Got a refund for their bogus alignment job but now I get to buy a brand new tire at $120 out of MY pocket for their mess up. I wouldn't take my car here if you paid me.
