I was extremely pleased with my experience at bmw of Corpus Christi. Matt was my salesman and he was extremely kind and communicated very well and responded to any questions with answers in a very timelyManner. Anyone should go to him if dealing for a vehicle here. I took my vehicle in for service to preform a wheel alignment, brake fluid service, and state inspection. The service advisor was great, friendly, and communicative. The only reason why I didn t give a full five star review is due to the fact that I wasn t provided a loaner vehicle, since they are two weeks out. It would have made my experience way more convenient. However I will be going back for more service on my vehicle! Rocky in parts is awesome and is always taking care of customers like me. I had very good experiences with this dealership until last week when I scheduled an appointment to replace my windshield that had a big rock chip in it. I called to schedule an appointment a week prior and the operator was very happy to help me, she took all of the information down, what seemed like on the phone, she told me that she will let my advisor know that I ll be coming to replace the windshield. I was sure that the windshield was already ordered and in stock or if it wasn t someone would notify me. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, when I got to my appointment, my advisor told me that he had no idea I ll be replacing the windshield because in his notes it said scheduled for service and nothing else, he went to check on the windshield and then informed me that they didn t have it. I was absolutely speechless, he said they couldn t do anything else for me at the moment to make things right. He put some gas into my car after I mentioned that I had to drive for an hour and a half to get their just to be turned around and having to go back.

Best sales Experience. While returning a vehicle from another dealer that immediately had issues, I saw a vehicle I like at BMW CC. When I called to see if it was still available Zach was quick to confirm it was there and had someone ready to show it once I arrived. The entire process from when I arrived to when I left with the vehicle was under 2 hours. Everyone there went above and beyond and was awesome. If you are looking for an honest dealer with great cars look no further!

My Z-4 had been sitting in a garage for an extended period, and the dreaded check engine light was on. The staff at BMW of Corpus Christi were extremely helpful and professional, and after diagnostic and repairs, the car is good as new for a reasonable price! I would have given five stars, but it was difficult to contact them by phone for updates due to what seemed to be a shortage of administrative staff. Their service department is horrible with communication. Took my car for a 745 appointment. I was told 3-4 hours and they will call with a diagnosis. I called from 1pm to 3pm to the service department with not one answered call. Ended up having to ask for the GM to get answers. Magically they now answered my call. Was told they still did not have a diagnosis after 7 hours. They sent a shuttle to pick up my wife and told her all of a sudden it was almost done, a couple more minutes. An hour and a half later they gave her the keys. Horrible customer service. Unfortunately they are the only BMW dealership close by.Service: Electrical repair

I had an appointment at 9:30 am and they didn t start on my vehicle till after 11am. They were finally done at 12:45. Just for an oil change. Need to manage time better or schedule differently. George, my service tech did an excellent job. They used a video inspection technique to diagnose my BMW s issue. They quickly repaired the hydraulic leak, and had my car washed and ready faster than projected. I was on my way back to Austin ahead of schedule. We want to Thank Chris Connelly & Leeland in Finance at BMW of Corpus Cristi! From start to finish this was the easiest, & most stress free car deal we have ever made! Christopher went over every senecio possible concerning trades etc. and Leeland was really awesome about understanding we didn t want a lot of add ons.. from being in the business myself and having family in it still, I know how uncommon this is not to feel pressured!! He provided us options but was sure to make sure we knew wat coverage we still had as well! Amazing customer service!!! The thing that struck me the most was that Christopher worked me a whole week prior to us coming down, and was waiting that day as promised. But.. they sale BMW s . He took his time with us on a vehicle that was less than half of what he could be spending time on selling a car that would surely bring him an higher commission, and it didn t matter !! That stood out to us!! We were the focus not what he was getting out of it.If you want honest, friendly people who care about not only what you want but what is right for you- this is your place and Christopher is your guy!I really can t say enough! I was just a little annoyed that the service advisor told me my car was out to wash and then he said he had them bring my car back in to check another item I had requested to be looked at. I was in the lobby the whole time and my car not once moved and I didn t get the wash that he said it was out for. I like honest straight forward people and if they didn t have time for these things just be honest about it instead of making things up in my opinion.Service: Oil change

We purchased a brand new BMW X5 from Sarah Salinas at BMW Corpus Christi. My husband and I were BLOWN away with her knowledge and overall professional service. Once we arrived at the dealership we walked in and Sarah immediately acknowledged us, she asked us if we had any idea what we wanted to which we didn t know. She asked all the right questions, narrowed down some options and literally within 4 hours we were driving off the lot with our dream car. During our time the manager came over to introduce himself and made us feel welcomed. We never sat by ourselves for hours waiting which is what our experiences have been in the past with other dealerships. Our finance manager was Lupe and again, was an absolute pleasure and veteran. We will now be BMW owners for life and will only want the pleasure of working with Sarah.

I took in my 328i for repairs due to a recall & received superior service. My service consultant was George Jaramillo & he was very polite & friendly. I was given a courtesy ride home to my apartment when I dropped my car off & again received a courtedsy ride to be picked up once my car was finished which was a HUGE help not having to arrange transportation. Once I picked up my car not only had they completed my necessary repairs but even gave my car a courtesy inspection, topped off all my fluids & even washed & vacuumed my car!! I highly recommend Principle BMW for any of your repair needs, you wont't be disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dropped my car off at 3 for an oil change and reg inspection. Was told I would get a call at 5 to let me know if it would be ready by 6. No call. I called shortly after and was told it was not ready because it took longer. No problem. Next day I was sent a quote for some maintenance. I declined. I decided I wanted a price quote on tire repair. Sent request at 10:40. No response. Called no answer. Finally was able to get an answer and was told someone would call me with a quote. Over an hour later no call. Worst service I have gotten from BMW since 2016.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I purchased a new vehicle from Richard Garza, he is incredibly knowledgeable and a straight shooter. You re going to get a great deal from him. Regarding financing, Leelyn McFarlen was incredible to work with and extremely pleasant to help find a payment that worked in my budget. Kind of disappointed in the way things went . We were approved for a vehicle that was listed on their web page 2018 BMW 330i listed for $25000 with a little over 23,000 miles on it . Clean Carfax with no damages per the pictures on the web and the pictures the sales person sent . Long story short we show up ready to purchase the vehicle accepted now the actual milage is over 34,000 yet still wanted the same $25,000 . That's an 11 thousand mile difference and to top it off the car now has a big damage spot on the front bumper that wasn't there just two days before when the salesperson sent me pictures. If they just would have been honest and up front from the start the deal might of happened.Being honest will get you better results every time !

For years George Jaramillo has been my service advisor for my 2 previous BMWs and current BMW that I own. He is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Not only speaking from experience, but I've also witness his great customer service skills while he's interacting with other customers. Windshield replacement (excellent). Replacing struts seem to be excellent. Cosmetic wheel repair done poorly by Vendor named Road Runner. BMW honored my request for wheel replacement after six weeks or more. Took a little longer than I expected to drop off and pick up my car. I did like the fact that they do a video while conducting the vehicle inspection and that I could pay online for the service. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the shop.
