I would not have given this business a star. Negative stars if possible. My car needed to be towed to the shop. A towing service was dispatched at was taking my car to the dealership about 30-40 minutes later. This business would send text after text that they were on there way. Then they would call. Finally late Thursday afternoon I get a call from some guy that they were running late. I told him my car had been towed early that morning therefore I did not need their service. Today approximately one hour ago I get another text from them. Today is Monday. I guess if I had been stranded or in a dangerous situation, I d still be there.

They did a tow out of beach for me. Agreed on a price over the phone and then added another $50 once they arrived because I was more stuck. Learned about facebook group 361 off road recovery who are good Samaritans who will do it for free. was 341 for a pull. total rip off.The people were polite and helpful but biz practices are awful

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PEOPLE.... Do not call this company. They are very rude, disrespectful, and over charge by more than TRIPLE what the other tow trucks charge. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!

They were communicative during the whole process and were clear about pricing over the phone. Arrived at the time they told us and made easy work of our truck that was stuck in a hole of mud.

A couple of weeks ago I got stuck in the 5 mile mark at Padre Island National Seashore with a broken key and I called Paradise Towing to help me out. After being informed by phone that the services would cost in between 300 and 500 dollars with a $150 mandatory deposit (which I did) to tow my car to the dealership (approximately 25 miles), the service truck arrived probably 1 hour from the ETA (which wasn't a big deal since I was in the beach anyways). My car was in "parking mode" and the gentleman from Paradise couldn't do anything. He helped me out going back to Corpus Christi and bringing his locksmith buddy (which did all the service) that was able to turn my car on and I drove my truck to PINS visitor center parking lot where he left his van with all the necessary equipment to make me new keys. Paradise Towing charged me $1035 dollars for pretty much see my car, drive 5 miles in the sand, make a call, wait for the locksmith to arrive and bring him to my car. I totally understand that it was time consuming but a thousand dollars for that was way overpriced. The sir and his wife from Paradise who helped me out clearly took advantage of my vulnerable situation and charged me an incredible high price. The locksmith was great and make me two keys for $460. I definitely do not recommend Paradise.

They were the only ones who would come out to the beach on North Padre to help us pull our car out of a constantly rising tide. At midnight no less! They were very professional and really went out of their way for us. We will hopefully never need their towing services again but will definitely be going to them for auto work. Even after the tow, they walked us through how to file a claim with our insurance company and what parts on the car would need attention after exposure to the ocean. Don't know what we would have done without them!

So unhappy, I was with my friend, she called for a tow, and she was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half... we were told the tow truck driver would call when he got close.We went to the vehicle and waited over TWO hours! She called them twice and they did not even answer.So I called from my phone, the driver had NOT even left their office location, I asked how long and he said an additional 25minutes! I asked why do long, and he said they were way out at the airport, so he had to admit they had not bothered to leave.I have breast cancer and myself and my friend were hit and tired of waiting!So we called another company..Don't use these guys they lie.

I had a dead battery on padre island. Out on the beach. They are the only company that will bring their trucks on the sand, depending on the conditions. TJ was the driver that took care of us. We couldn't get the batery to chrge, so he towed our car to their shop. And on a Sunday they worked on it. They even delivered my vehicle back to me residence. They are very well priced also, and take good care of their customers. That was my 5 star review.Then once the battery had another issue, I of course was angry, but the dispatcher was very short with me when answering my call, so then the next morning, she called me rude. It would be a better place if no matter what time it was, or how busy things got, or even if the customer is rude, if the company had better customer service when answering the calls. Reason for the 3 stars.

The absolute worst service they showed up with in registered vehicles and wanted to charge way too much for a 5 foot pull there were several people there form 361 off-road rescue Facebook page willing to give a free recovery but were told they didn t have proper tiers yet he show un in a old red dually that have expired tags that could make it and then used his un licensed vehicle which is the same Aa all the others this guy is a scam artist and preys on people in distress stay away far away

Driver ran my car off road , and caused damage to my car. He did not even check to see if we were ok. Tow truck #23 at Airline & SPID 4/8/2020at 3:30 pm.At the time he had a Maroon SUV on his truck. Would not recommend "Paradise Towing" to my worst enemy!.

They did me wrong. My 96 Mazda was not towed correctly, damaging a custom alunimum rim. When I asked for it to be. replaced, they offered me a mix matched rim. I will never use this company again.
