This place is awesome for your repair needs.Tyler is really upfront and informative. The digital system for quotes and invoicing is very convenient and makes seeing the itemized invoice a breeze to sign off on all from your phone.I highly recommend them if you need an honest and solid mechanic.

This place is 15 out of 10. I'm seriously impressed when you walk into the shop to get work done that a customer who didn't have to tell you but WANTED to tell you how good the shop is.. well is a really damn good sign and thing for me. Otherwise from that, I had a very friendly experience and they were extremely honest with me unlike a lot of other shops that are trying to just get your money. Orcutt isn't like that and they will explain things to you very well so you're not confused or unsure.I'll be coming to this shop for all future services I need

Best experience with an auto repair shop that I have ever had. I brought in my truck for a major oil leak around the oil filter adapter. They were extremely professional. The whole process was made very easy and fast. My truck was in and out in less than a day. The quality of work was above and beyond. The pricing was honest and competitive. Orcutt automotive serviced my car, let me tell you the service was excellent. Fast & precise, answered all my questions . In & out rotated my tires & oil change all in about 30 minutes. Recently had issues with my 2005 Chevy 2500 with sensors and check engine lights. Donny and Tyler are GM guys, and they were quick and efficient with the repairs. The app they use is super easy and they are able to send an electronic estimate to you that you can remove services that you don't want and e-sign and authorize repairs from your phone. Happy with my first try with them. Glad to support a family run business! Will be going back. Tyler and Nathan are AWESOME! Combined they have like 40 years of experience, maybe more, but regardless, and more importantly, they know their stuff and are straight shooters. It's hard to find mechanics you can trust, but these guys are the real deal. You should definitely give these guys a try no matter what your issue is. You can rest assured, they will give you the truth and won't rip you off.
