My Daughter had a headlight out and knows nothing about cars, shes away in college so it was a long drive for me to go down there and do the job. I spoke with Ross, let him know my issue and he was able to change it out for her. Altho they can't do all cars he was able to help her. Big Thanks to you Mr Ross.

Had to go in for a hard to find spark plug for my weed eater. The gentleman helping me was very friendly and helpful and was able to get me what I needed.

The part I wanted was small, less than 10$. However, I got the Deluxe effort from the gentlemen at the counter. The part wasn't on the shelf, they went search and recover mode, totally focused. Humor makes tough spots easier and they were funny in an appropriate, efficient way! These folks made my chore less of one!Thank you Dakota and Ross! Y'all were tops!It's the little things, humor and effort, will keep me telling my happy experience!

I dropped off a battery for my car to be tested and didnt get a call back. I had to call them the next day to see what was going on. Battery was dead. Incompetence. I went in a seperate time to buy oil and a filter and I didnt get any kind of greeting and the dude at the counter acted like I was a bother and disturbing his day. Didnt ask for my name and # for rewards points, nothing. I dont shop there very often but its the principle of the matter. I wont be buying anything from OReilly anymore to be honest. Ill be going to Arnold Oil Company on Ayers from now on for my car parts. They seem to be a tad bit better there.

I was driving from San Antonio to Corpus and one if my wiper blades flew off. I stopped at O'Reilly on Everhart and JT fixed me right up. He had the new wiper blade on my truck before I walked from the register to the door! Great service.

Very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable.As a woman it's sometimes hard to shop in stores like these because you are either ignored or they talk down to you. The man who helped me at this store was very considerate. He let me know the choices and I appreciate him for that.

Cashier Rissa counter #611131 has horrible customer service and was very rude for no reason. Seems like someone has a bad attitude and hates their job every time I come to store #634

We were on vacation & started having trouble with our truck we brought it by to test it to see if it was our alternator the gentleman working (with the gauges in his ears) hooked it up & sure enough thats what the problem was he was very kind & super helpful helped! He let us change the alternator in the parking area (to the side & out the way of course) thank you for kind ppl like him

They have a great variety of tools from different brands. And they have a rental program that is free if you return the tool in 24 hours. That make your work easier at no cost. Awesome!

Always got the parts I need and return policy is easy and not difficult like some other places everything like information is stored on their system so If u miss place receipt they got you covered

Don't buy Your car battery here. Bought a 3 year car battery that they refused to warranty after 1 year.

Some issues with finding the right wiper blade, but staff was VERY helpful. My Kia Niro is not common around here, so might be part of the problem.

I went to Auto Zone for some parts for a tune up & the counter person was very rude when I asked him to speak by phone with my mechanic on the parts he was wanting for my car. He rudely said why didn't he send you with a list. After speaking to my mechanic this particular store only had one of my parts I needed. When I asked if one of the other stores carried all the parts I needed he seemed very put out that he had to go back into his computer & look it up.I left with every intention of driving across town to the other store that had all the parts I needed. As I was driving I decided to stop by O'Reilly's on Everhart instead.I walked in & was greeted by Jace who not only welcomed me but was sincerely wanting to help me. Jace, had no problems talking to my mechanic & getting all the parts I needed. He also was kind enough to put my new hub caps on my car that I purchased as well. I will return to O'Reilly's in the future for all my car needs. Thank you Jace for all your help & your kindness.Kim

Manager JC was very helpful. Needed a light bulb and had been to serval place including another o'riley and they were all no help. He came out and looked and noticed it was only disconnected. Plus weather was horrible. Thank you again

Man behind counter was very helpful and as a woman with no experience with cars he filled me in on everything I would need to fix my car so I could get back on the road and get back to my life

Our battery died and we came in right as they were closing and they were so helpful and so nice. We will never go anywhere else! Monica and Bryan were the best!

The counter people here are the most courteous of any of the O'Reilly I've ever been in. They go above and beyond trying to locate parts for your vehicle.

Employee's friendly and willing to help, but you need to ask for it. I like that in an auto store. Have some pretty good sales on oil/filter package regularly.
