I want to O'reilly's auto parts. Just to be ignored while one guy talked on the phone in another guy, answer a phone call and the other one was fighting with a customer over refunding it battery. Since they did not did not have time to check out a female with her antifreeze, I decided to go across the street to the auto zone and buy it there. I left O'reillys items on the counter. So they would have something to do since obviously using the cash register is too hard...

They are very polite and patient. Carlos is especially great! He is extremely acknowledgable and he answered all my question. Very very helpful. Well definitely be returning.

They know what their talking about especially the tiny fellow and overall good people and everything is there just some things are specifically ordered plus with warranty if it comes bad.

Except for Hades-esque temperatures..it was fun as always! Things were organized and easy to find. The employees were extremely polite,knowledgeable and VERY willing to help!! AND LAST , BUT NOT LEAST... the prices were a stoooooone groooove! Keep up the GROOVYwork,Friends!

We were on a family trip to SPI and had an emergency stop. Carlos, the Manager, was extremely helpful, hospitable, and kind to us. We couldn t recommend this OReilly enough!

From someone who never goes to an auto parts store I had an easy experience and got what I needed. Roger was helpful and helped me understand. I thought it was awesome he took the time to explain to a single mom what the problem was and why I needed a new part. Hopefully I won't have car trouble anytime soon but if I do I know where to go!

The guy who helped us, Robert, was super helpful, he really saved the day. We had a hub Bering go out on our boat trailer and O'Reillys had everything we needed to fix it. Thanks guys!

Thank you to Chris and his staff in CalAllen for honoring a warranty on a battery that was discontinued that I bought at a different O Reilly s, for installing it even though they were very busy and especially for Chris who did it after he had clocked out!!! Great customer service!!!

Went in this morning to get a replacement light bulb for one of my headlights. Carlos got the right light bulb for me and was even gonna help me install it. Unfortunately I had to leave due to being called into work but he explained to me how to install it so I could do it on my own later.
