I spoke with Gerry at the counter. Checked out batteries and I bought a steering wheel cover. I have a bad right shoulder so Gerry finished putting it on for me. It's that extra touch they have that auto zone and the rest don't use. Great job!

Went in their store on a Saturday and was greeted in a friendly professional way. The employee was very knowledgeable and knew the automotive field very well. I got my parts right away and was on my way in no time. Prices were very reasonable and are always a quality product! You can find cheaper prices if you don't want quality products but if you want quality at a good price, then this is the place to go. Also, they usually have what you want in stock. If not, they'll hot shot the part from another nearby store in a short time for your convenience!

Very pleased with the superb customer service provided by Jason at this location. He went above and beyond for our family today. We had been stranded and got towed to this location. From the moment we walked in he was very welcoming and treated us like family. He didn't hesitate to help my husband out and get down and dirty while helping us remove a part from our truck. Next time you visit this location, ask for him he will take care of you very well.

Went in with a dead car battery and gentleman behind the counter offered to charge and test it to see if it was bad.Got a call a little while later to say it was charged and had tested fine.Brought my vehicle back and he tested for charging system issues.This is service from the old school.This is service that brings people backThis is service that engenders trust in a company,product and employees.

Went by this place to buy wiper blades for my vehicle while it was raining....absolute coincidence :). The guys were super nice and Josh went above and beyond to install the wipers in the rain. Now that is customer service. Thank you so much!!

I want to thank the Great Lady that helped me this week. I had a check engine light on. I had to plug in myself, that is totally understandable. She said I had a loose gas cap and that the code would go away if I tightened it. It did, actually as she said, thank you very much.

Great experience getting my new battery on my vehicle. Myself, already knowing that O'Reilly's was a trusted establishment, I had a smooth transition. Took my old battery in, I had already done my research on what I wanted and needed. Asked the gentleman there by the name of Chris on his opinion of my choice. He showed me a battery with more power, but did not push me to get that specific battery that would cost more. He even said it's your own choice on what battery you want. So, I chose my initial battery. Courteous to the buyer's choice and efficient. Decently priced too.

Darrion helped me with Windshield wipers since mine were in pieces and it was raining.I decided on the Silicone option, it was more than I planned to pay,- there was a $10 off sale, so I did it.The store was busy w phones ringing, buyers coming in the door. He stopped, put the new wipers on and had me test them.In the rain.Started down the road again in the rain. I tell you Silicone Windshield Wipers are the way to go. No matter the cost, I will never go back to rubber.Darrion said, the last twice as long, better visibility and perfect for the hot Texas summers.Thank you !

Have gone for precision CV shafts to 3 different locations. 4 times I've gotten the wrong parts. Spent too much money, gas and time chasing wrong parts, not counting the wait and time paid to mechanics for their time.

I drove all the way across town because that used to be a good store the people there that work there are lazy I was there for five hours and they have four or five people working in there probably eight people in and out of the store the whole time could not get nobody to come out there to help me because I didn't want to get hot the store is went to the dogs the people you have running that store now need to be fired they don't help they don't want to help I spent like I said 5 hours outside got sunburned and not one time did they ever come back outside to help me none of them I need help with my fuses

Outstanding, knowledge and counter presence. Part was correct the first time and although not the cheapest it was top of the line as far as reviews which was done prior to visit. Great job guys.

I like the place and the parts selection, but if you need a part delivered from another store I suggest to pick up the part yourself from the other store. It took 45 minutes past the time they told me it would be there before I could get my part.

Store clerk wouldn't sell me Armor All because he didn't have any change for a $100 . At 3:00 in the afternoon . Come on
