usually great, but the last 2 times I've had issues . the first was they told me a part I needed was not in stock when it was and was even marked on their website. and today I went in and asked for a bulb. when I got home it was not meant for my vechile and since it's open they wouldn't refund me. that was $20 down the drain

Answering phone during this evening of the Tuesday @510pm, lacks knowledge on the productivity with finding information in accordance to the minimum discretion provided over the phone line by a client in my case today. I called with year 2011/Ford 150/ for price on 6 wire and spark plugs. Two phone calls he still get from my tile the facts the asked more questions. Mind blowing it s only a price range. He was laid back, as if bothered by my lack of engine power. I mean it s a 150?? Expecting that he d narrow it down. Nevertheless, extremely frustrating. Never resolved, next time he could have given the price of the most common. There s only 4 horsepower engines on the simplest 5400ton weight at Ford 150??? Guess his lacking knowledge.

I went into O'Reilly to have my battery charged come to find out the battery was no good and it was the wrong battery for my car but Mr.Randy saved the day for me! He was nice and patient, and I left a happy customer

Great customer service O'Reilly!!Left my house and 2 blocks onto my drive, I found out my turning signal was out. Stopped at this " Amayzing chain store" at Crosstown and Horne where they advertise they are top notch. Well, I bought the replacement lamp ( pictured ) and was told to head all the way to Horne st. and Port location because the manager was too busy to install the lamp. So, unwillingly, I make the drive there to encounter another " don't bother me, is hot outside " employee that proceeded to say " uuuy it will be a while, why don't you come back around 3 pm?. NO !! I won't. Actually, I'm NEVER coming back!!Thanks for nothing!!

My guy Hunter is the best O Reilly associate ever. He went above and beyond to help me find my receipt for a warranty item. This saved me a lot of money and hassle. Highly recommend Hunter if you need solutions!

The assistant manager at this location was very helpful. There were people that only spoke Spanish and he went above and beyond to them helped. For me, he didn't stop searching for the part I needed until he found it.

The service has been great during busy hours or slow. All employees extremely helpful. If a diagnostics test can be done they are straight with you. They inform you of a possible time frame to get to you, if they need to step outside to view your auto issue. Auto Zone use to be my place until the employees attitudes became rude and it seemed as if the customer was a bother to them. Now my place is O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Great service and good selection! I appreciate the fact that I didn't have my receipt with me, but they still gave me the credit for my core return. They were also kind enough to print me a copy of the receipt for the warranty, on the part I purchased. They had everything I needed to fix my truck, including the installation kit. The place across the street said they didn't have the installation kit, that they would have to order it for me. I didn't want to wait. So, I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Lexi refused service and used profanity without attempting to help me. I was in a great mood ready to give this location my money for parts and instead was shouted out of the store. When I called to speak to acting manager Matt about this experience his response was, "Ok." It is not ok Matt and it is not ok O'Reilly. Autozone here I come

The have the best customer service from all the stores in the Corpus Christi. I was very impressed with the knowledge the employees possess of the auto parts and are friendly enough to explain how to installAll in all I will always prefer O'Reilly over autozone because of the higher quality of products they carry.

I needed help with a new battery & installation for my Volkswagen tiguan & Tabitha helped me out on which one I needed & my car has been running right ever since !!! I'm sooooo glad that she was able to help me out especially because I was stranded not knowing what to do or why my car wasn't starting!!! Thankful that Tabitha was knowledgable enough to inform me what the issue was with my vehicle, & was able to get it running again after the battery installation!! I was kind of skeptical at first because I didn't think it was my battery, but I was soooo surprised when it started again !!! I almost kissed the woman ! Lmao! That's how happy I was tho!!! I definately reccomend this O'Reilly's auto parts store!!!!!!

The manager, Rich was very helpful in finding me everything I needed, from the oil to the rack and pinnion. Smiled while he was doing it and his employees helped him take everything to my truck after I was finished! I went all the way back across town because I live by the weber store and went in afterwards for a socket and wrench and was treated very poorly by a gentleman named Henry who I am reporting. I ended up going back to this store and Jonathan helped me get the few items I missed the first go around. I will no longer be shopping at the store so close to my home. I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to get the extra customer service that is hard to come by these days! I'm very thankful for both gentlemen who help me and my son get what we needed to fix our truck!

Great guys that work there. The better O'Reilly Auto Parts store is on Saratoga right in front of the hospital. I've been shopping with them for years now and I can't complain.

I went to 3 AutoZone auto parts and no one had a clue about brake lines, fitting nor flare, and were rude as I questioned them about the brake lines.....I gave up , called orielys and the young woman immediately knew what I was looking for, went to the store and was out in under 4 minutes with the correct parts.....very courteous and professional.

Not bad, the only bad thing is Danny G. That works there, he ate my sandwich I left on the counter. He denies it but as big as he is. It was pretty clear what happen to said sandwich.
