Had an excellent experience last week at O Reilly auto parts. The clerk was extremely helpful and sold me a part that I thought I needed. He even went outside to help me install it at which time we saw that I didn t need it. He immediately went back in and within moments had refunded my credit card. He was very jovial and although I thanked him profusely, he said things like no I really wanted to get some fresh air So, at least dealing with that clerk he was extremely friendly & and very nice young man.The store was very clean. The other employees were all helping other customers and were very attentive. The place seems always packed, but they seem to get things done very quickly overall it s a great store.

I have been going to O'Reilly on Waldren Rd since 2017. The store has always had the parts and tools I needed. The personnel have always been professional and willing to install the parts such as batteries and wipers...

Took an alternator in to get tested. They said they can't test it unless it was in vehicle. How can I drive vehicle in to get tested if alternator isn't working?Took alternator to AutoZone and they tested it no problem.

The staff at this place are awesome! They didn t hesitate when I asked them to help me put my windshield wipers on!! I know they are supposed to help however, a lot of times I get pushback from other places! Great job y all!!

Stopped by yesterday to have free battery test. After explaining my few issues with staff member behind counter he said I didn t need test and that cables were probably dirty and needed cleaning, but he refused to do free battery test. The website says FREE BATTERY TEST!!!! So today I stopped at a real vehicle service business and asked to have my battery looked at and it was pretty clean and cables were connected tightly, I watched mechanic look at the battery so after having my battery tested and determining that it is going bad, I had the real vehicle business replace it . Needless to say O Reilly has lost a customer for life!!!

Went in looking for a part for my sister's car. The young lady that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. She found what I was looking for, gave me my options and ordered the part. I have always had great service at this store.

The guys here are very professional and get you in and out. They won't tell you something to you that you don't need but give their professional opinions on whats best for your upkeep with your vehicle. Will be doing furture business with these awesome people.

I went in to buy long sockets and waited 15 seconds when I was called to get checked out. Nina was so sweet and funny.. Made me feel very welcomed there. 2nd time I bought a battery and straight to register. I believe Dan helped me very nice and helpful making sure I had everthing

A HUGE THANK YOU, to Jay at store 1687!!! Thank you for staying late to help my friend tonight. As a Manager at another Oreillys, you make me so proud to be apart of the Green Team .My friend called me worried about his truck, after an engine light came on. I felt bad I couldn t help being so far away. But After diagnosing Cylinder 8 misfire, you helped him find the problem with his wiring harness and boot. Staying after close to make sure he got it running, safely.While on the phone with my friend, I heard your interactions and was very happy he was with someone who also truly cared about his safety. For the most part this store is pretty decent store. Employees are friendly and helpful finding what you are looking for. Definitely verify that you have been given are correct parts if it is a behind the counter item! On several occasions have had to return to store to exchange for correct item be cause associate did not pay attention to part # when pulling from shelf.

David went above and beyond to help my father and I when the truck wouldn't start. Very kind and patient with us and too time to go over everything and try to troubleshoot. Helped us find what we needed until we had everything. I Really really appreciated his help!

Aj and her team are awesome!! Had to replace my wiper blades and of course they end up being a model that needs a special clip. Went to another store and they didn't have ANY. Called O'Riley's and Aj took the time to verify and make sure they had my kind in stock.Went into the store, even grabbed the wrong ones (whoops), but Aj caught it and made sure that I left with the correct needed items.Very grateful to have helpful, knowledgeable, courteous people to rely on!Thank you!

They sent us on a wild goose chase for a part to 3 different stores and ended up going to A DIFFERENT auto parts store altogether. Get it together O'REILLY'S. And update that so called "stock" in your computer.

Always helpful. Got 5 gallons Synthetic oil this time & an oil filter. Which we were in Mathis & they gave us the wrong one. But they promptly made up for it by delivering the correct one & crediting my money back to my credit card right away! O worries, would use them again. And Eddie who changedmy oil& inspected my car. Also many thanks to Larry Cook for the use of his shop & his son Justin Cook for fixing my emergency break thing so I could pass inspection!

Came here to get parts, was told the parts were at another store across town. Paid for the parts and drove across town to pickup my parts. The other store said this store put the order in wrong and the parts were sent to this store. Drive back across town just to he told the parts aren't here yet but they should be here in 30min.....hopefully. it's always something with this place.

They stock parts for most domestic and Asian cars on the road going back many years, are generally well staffed and are customer service oriented. Good selection of fluids and DIY supplies, including specialty tools. Helpfull staff at the Flour Bluff store hasn't let me down yet.

Need an engine code check...stood in line 5 minutes, 3 clerks on the counters, made me wait 10 minutes till all "sales" done. Next time buy an item, and they might take care of you sooner

This sis the last time I walk in the door at an O'Reilly's.The counter people there, are less than competent. They also have their favorites, and leave ya standing in line, while they help those favorites. Done spending any $$ there.
