10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. The owner thinks that it is suffice that a handwritten paper that says No Refund is legit. I'd be ok with a No Refund policy if he had multiple signs and verbally tell you all purchases are final. But, no there's no doubt that one hand written sign is on purpose. The owner thinks it is ok to start disrespectfully talking to you. Very lucky his a$$ wasn't whooped. However, his receipts need to have no Refund on it and they don't. Luckily for him $200 isn't worth taking him to court over.

I have three vehicles and all three get repaired there. Arnold does a fine job on the repairs and is very inexpensive on his labor costs. The RTA goes right by his shop and very close to my house. If the repair on one of my vehicles requires very much time I catch the bus home. It takes about twenty minutes either way on the bus for ten cents. Very pleased with Nueces Auto .

VERY rude & disrespectful! Don t recommend them.Both of the gentlemen s were being races because a Mexican young lady didn t know much about what she needed for her vehicle.

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. I ordered new wheel hubs for my daughter s 2014 Ford Fusion which was $292 and when the mechanic pulled the old wheel hubs off he informed us that the hubs that were given to us was for a Ford Focus. This happened on a Sunday which Nueces Auto Parts was closed. We ended up purchasing the correct ones from O Reillys. My husband went back Monday to return the parts and he refused to give us the money back for the WRONG parts that THEY ordered. My husband argued with him and he finally agreed to give him partial return and charging us a $90 restock fee. This man was completely rude and was cussing at my husband. Very unprofessional and I will NEVER purchase from them again.

Mr Arnold is a bit eccentric!!! With this being said. I've taken all my vehicles to his establishment to be serviced and repaired. His mechanic is old school. He is on the spot. Excellent service and great prices!!!!

My mother called to get a price on a part and was very rudely told that someone else already asked about the same part, and they don't repeat prices. I guess there is only one 2011 Impala in corpus. I used to spend $1000+ a month on parts here,not anymore. I wonder how much longer they'll be in business with customer service like this.

Arnold who runs the place is super knowledgeable about car and truck parts. If he's not sure he'll look it up for you. He also has the best prices in town. Come here for all your auto part needs. A+A+A+

Bought a part, 2hr later come to find out didn't need it after all. Tried to return it part had not been touched or removed from box. Man was rude and would not refund. Yes I understand their right if the item was taken out of bag and box, but it hadn't. Never buy from them again.

0 stars if I could.Horrible attitude and customer service.Worst place I've ever been to.Idk whose grandpa was at the counter, but the old man didn't take his happy pills or is simply a bitter misogynist. Went in there to purchase a car part for my mom and as we where making the questions to assure we had the correct part or if we needed any extra things, he straight up closed the box in out faces and said he would not sell us the part because he doesn't like people making questions. I'll pay the extra $50 at AutoZone any dam day, but my family and I will certainly never go near this place again.

the owner and the people that work there are extremely rude I was completely disrespected when I was trying to talk to anyone when I try to talk to mechanic he said he could not talk to me.they told me my car was a piece of junk why do I want to put money into it and that's the only car I have I can't believe that the owner said that to me!!! I will not be going back there again.and none of the people that I know are going there either.

Ordered parts to my car, he gave us the wrong part. Tried to tell him and he DEMANDED he gave us the right part and said we could not get a refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband went in there today to buy a part and when he asked the owner if the part didn t fit if they could return it, the owner became irate and rude and started yelling at my husband and his friend. He kept saying he had been offended because they asked if they could return a part. It was a part my husband needed for his truck and he told him he didn t mean to disrespect him but just wanted to know if he could return it if it wasn t the right part. The owner at that time refused to sell him the part and kept yelling at my husband and his friend. They ended up leaving because the owner was rude and disrespectful. I wouldn t recommend going there to purchase anything from him!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would he s very rude and unprofessional was trashing other auto part companies. Attitude at front counter means a lot to a customer..they are rude,doesn't know how to engage in a simple conversation..appears to be in a bad mood,I do not recommend. Horrible bad service very unacceptable .The owner has some behavior issues with women. Tell me what you need so I can go on with my life. What kind of business owner does this. He thought just because I m a woman I knew nothing about cars.

The owner of this place is a lunatic. Do not buy parts from here. No return policy and if you ask about the return policy he freaks out and starts shouting on the phone about how there is nothing wrong with the parts he sells and hangs up. Guess I just have to eat the 60 dollars I paid for a made in china part that doesnt fit right. Really strange way of doing business. Really strange individual. Will not be going back here.

Got a good price on the part. It was the correct part so that was good. Problem was I was in a really good mood when I showed up there but the employee that worked with me has such a bad attitude that I left feeling like I had really been disrespected and I wasn't happy. Not sure if I will buy my car parts there again.

Probably the best place for auto repair in Corpus Christi. Great service, even better prices. They have their own auto parts warehouse so you don't pay the exorbitant prices you would at a chain auto store.Get a quote somewhere else and then at Nueces Auto. You've got nothing to lose. You'll be impressed.

I called for a part I needed for my truck, the rep is being rude on the phone places me on hold for 10mins .. I hang up and call back and he is now mad because I hung up and called back demanding a apology I know this is not his first time doing this and won t be his last .. Good luck on using this company Ps .. I got my part from a different store .. better price .Thanks rude guy!
