both times i ve been have been less than stellar.once not being notified of a same day online order.the second and last time - zero customer service from the one rude employee i could find.the cashier was awake.i ll give her that.plenty of other stores (and better stocked) to choose from that i will frequent in the future.

I went in looking for a Klutch 1" drive Heavy Duty impact gun, and a brass water filter for a pressure washer, and found them both. No problem.

Go literally anywhere else to buy your tools. I bought an air hammer that was defective. Tried to return it 2 days later and was told since it s used they can t return it. The guy behind the counter even called his superiors and the best they would do is give me store credit but they would have to charge me a %20 fee. I don t know how Northern Tool expects you to determine a tool is defective without operating it but now I m stuck with an air hammer that doesn t hardly work. Thanks Northern Tool

Noe and Amanda are Friendly and professional staff willing to help you out finding what you are looking for without any hesitation. You need liable and rare tools they have it. I was going around every tool shop including harbor freight and Home Depot looking for a 2 1/2 6 point socket couldn t find it until I went to Northern. Great Job Northern you saved me a lot of $.

Mr. Ray L helped us today! He was so nice and patient with us, he went aisle to aisle helping us find a tool we didn t find until like 20min later! he s someone who definitely loves his job bc it was nothing but smiles :) thank you Ray! will definitely be returning for any of our tools needs/ questions

Sierra was very helpful & great customer service. She went above and beyond for me when she was helping me find a item I really needed. Sierra called others store to see if they had the item in stock. She was able to located at a different store. So Sierra had me paid for it here and picked up over there. She made it super easy for me. I really appreciate that from her.

The store is very clean and inviting, the employees are super helpful as well. We were greeted once we walked in and after browsing for a little the employees made sure to check on us and see if we needed anything. Our item that we were looking for was in stock, and they have coupons that get mailed out. So it was definitely a deal. But be sure to do your research, some of the items are the exact same as Harbor Freight but for 3 times the cost. There are other items that are a super deal here though and with the coupon it is even better.

I had been to the store in San Antonio, Texas several times before. Living 150 miles south of San Antonio going there was not a daily/weekly/monthly trip. When the Store opened in Corpus Christi, Texas it was nice to be able to go more often. The People there have been very helpful and friendly on all of our trips there. It is a Great Store with Very Helpful, Friendly People that go out of their way to help you...

Always awesome and quality products. The people working here have always been friendly AND knowledgeable. Just tried the same day/next day flat fee delivery for an engine hoist. A little confusing on adding that, but for the discount on getting something that heavy delivered, way worth it if it works out.

I HATE visiting THIS STORE!EVERY time I go, they sell EVERYTHING I WANT! When the employees approach me with such courtesy, knowledge and helpfulness, I WISH I WOULD NOT HAVE TO GO TO OTHER STORES to make purchases when not buying tools. Those places are so large that their employees do not even have enough time to look at me. I HATE that THEIR PRICES ARE SO MUCH LOWER than what I paid for them before I started shopping their. I HATE to think of having to use them for my future purchases, because I know I'm going to have that same old feeling all over again!

Northern tools has all the right tools and equipment you are needing. Recently went to the store and was helped by one of the managers named Noe. He was very nice, polite, answered all my questions, and helped me with what I was looking for. The cashiers at the front are very nice and have great customer service. Would definitely visit again!

This is a top notch tool store. The same high quality merchandise that I can find at my favorite Ace Hardware Store. The difference is that this place has a wider selection of the same high quality brands, like Stihl and Milwaukee. Unfortunately they closed early. So, I didn't get a chance to see the whole store. I hope that they go back to their longer hours soon. I would love to see more of the store, next time.

Always very helpful in my purchases. They also extent a military discount to veterans, which is a big plus in these trying times. I look to Northern Tool first, when I want tools, equipment and supplies.

I've been to store a handful of times; but the most recent visit made me extremely pleased and I will now highly be recommending this place. Amazing job B! By far one of the best customer services here that I experienced was from the employee named B. She was very friendly & professional.

I have never gone to Northern Tools and been able to find everything I need, not that they don't carry it, they just don't carry enough stock. and it seems unreasonable. LIke I just went looking for 2" discharge hose adapters. they had 2 female adapters and no male adapters,... they just never seem to have what is actually needed. They need to stock better.

Don't buy anything gas powered. If you do Read their return policies first! Don't make the same mistake I did, I will take the loss on this one, but won't get fooled again spend your money at a place that cares about working people that need equipment and tools to do their job not having to wait due to stupid policies.

Amazing place. It was my first time trying northern out and I was so impressed with the customer service. Noe was so patient and knowledgeable that it made my shopping experience so easy. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend northern to my friends.

Northern tools have turned out to be one of my favorite places to get tools. They are really stepping it up with better quality and know brands, and the prices are even better than Home Depot and lows.

A 10 day delivery window is excessive. I can only hope they keep the shorter delivery date. Well Oder came in ahead of time by 3 days. Price and availability were key to buy from northern. Thanks

HF would be the best IF they ever got serious about checking people out. Most crowded spot in the store is ALWAYS at checkout. Instead of collecting phone numbers, trying to get people to join their club, helping old people with their smart phones for savings they don t understand.... just take my money and let me go !

Very disappointed. Bought two Powerhorse generators so I can run together. Bought the warranty but 3 months after it expired told by the Tech the rings are gone and no compression. No issues up until then. I religiously power both up every month to keep in running order. These things are not cheap. Very disappointed.
