I have always been treated right. The staff is very accommodating and professional. They provide a ride home if they need to keep the vehicle and they will pick me up when the work is complete. I am very satisfied with their service. Austin has been my service technician on many occasions. He is excellent.

We took our car in today so they could check out my window for me. Not sure what happened but they checked it out and Lord and behold it started working with no issues. Tyler and Ralph were very helpful and professional. I would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you gentlemen

THEY WILL CHARGE OVER 20 TIMES THE COST OF THE PART FOR A 10 MIN JOB.I am giving a late review to service I received from them over 1 year ago. My nissan rogue door handle broke off. I was really busy so I went to nissan to fix it instead of doing myself. First they gave me a quote of $166 for the job which I agreed to. After they fixed it they said that was the quote for the part not the work which was going to increase to over $400. Keep in mind they where pricing the door handle 2.5 times it's weight in silver. I will give them credit that they didn't make me pay over $400 since they quoted wrong they reduced it to $200.I was going to let this go and not make a review at all. I had another door handle break on the same care the part cost me $18 from Amazon and took me 10 minutes to fix. So the were over charging 20x for a 10 min job.I have used them since then and the cost was extreme for some routine maintenance but I think they over charge on that know but have no proof.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes

Was I for a recall on a hood latch. Was going to do a inspection for my registration. When the Service Wright-er informed me a set of wiper blades with labor was $50. Showing me that charging labor to install wipers that any parts house does for free. Inspires me not at all to use anyone that's out to rip off a customer. I expect to pay something at the dealership. With the promise to trade me up with the same payment also impossible. My car is in payed off with no payment. Great blessing from God & "Keys to Progress" Program. Tempting as it is to upgrade the ride. Inflation is making it impossible to afford to drive at all. Online car purchase programs seem smart to look at now days.

I hope nobody experience what I had 2 experience just 4 an oil change on Commercial vehicle, I had to wait 3hrs. U know how everything gets uptight when vehicle ain't making money! I would never come here again, I would go to oil lubes if I had to get my oil changed in This city again. I'm from Houston, I give them (- star's) bad manager or something, cause I wouldn't let a worker take that long on an OIL CHANGE Period

I had an appointment, still they went the extra mile fir my problem, a second test drive, was very thorough, and kind, snd professional and made further appointments for recalls that the car needed years ago and never got fixed. I've only had this vehicle 3 months, so good to know. They are all great from front to back to garage, everywhere. Thx Nissan!!

I went because my Nissan 2012 Murano had a factory recall on the brake fluid. It was changed from Dot 3 to 4 fluid.

Ordered a part thru thier parts dept. I was told it would be in no later than 2 days 4 days later I call to see the status and was told it's there. I go to pick up only to find its the wrong part.

The staff in the service department. Are very helpfu.thay always keep me informed .the 5-year bumper to bumper warranty is the best I have ever seen. it even covered the battery !
