I showed up about 15 minutes after they had closed & Manny was nice enough to open the store for me. The level of customer service is above and beyond expectations! I truly appreciated his help and making me feel important and not like an inconvenience. Thanks for your professionalism and care!

If you knew nothing about your vehicle and needed help Napa is for you. If you are DIY guru Napa is for you. The consumer service is amazing. First class. They went all out to try to get me the part I needed.

On vacation and needed a hub assembly. They had a better and longer warranty than "other guys".Price was great and had the socket I needed as well.

I went to auto zone,oriellys,advance, last stop napa off leopard in annaville mind it was 5:50 manuel was his name he look n couldnt fine the part but he Told l let me try something else , well what do you know he had a pulley n it worked he took the time to measure the hole to make sure it was ok ,i say thank you manuel you have me as a customer n a friend from now on an i will tell my friends to go there also

I ll never purchase from napa again. Poor service and they are not kind at all. Went to the location in corpus on spid and the blonde lady was so rude with my husband this place was the same!
