The service was spectacular! Albert was the tech that serviced my vehicle and informed EVERY step of the way. They were all so polite and respectful. Albert even washed his hands before coming into my car to check an air filter behind my glove compartment. The vibe was very professional and friendly. I am very impressed with the service I received at this location. He was efficient but not rushed. You have a great employee on your team!!! Great experiences is what brings a customer back! I ll definitely be back when the time comes.

Albert and Kevin were very polite and knowledgeable about the supplies and service needed for my car. They made my first time customer experience pleasant. They were very professional and helpful. Very rude! I m definitely not going back there again! I came to Take 5 instead and it was way better service and was a better price too!! Lesson learned I should not just stop at the first oil change place I see!

Jeremiah and the rest of the guys were here to greet me with a smile and great service. I didn t have to wait just pulled right into bay 1 and Jeremiah got everything taken care of promptly and politely. I come here for oil changes but the staff is knowledgeable and explain what my vehicle needs besides oil changes and that is very helpful. I rate the entire experience 5 stars thanks!

Drove up was greeted by Gary. I pulled my car in and the inspection didn t take long. I needed to get this done but with my work schedule I ve been putting it off. I had an unexpected early Friday called the place closest to my work to see if they could get it done. I was told only available Monday through Wednesday. I called Minit Man #8059 was told yes ma am inspection guy here until 8:00 pm. I drove over and am thankful it s done. Definitely recommend them not only for oil change but inspection as well.

My day was a busy one, so I was grateful that service was quick! The only thing I would suggest is to be a bit hospitable. Other than that, Minit Man is my go to place.

We trust these guys so much! It's the only place we go! Albert and the manager Haelion are so polite, well-mannered, thorough, and friendly! We had some issues with our oil leaking and they took such good care of us. We continue to trust them to care for our vehicle.

Minit Man is always excellent but this last trip especially. I m retired and having possible transmission problems. They recommended a place that would work with me. I haven t been yet but will be going soon

I ve been going to this location for years to get my inspection done, but yesterday was definitely my last time. I didn t even make it completely into the bay when the guy stopped me and told me I had failed. He told me I failed due to my headlights being too cloudy/yellowing. Then proceeded to tell me that I could go to AutoZone and clean them myself or have them (minut man) do it for $90. To me this was an effort to try and get me to spend money on something that I didn t need. My headlights are barely getting to a cloudy state and after getting opinions from several other state inspectors/mechanics, I took it somewhere else that was just as thorough. And they didn t even bat an eye at my headlights. I understand that they re held liable for inspections, but to me, this was just an effort to get me to spend money on something I don t need. Definitely disappointed. Go somewhere else that isn t going to try and nickel and dime you for stuff you don t need just yet.

The oil change is always quick & easy, but this time it was visual inspection that saved me. The tech noticed a nail in my tire. I went to the tire shop and was told my tire never would have made the San Antonio trip I had planned for the next day.Thanks for ensuring that I didn t end up beside the highway somewhere in the dark!

S.Staples location is a real good location for all your vehicles needs. Superior techs and lots of interaction with the customer relating to your vehicles needs and services available. I've had lots of bad experiences with the Kostoryz location. But this location takes the cake. Not all locations provide you with excellent customer service. Please make sure to tip your techs. Buy them a soda or a taco. S. Staples location workers deserve it. Located by Pizza Hut and Arby's on S.Staples/ McArdle

Every time I go to this place they try to jack me up! Who told you to look up my car fax? I only wanted an oil change, then they proceeded to tell me I have a number of things wrong with my vehicle. They did that to my last vehicle I took there and the only thing wrong was it was low on oil. They told me I needed a mechanic, I didn't, just an oil change. They told me my horn didn't work, it did I showed them, why do these places see a woman come in and think they can jack her up? My ex was a ase certified mechanic and he taught me a few things. Like when I'm being given the run around. I gave you a second chance on my new vehicle but now I'm done and I'll make sure to pass this along to my friends. Dang! You all were getting to charge me over 450 bucks to do work on my car today! I just wanted an oil change, I didn't ask for a diagnostic! SMH and I just drove to Houston and back and checked my oil and not a drop was gone.... And since this happened I keep recieving phone calls from someone at minit man and I told them to stop contacting me. I finally blocked their number. Scammers trying to take advantage of a woman I think.Don't go to this location because they made me feel like my vehicle was trash...
