Not the best fast service so it was worth the price. Couldn t hear the technicians ask me questions for add-on sales, partly because of the country music blasting and partly because they didn t come up and talk with me. One tech said I had metal shavings in my transfer case but couldn t answer what a transfer case was. I also wasn t crazy about them making assumptions about their competitors in front of me - it s unprofessional and insults your customer s previous choices.

Exceptional!The speed of their service was nothing short of astonishing. What stood out the most, however, was the professionalism of the staff. They not only addressed my car's needs but also took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that I was well-informed and comfortable with the process.The quality of the work was impeccable.

New shop manager at Minitman, Marquis was super helpful. Did a great job with Customer Service and explaining oil quality, helped with resetting mileage, tire air pressure. I m very satisfied I would recommend using mint man on airline rd.

The guys were very kind very knowledgeable. I did not get my oil changed here because they did not have my brand nor a store close by for me to pick up and bring back. They were using some type of what I call vegetable type oil. Or greenhouse oil something that I wasn't happy with.

After my oil change as I drove off a dash light alert came on that I had an emissions problem. Took vehicle back and manager checked it out and basically said nothing wrong was done however my vehicle never ever had that alert come on until after I drove off. Luckily a manager from another store on Staples named Adam followed up and asked me to bring it to his store and problem was fixed.

The new shop manager marquise is very great he has his crew and shop together he will go out his way for your car and truck he takes the time out to explain any service and recommendations for your vehicle he watches every safety check before letting your vehicle back on the road he follows up on service even if he didn't work on the car he informs us to check our emails for coupons and discounts even highlights the key points on your receipts making him the manager was best thing Minitman could have done for this shop I see improvements all the way around I highly recommend airline always ask for marquise aka Kelley what he goes by in the shop.

Ben and his guys took great care of everything. Very professional and communicative through the entire process. I came in needing an oil change and inspection. They were unable to do an inspection but after the oil change he gave me directions to another location that was able to do it. Highly recommend this location

This place was quick, and the service was great. This location didn't offer state inspection but the employees have me directions to another location that did. Super helpful and great service

They have the great staff and service, JAG explained very good the service fee and all details about types oil, no hidden cost fee and checking all air and cabin filter . They did very well and fast service with my observation . I personally like to see when servicemen do the work, it's good to learn something new. Thanks JAG and all teammates

Been a customer of the store on Airline for many many years. I will NEVER go back. Crew appears to be a new. Very rude bunch of guys. I have 4 vehicles. I will be taking them all else where from now on.

Always polite and efficient. I have never had them push extras on me. They WILL ask, that is business. But, if I decline, that is the end. There are places closer but we always go to Airline.

I INVEST $500 INTO MY VEHICLE ON RECOMMENDED SERVICES AND THEY EVEN DRIVE OUT OF THERE WAY TOO GET A SPECIAL PREMIUM FILTER . I DON T KNOW I AM THINKING THE BASIC MAY BE BEST AS LONG AS THE PREMIUM IS SIMPLE CLEAN MATERIAL AS THEY USUALLY SHOW IT OFF THIS TIME THEY DID NOT . VEHICLE RUND GREAT THANKS EVEN GOT SMOKED OUT TONIGHT BY SUPER EXHAUST ON AIRLINE GOING TOWARS IT TONIGHT . WILD THX GUYS !

Kevin and Jesse are helping me with my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 that only has 86,000 miles. I asked them for their complete service line because my truck has not been driven more than 500 miles a year for the last 3 years.They are doing an excellent job at flushing out all of the systems. Some may not be needed, but this way I have a good record of what was done when. I requested the work because I will be driving a lot in the near future.Being a mechanics kid. I know them importance of maintenance. Too bad I didnt have the thermostat needed to replace my bad one, I'd bet they would have done that work for me as well.Thanks guys for the hard work and helping me keep my powerful truck running strong.If their boss reads this, Give them a raise!They are both very respectful, and courteous young men. I appreciate their time. I asked, while under there if they would inform me about a slow main seal leak that I've had for years.They are even performing a lube job that has been needed the last 6 months.A tip from my dad to me, use the same type of fluids as the vehicle was shipped with. That means no synthetic fluids for my truck.Dad said that as our vehicles get older the seals age, naturally. If you mix the standard fluid and layer switch to the synthetic type, what will happen occasionally is the seal will blow aka fail.I hope you stop by and see them soon.Andrew Clark is the manager, I complimented him on having such high caliber employees.

Minute Man on Airline has new owners but the same fantastic service! Very quick, honest, and reliable! If there is a line, it's ok. It moves fast! I would definately recommend!Thank you Ben and staff.

The manager Ben don t care about his workers and what they have going on in their life plus he is never there cause he always leaves to go to his sons football games and Robert is not a good worker and doesn t communicate with his fellow workers and when they are first learning he rushes them and pushes them to the point where they quit it s not a good place of work and they are way overpriced for paying everyone 13 a hour but when I was there I was the only worker getting paid 11$ a hour and I was constantly getting blamed for stuff I didn t do and constantly having to help the top guy when I was just the lower bay technician overall it s not a good place to get your oil change might as well do it yourself and get away from their extremely high prices that are way to much
