Mike Shaw Kia is a great dealership with excellent salesmen, especially John Sapo Gutierrez who helped get me a great deal on a used vehicle! Service center is wonderful except for the scheduling which takes a million years when you need it scheduled sooner.

I want to thank everyone at Mike Shaw Kia service department especially EJ. Sorry for misjudging you and I really appreciate what you did for me. The other. The yes people are highly recommended these people will go out of their way. I wasn't misjudging them but I was wrong and I apologize for that now. I can keep all my medical appointments for lending me a car. Thank you and god bless.

A very friendly, welcoming service center and it's employees I mean team members for they all work together. As you walk in they're ready to assist you as soon as they possibly can. They have complimentary drinks and snacks to make your waiting comfortable. I highly recommend Mike shaw Kia.

6 weeks after replacing 02 Sensors & catalytic converter, engine light come back on, made appt. for 4/10/23 & when took it in they said they would let me know something in a week. I call one week later just to be told 3 cars ahead of mine. Still nothing, guess they repair one car per week. I need my car to get inspection due & also get to MD Anderson by 5/15/23 . So disappointed.Service: Engine repair

Brandon in services has always taken care of me and my family when I need to get my kia looked at. He's also very knowledgeable about what he's doing and does what he can to help you out. Never had a complaint. If Brandon isn't there to help you the other guys will do the same as he does to help you.

Took my kia in for a recall but there is something wrong with it in its on the list on the recall but they said they can check again if it's not on the recall I would have to pay for it. The first recall I did was they relearn the computer and now all my guauges quit like the car is off maybe once a month.

Waited over a week for car to be looked at just to be told they couldn't find any issues that would cause the repeated check engine warnings. Wasn't charged anything due to having extended warranty.

I usually don't get along with auto service workers, but I have gotten along with this group. Very professional, don't pressure me to buy a service, stick to their words, and leave my car the way it was.

All I can say right now is if you buy a used car from KIA make sure it s a KIA and buy extended warranty. The service dept is going to detour you to the kind of car you bought to that kind of dealership.. WHY ??? If you bought it there ??? Because it s not a KIA

Appointment was made by dealer...got there...they said We have order the part....thats whar they said the first time....gas aint cheap!!!
