They provide a Lyft when you drop your vehicle off for service. Melissa assisted me. She was okay with customer service, but I could sense she was agitated or annoyed by my questions and concerns. Looking forward to getting my baby back by tomorrow. There was a recall. I'll update review once I get him back. [Update: Got my baby back, he seemed happy, passed inspection, driving like he's brand new. It took the whole day which was discussed.]

Everyone I have encountered with so far has been delightful. Great car buying experience. Great service experience. I have never had a bad experience with them. Thank you for the good service you provide.Well not quite, there was one time I called to ask if I can get a quote on replacing my windshield after it broke down after a car wash. But they didn't come back to me. It looks like they were so busy. But they were never rude or anything.Still really love them despite this.Hope next time, you can clean my car too during maintenance instead of offering a coupon to an automated carwash (which I am now very scared of after the windshield experience). Arrived with cash in hand and left with a new KIA Forte GT. John was our Salesman and had an answer for every question we had or he was quick to get one. It was a fast process not like autonation where you are sitting around for 8 hours. We were in and out in about 2 hours including test driving and looking at different vehicles. Paperwork was fast and the finance manager was extremely quick and knowledgeable about our bank. Definitely the best KIA dealership within 500 miles they did not try to scam us with a market adjustment and did not push any extras. My only complaint would be the protection package you have to purchase but living near the ocean it s a good idea to have it anyways. Definitely look forward to returning in a couple of years to get a new vehicle.

Absolutely the best experience I have had in over 40 years of buying cars. The total sales process took less than an hour.The straight forward approach of selling cars was incredibly refreshing after visiting several dealerships with hard sell tactics.I highly recommend any Mike Shaw dealership after this purchase.Tony, our sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He made suggestions about what would work best for us and he was absolutely right.Tony was efficient, friendly and kind. Great at his job.We traveled 3 hours each way just to purchase our new car from Mike Shaw.Thank you Mike Shaw. We love our new KIA!

I was pressured into buying the vehicle. They were really nice at first but after buying the vehicle and seeing the documents I called to discuss discrepancy and was told they would make up with additional maintenance warranties that I would get by email. I am still waiting and they will not return my calls. Also after washing car and seeing car carefully there are some dents on it. It's brand new vehicle shouldn't have dents. Also some others things wrong and I was sent a video on how to fix it. REALLY! Beware with this dealership. Inspect all before taking vehicle home.

First of all ask for Chris B.!! This guy is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and profesional salesman. Everyone dreads shopping for a new vehicle but my experience was great! Very fast compared to previous experiences and I didn't have to ask many questions at all due to Chris being very knowledgeable with what we were looking at. If I need another vehicle I will definitely check out Mike Shaw Kia again and ask for my guy Chris! Thanks for the help getting us in this new ride!

I highly recommend for anyone who has not the best credit to come here. Nick P. Who did the sale of our current vehicle with us was the best. He was very nice, patient with any questions I had and listened to what we asked for. The team here did everything to help us get our vehicle and went above on customer service. I am definitely returned to this place and hope to work with Nick again.

I definitely dread buying a vehicle because the sales people over promise and under deliver always. My second time buying from Mike Shaw Kia and once again the sales guy Vince listened to what I wanted and didn't try to persuade me otherwise. When Vince said I will call you back, he actually called me back. They have always given me great service. Thank you Rick and Vince for helping me through the process quickly without being pushy like most dealerships. That makes the car buying experience less stressful for sure.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They also changed the cabin air filter and added some fuel additive. The service was reasonably quick, however they didn t reset my oil change warning light. Not a huge deal, but a minor detail I noticed. Other than that it was a good experience.

The lady that helped in finance (sorry I can t remember her name) was so pleasant. She was easy to talk to and worked quickly to get us on the road. Highly recommend!

I am truly amazed at the service this group offers their potential or new customer. Paul Anthony Aguirre I have to say is the greatest salesman I have ever dealt with. Although I am not pleased with my monthly payment and interest rate; it is at the fault of my own not Mike Shaw Kia. They did everything in their power to gain me as a customer. I must commend James, Sales Manager as I believe he is the one that made it all happen. KUDOS TO PAUL AND JAMES! I'm upset with myself because I could not get what I truly wanted and still feel uncertain. In short the staff at Mike Shaw Kia is to be commended for the one on one treatment they gave me. We're not finished with my deal just yet. I would give anything to get what I truly wanted; the 2023 Kia Rio S Hatchback. Mike Shaw Kia is an awesome dealership to work with. First, Let me say, the vehicle that I was looking for is pretty hard to find right now, but they had a good number of options available and allowed me to make a choice that I felt confident in making in regards to the vehicle that I wanted.We all hear horror stories about how dealerships don t want to work with personally procured financing, but I did not get that feeling with Mike SHAW. The team worked with me to handle everything over the phone and Internet. So all I had to do was walk to the dealership and walk out within 15 minutes after signing papers to take delivery of my vehicle.They did not try to pressure me into buying add-ons that I did not want And even advised me of a rebate I was eligible for that I did not know about. This is the second vehicle that I have bought in the Corpus Christi area And it is well worth the drive to get the best deal in the state.I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase brand new or used and when you contact them ask for Isaac . He helped me get into a vehicle within 24 hours and I m sure he can help you too.

Make sure you take everything out of your vehicle when having serviced! We were visiting from out of state and had our car serviced here, when we got home we realized our brand new tire was stolen and replaced with a donut, and our weather tech front floor liners were stolen and replaced with old floor liners!!! Filed a report and the dealership won't do anything to help replace what was taken! We had to replace donut spare and buy brand new tire which already cost us over 500$, no response from dealership, we bought the car here brand new and they are doing nothing to help reimburse us, no apologies nothing! We do not trust this dealership, have thieves working in service!! We will say sales agent was great when buying car but when asking for help with replacing what was stolen from sales agent no help at all! Warning for you all!

Our salesman Terry was great.Paperwork was fast. The vehicle stayed at the dealership for over a week waiting on a small paint repair. It wasn't until we finally picked up the vehicle that we realized the "We owe you" items were not fulfilled as promised. That lead us to look closer at a few things. The website showed the vehicle has a tow package, we had been told they couldn't release the vehicle without fixing a recall on the tow hitch so the assumption was made that the vehicle did in fact have a tow hitch which was very important deciding factor in our purchase. The vehicle for some reason had that tow hitch removed and it's unclear if it was removed before it was traded in or if it was removed at the dealership when they fixed the recall on the tow hitch either way it's not there as it was advertised. The tires were not balanced as we were promised resulting in an $88 added expense. And it may be a small thing but the promise of having gas in the vehicle was also not fulfilled, it was on empty when we picked it up.It felt important to share these facts with potential buyers.

Mike Shaw Kia s sales staff were very patient and accommodating. I was looking for safety features & they went over each feature & each model. From the car sales staff (both for my trade in and new sale) through the process to the finance group, they were the most helpful, informative, pleasant, and flexible dealership of the five dealerships I visited. I did a lot of comparisons with other sales+trade in & Mike Shaw Kia was the best price & most helpful. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a used Ford Explorer,However, there were a few things wrong with that car. KIA offered to exchange it to a different car, crediting the full purchase price of the used car to another one.Got a brand new KIA Sorento, very happy with that car, they went the extra Mile for me to resolve the situation and gave me outstanding service and care !!!,A car dealer ship, I can only recommend, you should at least have a look, what they have to offer.Overall, a very happy car buyer, which will return !Klaus J Radtke, DDS

I've purchased many new vehicles over the years. I've always dreaded the process and felt it was just something you had to stomach. My first impression with Mike Shaw Kia was the same. I don't know why I felt that way, maybe it was because of all the bad experiences at other dealerships. After my first visit, I had just about written off the dealership, but I was mistaken. Lucky for me, Gabriel Bernal, saw that I'd visited the dealership and asked if he could help. Bottom line, he had a vehicle close to what I wanted and asked me to come by the dealership at my convenience. I did and decided to negotiate a purchase. I had done my research and felt I'd arrived at a reasonable price.When I gave Gabriel my price, he said he had to take it to his manager, James. When he left, I told my wife, "here comes the same old deal where he can only let it go for more than I offered." I figured he'd then say he had to take it to his manager.Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when James came out, introduced himself, and said we had a deal at my offer price.I think my experience with Gabriel, James, and Mike Shaw Kia was the best out of 16 new car purchases. I highly recommend Mike Shaw Kia, ask for Gabriel and tell Not-Edward sent you.

I went to Mike Shaw for the first time in July to trade my beloved owned VW that was dying. Martin helped me get a 2016 Kia Rio. I kept running into issues with it, which was unusual on mine and the dealership s end.I called them last week about this and they immediately scheduled me to come in to talk about looking for something else.I worked with Martin again, and he was so helpful. He was running around like crazy to help me; meanwhile, keeping the friendliest demeanor towards myself and everyone else around him the entire time.Now I have my very first brand new car that I m so happy with.I m beyond grateful for the hospitality and help from this dealership. If you re looking for something reliable with people willing to go the extra mile for you- go to Mike Shaw.
