Worst experience ever brought a truck Frm there haven t had for at least 7month an it s been hell an all I get is excuses and finger pointing1. Truck has no 2% break life don t wanna fix it2. Truck had 2 bad tires told them an the response I got was so stupid it holds air so it s good when yu can see the tire is rotted out3. Something wrong with my fuel system don t wanna fix it4. Electric problem5. Now my def systemCall a talk to them they tell me will it s a used vehicle I get that. Then I ask him did yall service the truck yal had for 2day. Nothing was said

I had to drive from San Antonio to get my new car but was able to work a deal out with James at Love over the phone. He was very helpful and sent many photos of the vehicle to make sure I didn't waste a 2 and half hour drive to purchase our new car. Great service and great experience. He maintained communication throughout the whole process.

I called up Love Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to ask about an appointment to get my RAM 3500 serviced as we had been traveling from NY doing work with Habitat for Humanity s here in Alice, and also working with NOMADS in Sinton Texas. I very pleased that no appointment was necessary, as they do oil changes on first come first serve basis. The service department was very kind, also tended to a needed safety bulletin and I am very pleased with the attention to detail and the friendly service! Thank you to the whole team!!

Hands down the BEST car buying experience that I can recall. Kristian was very helpful in helping me choose the best car to fit my needs. Noel in finance helped me choose the best financial plan for me and glad he was able to over deliver on his promise. The rest of the sales staff were very courteous and helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I'll recommend anyone and everyone to buy their next vehicle at Love Chrysler!

Whether your buying or selling I recommend giving these guys the opportunity to earn your business.I sold my 2 Dr Jeep JK to them last spring and I just bought my 4 Dr Jeep unlimited at a good price and I love it. Robert (I think he s the sales manager) is a Jeep guy. Nico was the salesman who helped me check it out. Their finance guy was top notch. I don t often give raving reviews; especially for car dealerships because I honestly expect to waste a day and be lied to. But not here. I was in and out in under 2 hours. They ve earned my business!!

I m only giving one star because if there was a place for me to put negative stars, that is what I would put to start off the sales management Margaret is very unprofessional. She doesn t have proper phone etiquette and she calls her customers liars when in all actuality, she doesn t do her fact check and she s a liar herself to be a first time car buyer this was my son worse and last experience. Dealing with the love Chrysler.For a car not over $10,000 and for them to lie and cut his car off before his first monthly payment is ridiculous to me and they lied about that we can t cut cars off here but as soon as we leave the dealership the car some how turns on !!. So is it a lemon your company is selling me or u do have GPS KILL SWITCH?.

Very happy with my transaction, my salesman James was extremely helpful but not in the overly pushy way. I never felt pressured to make a decision and drove away with the car I had been wanting. Highly recommend giving James a call!

Purchased a 2021 Chevy Bolt from them in October 2023. The car is great but the dealership really doesn't seem to have their act together. First, when shown the car it only had 24 miles range remaining. This was not enough range for me to drive it home. They said they didn't have a charger. I told them that they would have to get the car charged before I bought it and they miraculously found a charger. The process of financing the car through my Credit Union (I've financed 2 cars through the same CU in the past) was frustrating because they required paperwork that I know the CU does not require--these where forms intended to cover them. They claimed, incorrectly, that they where required by the CU. Finally, I have discovered that the car has none of the FHSA mandatory safety recalls (3) completed. Not a cost for me but a real inconvenience. I would expect that a dealer would either have safety recalls completed or inform customers that their car might burst into flames in the garage while charging.

Went in today to purchase a used vehicle. Worked with Nico and it was a great experience! Purchased a Nissan Sentra and I have to say that was one of the easiest buying experiences I have had buying a vehicle. The GM Al (I believe that s his name and title) was also great! Went in with an idea of what we wanted, and they made it happen! Great experience all the way around. Go see Nico for your next vehicle you won t be disappointed!!!

I was extremely pleased with the whole staff at Loves, especially Mario, our salesperson. They were all so helpful and made the whole buying experience a pleasure and fun. I was very happy with the Truck purchase and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go there.

Enrique and the sales team at Love Dealership did a fantastic job of securing us a good deal to get me my Jeep. Enrique was personable and professional. The finance manager also was professional and courteous upon signing. This dealership was referred to us by a coworker/ friend and we are so glad we dropped in! We are now happy customers and proud to be apart of the LOVE family!

Very nice and professional people. I called a few days before I could be there about a SUV that was on another one of there lots and they had it bought to their lot and had it waiting for me when I got there. Did the deal that day and drove the SUV off the lot. This is the second car I have gotten from them, very happy with them.

I bought my first car from Love when I moved to Corpus. I had recommended to a friend to check them out when he was looking for a new Truck. I just found out he has only had the vehicle no more than two weeks, and it has already had something wrong that will cost over $1300. When he brought the vehicle back to have it fixed they would not take care of it and pretty much told him he was on his own. This is not the way someone should do business after paying what he did for the vehicle, paying the outrageous interest rate, and then insult to injury not take care of something that most likely they were aware of when selling the vehicle. If you are thinking of buying a car from Love I would think twice because I know I will not do business again.

Love Chrysler never fails me or my family. They were exceptionally awesome. They took care of our vehicle in a fast and professional manner and they didn t stop there. They took care of my family with polite, quick fast awesome customer service. They really make you feel like you re part of their family. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else but to Let Love Chrysler.

I did not buy a vehicle from Love, but I would have if it had been the right car. Our salesman James was helpful, kind, and polite and gave us a great deal on a vehicle and a good offer on our trade-in sight unseen. We ended up finding a vehicle that better fit our needs elsewhere, but were very impressed with James and the Love business.Unlike some other dealers in the area, Love does not tack on additional dealer accessories or hit you with surprise additional costs. They perform their business with honesty and integrity.I would recommend buying from this dealer if you find the right car for you there.

I looked at their inventory online and when I found the vehicle I was interested in I called to ensure it was on the lot before driving from Corpus Christi to Alice. Dede answered my call, made sure they hadn t sold the vehicle. When I arrived to the dealership she recognized my car and pulled up in the new Challenger before I could get out my car.She was attentive and friendly throughout the transaction and even ensured I left nothing behind in my trade in vehicle.They have my business the next time I decide to get a new car!
