Wonderful car buying experience. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful.. Special shout out to Ray and Gracie(?) ( I hope I got that right, she guided me through all the paperwork) (Just say " American flag speedo" the one that laughs the loudest, that's her ) Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

If I can get this is 0 I would don't get me wrong the people are friendly and the man that was helping me he was very friendly but he lied to me he false advertised the person that he is and he will never do anybody wrong which was a lie because he told us a story about a red car that was outside that he didn't wanted to sell to anybody because he didn't like to lie but the vehicle that I was going to get it was too much money so right before we left I wanted to check out the red car I'm not thinking nothing of it that was the same car that meant was talking to me about I took it out for a test run and it runs smoothly I don't care how the body looks so I decided to go ahead and get that vehicle I'm not thinking nothing of it the man could have stopped and told me that that was a vehicle he was talking about but instead he didn't do anything but let me sign the papers put down the payment and tell me congratulations and I walked out the door I was super excited not thinking nothing was going to happen that I wasn't going to have no problems. But let me tell you something not even two days that I have my car it stop working and then my car stop again and guess what I had to buy a new alternator and I only had it a week already and I only drove it twice and my car is parked right now and this is crazy. I cannot believe it he knew about it cuz he had just finished the story and yet he let me leave with that red car and now I don't have a vehicle and they told me they can't give me my money back or reimburse me on the parts that I bought and I got to make a payment in about 2 more weeks and so if I could I would give them a 0 and I will make sure that none of my family or friends or any of there friends to even go to that car lot. It's all lies false advertising does it take you for your money and you're the one that has to fix the vehicle you don't believe me I have a lot of pictures to show you how my car looks right now I just nobody goes away cuz they're false advertisement I'm so very disappointed. And now I'm stuck without a vehicle once again. I'm so hurt and disappointed and I'm still in shocked because Saturday march 9th was one week that I had my car and I only drove it twice and now it's park am so very disappointed never ever will I get other vehicle from LoFi motor on North...
