We were having problems getting a car at Autonation we came to Lithia Dodge Chrysler with lost hopes. But JAY changed everything he greeted us very gently. Then he went on to give us the Best service he can give us. He was very knowledgeable on the Dodge Charger I was interested. We didn t stay here long it was a quick process as well. Come by and see Jay and all the great staff you won t be disappointed.

I recently had my jeep brought in for service at the dealership center. I will say this about the service department, they try and go the extra mile to make sure that your jeep or car is serviced right. These people strive for perfection and if the part isn't available, they'll make sure they treat you right with respect and customer service.I had the recent experience of sitting down with the manager at lithia, Chris Larkin, to discuss my options. Tell you what, not 5 minutes into the conversation I knew why he was there. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Chris knows how to figure out the best solution for you. Best dealership in Corpus Christi by far. I recommend.

Great hospitality and professionalism. They make sure you are comfortable and leave happy. They don't force or conn you into something your not happy with. I recommend going to see Nick Pacheco. Bought a used jeep compass there. The experience was a mix of feelings but basically how you would expect it to go. I was neither impressed with nor disappointed with service but it could have been better. I would typically leave a 3 star review for what I experienced as a customer but felt neglected and pushed onto others at times. For instance sales told me they would fill up my tank after the purchase but the guy who had the gas card wasn't available and instead of calling over to the main dealership to have someone assist me the next day or at least inform them I'd be coming by later in the week they just told me to tell the receptionist when i go and she'll get someone with a gas card. I didn't think there would be an issue but I told the lady at the front and sat at one of the vacant tables. About 45 min went by and finally someone came and asked if I needed help. I told them what I needed and they seemed annoyed the salesman told me to stop by for gas (like i was waisting their time). Then they proceeded to double check with the salesman which left me there sitting at the table for another 20min. Finally they came and took my car to get filled up... Another instance I called to get a price on a key fob because my car only came with one fob. I was told it be covered under warranty but they explained to me that used cars only come with whatever they have and there is no 2nd fob issued if only one is available. So I asked the lady to call me back with a price and I'm still waiting on that call to this day. What I came out with from this experience is the service is hit or miss and don't expect great service unless you're buying at the main dealership.

recently went in for a tire rotation and oil change, only to later come home and learn that my tires were never rotated, even though I was charged for tire rotation services. I understand mistakes happen, however this is the 2nd time that I have had an incident where I am going to have to go back to the dealership to resolve an issue that wasn t take care of the first time around. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. One of the reasons why I love going to this location, I am disappointed my last 2 maintenance visits have results in an unsatisfactory performance.

I had a really good truck shopping experience with Dodge Lithia of Corpus Christi. Justin was very helpful and I left feeling good about my purchase of a 2022 RAM 1500 Laramie. I find more things to like about this truck all the time.

I scheduled an oil change since I purchased my car here. This was my first time and I m expecting at least 2 hours. Easy check In and then I had my daughter bring me home. It was around 35 minutes when they called me to pick up my car! I d recommend to all. I don t know the price though as I have lifetime oil changes.

Recently we have had some problems with our 2-year old Ram 1500 & have had to bring it in several times over the last few months. Everyone we have dealt with has been very nice & has seemed to be putting in a lot of effort to diagnose the issue and fix it.We were a little worried about the response we would get since we bought the truck at another dealership and the work would be covered by the warranty, but they didn't let us down!Each time we had to bring it back in, everyone, from the Service Manager to the mechanics, seemed to become more involved and more serious about getting to the bottom of the problem.Even though it was annoying to have to bring a "brand new" vehicle back in multiple times, we felt confident that they were quite competent & they were doing everything possible.Our service advisor, Monica and everyone else we spoke to were very good about returning our calls and communication, in general.My only negative comment would be that there were never any loaner cars available, which we desperately needed since the truck is our only personal vehicle, we live far out in the country and given the amount of time we were without it.

Horrible over all ran my credit 27 times without consent and told me I got approved for car and gave me runaround for a week and told me the day I was suppose to pick up car I didn t get approved even though I signed all paperwork HORRIBLE BUSINESS

We stopped in to browse their truck selection. Tyler was the best salesman possible, and was able to match us up with exactly what we needed. Lynn & Rudy both worked to get us the best price and the most amount for our trade in. Andrea closed the deal out by making sure we knew how to work all of the new bells and whistles. We really couldn t have asked for a better experience from the second we set foot on the property, to the follow up care they provide.

Bought a new Gladiator! Salesman Robert is the best of the best! We loved him, he was fabulous. Service advisor Monica was great to work with, her communication was some of the best I have encountered in any auto repair shop I have ever used. I will definitely call her if another issue arises with our Wrangler. She was apologetic about the length of time it took to troubleshoot, part shipping delay and repair. Although it was a few days in the shop, Monica made it pleasant and less frustrating in the wait for our vehicle.Service: Electrical repair

I purchased a 22 ford Explorer ST from them. While the purchase of the vehicle was smooth and very nice. The after sale care was absolutely terrible. I ended up noticing a large crack in the windshield the morning after I bought the vehicle. After a week of trying to get assistance with it I gave up and went through my insurance to have it replaced. I tried calling my sales rep who at first was helpful asked for pictures and then fell off the earth. I was only able to reach him once and then couldn t reach him. I spoke with Ashley who gave me her personal number and after two days of calling and speaking with her and being told she had pushed it to the manager I wasn t able to get ahold of her. So I guess sake of the vehicle was good but the care after I could have gotten better service from a McDonalds. Which is sad see how much money was spent there lol.

Excellent experience with service department. We unfortunately bought some contaminated fuel on North Padre Island and broke down on side of SPID. We called and they gave us tow truck recommendation, reserved a service space for us, helped us with outstanding recall items on our Ram 1500 and were very considerate from start to finish! Very reasonable priced too- thank you very much for all the work and care you provided for myself and my husband. This is The Best Dealership in Corpus Christi!!

I would give 0 stars but it s not possible. I went to look at a truck that was listed for one price on the website but once there I was told it wasn t listed properly and they refused to come to an agreement with the price. Secondly, found a truck I liked and they had to have it serviced for 3 days only to take it home and find out the sway bar was broken, they told me they would have a tow truck go pick it up the next day but then retracted that and said it was drivable so I had to drive it back to drop it off only for them to have the truck for a week and bring it back to me with undercarriage painted over to hide the fact that the undercarriage was breaking off, then while driving it back to the dealership it began overheating. 0/ 10 would be not recommend. Also they threatened to call the cops when I told them I didn t feel safe driving the truck back to the dealership. The only pro was that they gave me a rental but I had the rentals longer than I had the truck. Only had the truck for 1 day

I scheduled an appointment with Jon for a clicking noise in the right front. He assured me that everything was fine and he would make sure I was taken care of with the confidence and beard of a Greek god. He kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process on every step. Jon is now my #1 service professional. When my kids are grown and need repair advice I m going to give them Jon s number so he can walk them through their lives with the same confidence then play kickball with them in the back yard. I m legally changing my name to Jon just in hopes of being the man he is. I even tattooed his name on my chest so I ll never forget the absolutely amazing customer service I received! 100% hands down the best service advisor in this great state of Texas. David was exceptional in his ability to me in when my engine light came on. When I pulled into the dealership, I barely got out of the car before he was there helping me. The diagnosis seemed very thorough. They were able to diagnose the issue, correct the problem, and also tighten my gear shifter. This is something I didn't even know was a problem. They sold me a new car warranty for a new car and I bought it used so I paid for 3 years of warranty when I didn t own the car and they said they couldn t do anything about it horrible business scamming hard working people . I ve called 2x and left voicemail and no response.

Job was done and the truck runs better.Pricing was messed up a few times need to look close, the service advisor helps though.I also never seen getting back the car as dirty or worse than it was at dropoff, Apparently this dealership doesn't automatically clean the cars after a weeklong service work.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Vacationing in the area and needed an oil service and rotation. Due to defective item I had to leave my vehicle overnight. Stranded in town without a vehicle is not a good feeling. No loaner vehicles available I ended up renting one. The new part came in at 11:30 am. Repeated attempts to reach my service advisor were unsuccessful. I showed up at 1:00 pm only to find my vehicle still waiting to be serviced and my service advisor out to lunch. Why did it take an hour and a half to get my vehicle into a service bay and only after I showed up to complain. Service was prompt and staff was helpful. Had to have Ram Box lock fixed. I ve heard this is a common problem and that the responsible part is a plastic piece that breaks. This part is less than 2 dollars but I had to wait about a month for the part to be available. This fact disappoints me greatly because I m also waiting on a back ordered fuel pump to fix a recall and waiting on a suspension piece that s also backordered for at least a month. Having to take my truck back-and-forth to the dealership to repair these parts piece by piece rather than getting them all taken care of at once is very inconvenient I use my truck for commuting and it s not very easy to borrow a vehicle each time I need something fixed

I had a check engine light for high temp. and drove it in to the dealership. Jon took it in the shop immediately and set up texts for communication. Within the hour I found out it was a cracked coolant reservoir. This was all covered under mfg. warranty and Jon kept me up to date with the latest on delivery of my part. Due to supply chain issues it took a few weeks to get the part in but as soon as it came in, Jon text me, a few hours later he text again that it was ready for pick up. My only comment was it was hard to secure another vehicle for 3 weeks, I thought the mfg. warranty would have covered that cost. Other than that, Lithia has earned my business! Jon did what most don t, communicate.
