I took my truck in because my transmission and turbo were having issues. I asked them to diagnose it and give me an estimate. They told me it was $125 an hour for diagnostic and that they didn't know how long it would take. I agreed to the price.The lady upfront was super nice, and they even gave me a ride home. After a day or two, they called me saying they opened up the transmission fluid pan and that I needed a new transmission and a new turbo. They then quoted me a ridiculous price (about 7 thousand each just for parts) and told me there would be about a month wait for a new turbo. so I asked them to put it back together and paid $500 for that diagnostic (the oil pan wouldn't stop leaking after that)I pulled the transmission and noticed it wasn't too bad. took it to a local shop, and they fixed it in less than a day. Turns out I didn't need a new one.I then looked for turbos online and was able to find oem turbos from a reputable dealer for significantly less and was here within 5 daysBetween the labor for the rebuild, the transmission parts, and the turbo, I spent less than what was quoted for just a new turbo (without labor) at this place

My F250 diesel broke down on I37 and was towed to Julian's. Difficult situation being 525 miles from home and my family with me. They got me back on the road fast and at a good price. Thank you for your excellent service. I highly recommend.

I manage a Fleet of 42 trucks.Julians is honest, that in itself is hard to find. They are all extremely well qualified and certified techs. They are fast, they keep me in the loop. They can do Dealer only reprogramming repairs. You are in the best hands possible when you come here!

Leaving Corpus from vacation and vehicle warning came on telling us it was going to limit us to 50mph. That would have made a horrible drive back to Dallas. Bob went out of his way to get us diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road. His wife was also very helpful while we waited. I can't thank them enough!

Bob and the team at Julian s Automotive were beyond excellent and I d trust them with any of my vehicles! Running a diesel F550, it s difficult to find shops with the capability and willingness to work on such a vehicle especially for the price. ASE certified, extremely fair pricing, treated us like family, fit us in last minute TWICE in one week for two separate issues, plus made sure that we were safe and setup for a long ride. Needed to get my wheel bearings replaced. Went to another shop first and wanted to charge me over $700 for the repair! After looking around I found these guys and it cost me half of what the other guys wanted! Even offered me a ride back to the shop to pick up my vehicle! Julian's is the best auto mechanic i have known him for many years. I had a 300 hundred zx a long time ago. No one could start my car. It took him 3 to 4 weeks but he finally got it started. He guarantees his work. I highly recommend him. 5 stars all the way!!!

My diesel truck broke down on a Friday on the highway and after trying 4 or 5 other places I called Bob. He said he was really busy and wasn't sure he would have time to work on my vehicle. He already had 2 vehicles he needed to finish because he was going to be closed the following week.He said he just wanted to be upfront with me regarding the time frame. He did however offer to go to the location where my truck was and see if he could diagnose it and let me know what the issues were. He pulled my truck off of the busy highway onto the frontage road. Both batteries were dead because we had been trying to start the truck so much. He needed to get the truck to his shop to charge both batteries so he could run some tests. He took care of getting the tow truck. He had my truck up and running within a few hours. I am so grateful he worked my truck into his already busy schedule. Great customer service!

I am extremely greatful for these guys. Im from Dallas and I've been stuck for a few days these guys took great care of me i was able to take a nap while they worked and they even worked with me on the price! I call one them and they had me back on the road in just a few hours. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!! Thank you. Their service has been A1!!!

Excellent shop for fast, professional, and most importantly honest service. Bob and Kathy are great people who take the time to make sure you understand what's wrong with your vehicle and what is needed to fix it. Kathy even provided a ride home to Flour Bluff.

Bob and his mechanics were very knowledgeable they did great work at a very fair price I needed to be gone at 1230 they got me out at 1236 Morgan who works in the office was very friendly and kept me posted she made the time pass quickly the 2 people who gave a low rating did not come here they just gave a 1 star and no comment.no local guide will do that explaing a rating is what makes being a local guide is all about I will recommend Julian's to everybodyService: General repairs & maintenance
