Unprofessional service overall. A quote was sent a few days after requested and a detailed report of the damages was never received. The insurance inspector and insurance company were both displeased with the lack of details on the insurance quote and receipt for services paid. The receipt was also under a different company name that will not be reimbursed. I recommend getting the quote, inspection details, and receipt with "Flooring 2 roofing mobile RV service repair" on receipt for future reference. I will not be recommending Rolando or his services to anyone. I respectfully disagree with Rolando's response but wish him and his crew all the best otherwise.

I used Roland and he was extremely professional and knowledgable. I had an electrical problem which he quickly identified and corrected. I highly recommend him if you are having any issues

Robert was extremely professional. Kept me informed on his arrival, found the problem and quickly fixed it. His fix was to correct the water leak issue he didn't try to add on unnecessary repairs. His service fee is very reasonable. I was glad I found him. Make him your 1st call for RV repairs!

Roland was prompt, thorough, more than responsive and fairly priced. He has worked on two of our motorhomes. 1. Got rusted steps to work again, updated/replaced 2 ac units, and performed substantial repair of peeling roof. 2. Fixed slideout that would not go back in, updated both ac units, and also got steps unstuck. I highly recommend Roland and his team.

First time dealing with roland. He came right to the campground the day i called him. Came back the same day and fixed some plumbing and put new rubber on my tip out. Did great job. Nice calling 1 guy that can do different types of work

Roland and Christian worked steadily to repair several items for me. Not only did the repair a leaky roof, they carefully inspected and repaired the oven on the stove and furnace. Fixed my propane water heater the same day I called and also let me know my water heater could be ran electrically he fixed that issue as well and saved me money on propane all for a affordable price highly recommend if anyone need reliable rv work definitely calling back for any rv issues

I bought an RV in Houston thinking if was a good deal but I got it home I found severe water damage, I thought the RV was trashed I called flooring and roofing and they came out fast. After talking to them they put my mind at ease. The repaired the damage and got my RV looking good. Reasonably priced and they stand by they work! 5 stars!

Roland came to our house the day we called and started work right away! We had a major trip coming up and would not have been able to go if Roland and his crew hadn t gotten our repairs done. He is absolutely amazing. He came out on a Sunday before a holiday, not even 24 hours after I called about a 'pipe busting.' Turns out it wasn't even my pipes but my washer machine that was broken and spraying water every where. He removed my washer and dryer, diagnosed what was wrong with my washer machine, and came back a couple days later to rip up my carpet and lay new flooring. He even removed my bed, closet, and dresser to lay the flooring in the entirety of the bedroom. I could not recommend him enough, very thankful to have found such a trustworthy person.. it is not easy to do now-a-days!!

Roland put in a new roof, replaced a ceiling panel, fixed the awning and added a trim piece on the inside around the entry door. I am so happy with how his work turned out! This was really an enjoyable experience. He was professional and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend!

Absolutely top-notch work! Roland and Greg replaced severely damaged flooring in our RV's bathroom and hallway, replaced shower flooring and installed new shower pan and platform, and removed/bypassed damaged holding tanks with a main connection to our permanent outdoor septic system. They went out of their way to make sure everything was complete and fully functional.Roland quickly returned my initial call for service, showed up early for an estimate, and the job was completed fast and professionally. Needless to say, they were life-savers. Highly recommended!

I don't care what anyone says, this young man is a life saver! We traveled 5 hours to CC, and upon arrival I noticed some disbonding on the front end of our travel trailer. Some of the sealant had also come apart exposing the trailer to water and humidity. I called on Saturday morning, and within a couple of hours, Roland out there working on my RV. They worked until sunset to get it done as i was traveling south the next day! His work was great and the price was excellent! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work on their travel trailer or RV! Thank you!!

My AC died. Spoke to 2 other guys one couldn't do warranty work one didn't want to touch it. Very professional fit me in their schedule and fixed my AC quickly. Highly recommend these guys.

I would not recommend this business. We took our Pop-up trailer to get some body work done. We left it at this place for a week with a four hundred dollar deposit. After speaking with Rolando, we decided that it was going to take too much work to get it fixed. He did not even pop it open to inspect it. We decided to pick it up. Rolando wanted to charge us 200.00 dollars and he didn't even lay a hand on the trailer. Eventually he charged 75 dollars because he knew he hadn't done any work on it. When we inspected our Pop-up trailer, we found out the aluminum front door was missing. We repeatedly asked him to return it, but he denied taking it. The Pop-up trailer didn't need to be popped open to take door out. It could me slipped out easily.

Roland installed an a/c in our RV bedroom. He also repaired a water leak. His rates are reasonable and his work is professional. Little to no waiting time. Finishes the job and does it right. We will continue calling Roland for all our RV repair and installation needs.

Called for a floor replace/repair in bathroom of my travel trailer. Showed up within thirty minutes. Replaced flooring around commode, in front to shower, and into the hallway. Very professional and very reasonably priced. Will be using them for future projects for sure.

He actually repaired my roof on my travel trailer. Nowadays is hard to find someone who is true to the word and that's what they say they're gonna do want to do this case is not like that he definitely and I emphasize definitely follows through returns phone calls very polite and drove from Corpus Christi to Ricardo Texas to Ricardo Texas on the same day of the call and fix the trailer I'm definitely going to keep this number for future repairs My trailer is at my buddy's place in Ricardo and he made a statement to me that he would even hire him to help him if he had a travel trailerIn short excellent don't hesitate in calling this young man
