Very shady. I had just replaced my front ball joints. One had come loose. They said it was bad. I disagreed and asked them to tighten it up. They said it needed to be replaced or they wouldn't do the alignment. I told them to take it off the rack. I took it home and tightened it up, as it was in fact just loose. I won't be returning. They are scammers.

The store is absolutely fantastic and I really appreciate all the service I get from firestone. I bought two sets of tires with the warranty and road hazard and of course I had to bring those tires back a few times and the manager they were Mr. Mark Reachner Took care of everything for us and made sure we were back on the road quickly I really appreciate the store and all the service that we get from both management and quality service employees!

Came in for a state inspection and needed back new tires. Quoted me 80 bucks. Good prices and quick service. Highly recommend.

I went in for a State Inspection and was told my high beam light on the driver sided needed to be replaced in order for my car to pass. I thought oh that's something minor, it shouldn't be that expensive. Boy was I wrong. A $50 service fee seems a little excessive to change out a bulb! What was supposed to be a $7 fee for the inspection turned into $80. That was the price for just 1 bulb...like who does that. Why not change both out at the same time? I feel like Firestone took advantage of me. And it's my fault since I fell into their trap.

Absolute s$&t show there!!!I ordered tires online to be delivered there for mounting. Someone from there contacted me saying that I would have to leave my truck possibly overnight. When I asked how long it took them to change four tires .he said over 4 hrs. I then stated that that was ridiculous, I heard someone whispering to him what to say. He then asked the tire size and now changed the conversation to he now doesn t have the equipment to do that size tire..when he already saw the tire size on the order form.If you re a tire service business but can t service tires then you should maybe look for another line of work!!!Horrible customer service!! Highly HIGHLY recommend driving just a little farther for tire service than the one on 624 in Calallen!!! percent!!!! s.

This location is notoriously slow.After waiting three hours for a [scheduled] wheel alignment with only 2 people in front of me, I REALLY want to give a 1-star review. However, their customer service makes up for some of it. Genuinely nice people at the service counter.

Terrible experience. Set an appointment for oil change, tire rotation and balance, change out engine air filter and cabin filter. Dropped it off at 9 AM in the morning. Then showed up to pick it up at 4:30. They still had not touched my truck. Then I was told that they were only going to change the oil because there was no time fir rotation and balance . Also that nobody had the air filters in town. I scheduled all that because I was about to take a trip out of town. Don't waste your time with this place.Service: Oil change

Got ripped off by this place took my truck with ac problems payed 260 bucks left and came back with the same issue compressor didn't stay on and manager said they fixed a leak but there was no leak then turns around and says the problem was a bad ac compressor after paying for nothing and couldn't give a refund or deduction on the bill if you have ac problems please dont bring your vehicle here bad Management bad service .

Took my vehicle here to have the ac charged. They had it for over an hour and then called me to pick it up. When I came to get it they said the ac had no freon but the machine used to charge it has been broke. Luckily they did not charge me but it was a wasted drive from 38 miles away.

Traveling alone with my two kids my back tire busted and they didn t had my tire size , staff was nice to help me put my spare tire and I was able to continue with my trip. Highly recommended, nice job thank you so much for helping me get home safe .

I went in because I thought my battery was dying. Dropped my car off. Cory called me and told me my battery was drained and my alternator was spiking. I would need both and it would be $900. He said my battery was no longer under warranty. I told him I was only able to replace the battery at the moment. He then told me that he would not install or warranty a battery with that alternator. I took my car somewhere else. The alternator tested fine. There was nothing wrong with it. And my battery was still under partial warranty. Cory told me since my battery was purchased in 2016 it had. Is warranty. The new place I took my car showed me how the year on my battery was in plain sight. 2019. Makes me wonder if Cory even looked.Service: Battery

Called yesterday to schedule the earliest appointment (Sunday @11 am) man told us it would take roughly 1.5hours for the wheel alignment. As I type this review in it's currently 3:10 pm and our truck is still not in! Called multiple times as we dropped off our vehicle and headed towards Walmart with our 1yr old walking!!! Since it was just going to take 1-1.5hrs every time I call they re like we will call you when it s ready. What s the fkn point of setting up an appointment if it s going to take 3+ hours. Clearly not by appointment so fed up my daughter is over it and still no call and they close at 5pm DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!Service: Wheel alignment

They were charging me way to much l could not believe it then l went to my regular Firestone by my home and l only paid installation fee this Firestone was charging me 178 and l knew something was not right so when l went to the Firestone near my home.l only paid 40 never going back to this Firestone

I took my car at 10:00 in the morning just for a tire alignment, tire balance and tire rotation. I got there 30min before they closed at 7:00 pm to pick up my car. The manager told me it would ready in-between 5 and 6 in the afternoon. I got there at 6:45pm with my car in the same spot where I parked it. I went inside to see if my car was ready and it wasn't even touched. Why is it that each time I go to this Firestone I never get service, it's sad that I have to drive 3 towns over to Alice tx to get good service or drive to my hometown that is 2 hours away to get good service. I do not recommend going to the Firestone in Calallen!

Had truck aligned, left steering wheel as pictured when services were rendered. Went back the beginning of the week. The service advisor at the counter just made excuses, took no responsibility about the issue, and no urgency to fix a mistake one of the techs made. Gave 1 star, would give zero if I could.

With an unexpected blowout, we called this Firestone for help. Even though they were extremely busy, they advised us for the need of a new set of tires to be installed and balanced. They also told us that our previous tires were old and needed replacement. We were very impressed with the price, timely service and courteous staff. We opened an account and plan to take our truck for tire service when needed.

Paid $85 for oil change on a 4 liter 2022 kia forte sedan, not even full synthetic. Not even a truck. They don't top off your other fluids.they don't rotate your tires, apparently after charging a customer $85 it would be extra if they also wanted their tires rotated. I've also paid over $100 before for the same vehicle for their "full synthetic" and they still don't do any additional courtesy fluid top offs. For what it's worth, I appreciate the honesty. I don't recommend any hard working individual to go spend their money here. Not worth it.Service: Oil change

The time it takes to get a simple oil change is ridiculous! Was told 2 hours , then told another hour to hour and 15. This place needs to get it together and tell customers in advance how long it s really gonna take. Last time I go here!

Had a blowout on our trailer 300 miles from home. Got to this store 3 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. Got a new tire on the wheel and they had me ready to go in under 10 minutes. They were extremely helpful and courteous in our emergency. Thank you for the great service.
