I called at the end of the day close to closing due to a low tire. The person who answered mentioned that they were backed up on vehicles, and I did mention I could find another place, but he told me to come in if I was willing to wait. Considering I drive 100 miles a day, I did not mind waiting to be safe. I did not end up waiting long and they fixed my tire and he was very friendly. I am grateful.

My overall experience wasn t great but also wasn t horrible. I was there for 6 hours total when I was told I d be there for 3 hours max. I can say, however, that customer service was awesome and they did give me a bit of a discount to get my idler pulley and serpentine belt replaced.

I find that the employers at Firestone are very helpful and we'll go the extra step to make sure things are probably done correctly and they take there time to explain things. Customer service very good and for that I recommend Firestone to family and friends.

Call in, and get one price, go in, and get told a much higher price. Not enough people to do the services that I was quoted for. Hard pass on this location.

I went to Firestone to get my car looked at since it was overheating when I was in Corpus Christi for vacation, and I was told I needed a new water pump for my car, I paid $500 for the pump and was told I was good to go, the same day I got my car it was losing fluid from somewhere causing my car to overheat again they told me my engine would have to be rebuilt. I had to leave my car in corpus and getting it towed to Arkansas where I live. Today I went to my machine and was told that the water pump was messed up and had a crack in it. Why would y all charge me $500 for a pump when it was never changed.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

So I went in yesterday around 2pm for a tire repair. The guy at the counter tells me they are busy and would not be able to get to it today.Now I don't know what goes behind the counter but there was only two cars parked in the parking lot and maybe two cars in the garage. So I said fine, what about tomorrow morning. He says, that would be better as he has no appointments and asked me to get in as early as possible so that they can get me in and out. So this morning I show up before 7am. I'm the only one at the store beside the man inside opening up the store. He tells me, what's up and I tell him I'm here for a tire repair. He then says, he will not have anyone there till 10am. Now I have to go and pay for a tire repair instead of getting it fixed for free at the place I buy all my tires.

Made an appointment for an oil change to save time, as told to do so before. Took an hour and a half from appointment time before the vehicle was even pulled into the bay to get started, and I arrived 20 minutes early. Over 2 and a half hours for an oil change....

Been going there for state inspections for awhile, this year I have to say was enough. This time the wait was 5 hours at 8:30 am, and only 1 person waiting in the waiting area. Also the same issue of I only have one guy working, drove by at 10:00 am and the poor girl was still there waiting. Never again with firestone

This location is fast and honest, cheaper prices and you can almost always get in the same day you call or walk in.Observing face masks and social distancing as well, which is great.I got my vehicle inspection done in no time and they aren't overly strict on a little check engine light either.

The guy with glasses who was older at the counter went to put air in and actually made each one lower in pressure . And when I said something he just smiled and said All Set...I just looked at him and felt sorry and drove carefully to Martins by HEB and he took care of it . And YES they were all 8-10 lbs under pressure

I just moved to the area but used Firestone in Oklahoma for years. I called and started speaking to Ceasar to schedule an appointment. He told me my appt time and then said hold on just a second while he pulls up your account. I sat on hold for awhile. Another gentleman got on the phone after waiting for 6 minutes. Ask if he could help. I said i have been talking to Ceasar, he told me to hold while he pulls up my account. He said Oh, he is helping another customer. So i just told him to go ahead an cancel my appt. He replied, i don t see your name down here on our schedule. I said you know what, just forget it, i will go somewhere else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Outrageous Prices and correct wait times are not given. Shorter times are given to get you to wait there and then they try to upsell you things you vehicle doesn't need. I was not happy. They measured 2 of my tires a 9 when they were really 11. What they charge for, most places don't. The customer service at Discount Tires was much better.

We were in town from San Antonio, had a recent tire rotation and balance and after arriving realized my back tire was off center (not straight for a FWD). Having bought from a competitor who were already closed and would remain through our return trip, I called Firestone to see if they could double check the torque due to vibration on the drive in. It was 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and Chris was very accommodating and willing to check it out to make sure we were okay to make the trip home. Very much appreciated him putting my mind at ease traveling alone with two kids. We made it home safe. Thank you Chris! (Sorry if your spelling is different)

A little slow getting to me (30 mins) even though I had an appointment, but got the work done quickly. I brought my laptop to try and get some work done, but they dont have wifi, even though they advertise it. They admitted to me they haven't had it in a long time.

They did an alignment for me. The center tire cap was not put back on tight so a couple of days later it and the black tire cover flew off on the causeway to Portland. Now I have 3 black tires and 1 silver. Service is always good, this experience just cost more than it should have.

I arrived less than an hour before closing time and there were several customers in the waiting room. I was greeted as if there was still plenty time left and treated as if I were the only customerof the day. They didn't get to my car until afrer business hours (2 team members stayed behind to make sure my mechanical needs were address). I watched through the bay as rhe mechanic checked my car. He didnt rush - in fact he methodically went over my car as if it was his own. My issue was resolved and my keys returned to me. When I asked how much I owed - he smiled and said you're all taken care of and you don't owe us a thing. That is how loyal nd repeat customers are won.

I went in for a set of four tires and was in and out quickly. They also did a courtesy check on my car, including checking my battery at no charge. I was very happy with the quick turnaround.

Their service is on the basis of first come first served. Depending on what services you want determines your waiting period. It was fast, their service, and their customer care was very polite and friendly.You can also schedule for their services, but it must not be the same with the day you booked.

I like firestone's where I buy my tires I get my rotations done usually my oil change well today I'm really disappointed I understand it's a Saturday but I've made my appointment way in advance an appointment appointment to me means within a half hour I was here at Firestone on leopard for 4 hours getting an oil change in a tire rotation and a car inspection my car sat in the lot for over an hour before it was even moved so that means 3 hours for a rotation and inspection and an oil change I find that a little bit disappointing

looks like they did a good job. a little expensive but since i didn't wanna do the job i guess I'm paying for not doing it so i can't complain. the staff was great zero complaints there.

I got my wheels aligned here.Payed about the same as anywhere else but the service was fast and professional.Will definitely come back and refer a friend.

Had my tires replace their it took more than 2 hours and they did not replace my valve stem which I paid for.now I have to go back and probably wait another 2 hours to get the valve stems replaced and rebalance my tires.not good.

Went to go get an inspection. Not waiting 3 hours to get it done. Plus my husband went to use the mens bathroom. He came out running. He said it was so disgusting and dirty. Nasty! Not coming back to this establishment. Go get my car inspection somewhere else. Ewwwww!!

2 hour wait for an inspection sticker that never got done. Counted 5 people in the Building not one could get things moving. Dont go unless you want your Time wasted.
