Our vehicle left us stranded in Corpus this weekend. I had called Firestone to ask some questions and the manager Justin was very kind to loan us the battery jump start not knowing who we were. Unfortunately it didn t get the car started due to a very dead battery so we had it towed over. Everyone was very nice and the service was fast we got a new battery and head home. Thank you Justin and team.

These guys were absolutely amazing. I m from Houston and visiting our family in Corpus. Our brakes went out and had it towed to Firestone on a Sunday. They replaced the brake line and both front calipers. They kept me informed of what they were doing and even worked with me on the cost. They even drove it out for a test drive before giving it to me. The customer service here was absolutely amazing and the work was well done. Thanks you guys !!!!

We were on vacation in Corpus Christi. Our vehicle broke down and needed a major repair. Everyone was very helpful and respectful during the whole process. The repair took most of the day to complete. We are very happy that you were able to accommodate our need.We appreciate everyone that took such great care of us on this very stressful day.Thank you.

Justin and Danny are great people helped me out with everything. Everything was smooth and quick.. this is definitely the best fire stone in the city. Easy! appreciate you guys and whenever I m in town and needing anything from a patch to some serious work I m coming straight here.

Came in around 10:00am was assured the work would be done that day called about 2:00pm told me a. couple of hours went back at 4:30pm didn't leave until 6:30pm asked the girl at the counter was there anything to sign what all got done she shrugged me off was to busy on the phone.

They told me they would have my truck ready before close or at close, this was at like 4pm.They strove to complete my tuck right at the of shift. The young lady at the desk was also out there with the 2 other Technicians in the shop assisting with the complete right at 7pm. They did exactly what they stated they would do. With me needing my truck that same night due to my daughter being hospitalized. Thanks to them I got to say bye to here before they transferred her by plane to Houston. God moves people to be and do the right thing at the right time, thank yall soo much!!! Life time customer here.

Very unethical practices. Went to get suspension checked said I needed 3g in repairs. While I was processing the info the front desk lady kept asking me if I wanted a Firestone card I said I wanted to think about it and asked for time. She said itll take a second put you're info in the computer . Credit took a ding . And the other 2 shops I went to and my dealer service center said my suspension is fine. Very unethical

The first time I took my car to this Firestone I had an amazing experience. However, when I had to return again, the oil leak I had was worse and it didn t seem like they had even fixed it in the first place. Time consuming and pricey.

Took them 4 hours to replace the battery when the starter was the main issue.Firestone lives up to their reputation by ripping people off.It s an A for effort for me.

If you're looking to be taken advantage of or charged for services not done you've came to the right place. After several attempts to have my car fixed correctly I finally took it to the dealership where I found out Firestone never replaced the parts but had no problems charging me for a service they never provided.

Would give 0 if possible. Had an appointment for 10am and was there for an hour and still did not take my vehicle back. I had to make arrangements for another day with another company. I had a same experience here a couple years ago and figured I'd give them another try with no success.

They don't follow instructions on tire placement when I just bought 4 new tires. Lost 1 lugnut. Did not set caster while doing front end align. Both sides are in the "red".

It's a tire place so not much to say. The guys were nice, store was clean. I wasn't very happy when I found out my tires had nails and a piece of metal stuck to one.I got an oil change, one tire repaired and one switched. Overall I paid $280 and the wait was about two hours long. which is not bad. The mall is right behind this place and they have a few restaurants around.

Needed service, (brake fluid flush) called in and they were able to get me in immediately and 100$ cheaper than the dealership quote! It was done in about 15 minutes. Justin was great at handling the entire process from the phone call to the check out. Thanks a bunch! Would use again!

Trash. Appointment for 1pm made same day at 9:30AM. MY VEHICLE wasn't ready til damned near closing time (7pm) girl who was working counter looked at me like I was a shoplifter and her attitude didn't improve at all throughout our interaction. Made the same simple request to 4 different employees & it wasn't until the last one that Id inferred it was useless not to give up on my reasonable expectation. The manager expressed regret for how I felt about my visit and he was kind and professional but too little/too late/zero recommend/absolutely WILL NOT BE BACK!! Called multiple times & everytime, my truck was "next" & they'd "call me when it was ready". Did I get one single call from them to me at any point? Absolutely not! I love the "were shorthanded" excuse. Lol so tired...it's one thing if you're upfront about it, but it's never going to justify low-quality service or make the leap from an excuse to an actual reason when you decide to try & play the card after the fact.

Had an appointment for 10 am and was told they might not be able to get to my truck. The lady at the front counter was very rude when I asked what is an appointment for if they can not get to my truck today. Will never return or recommend this Firestone to anyone.

Dropped car off at 830am for two tires, was told it s be ready in a few hours. Called at 230 to check on it (6 hours later) was told they haven t touched it yet but are finally pulling it in and it d be ready in 45 minutes. Sent my wife mom and kids to go get it an hour later still not ready! 3 hours later they finally finished. Overall the work they did to the van was good but they just let cars sit out there all day. What s the point in telling customers time lines if you just plain don t care about getting things done when you say you will?Service: Tires

Such a horrible place to get tires changed. The man up front thought he was so witty for telling my how they check oils and fuels for a tire change? And then proceeded to take 3 hours to do a tire and change and check the oils? Ridiculous. Then the guy working on the car looked so confused had to keep asking the other guy questions. Doesn t help that your waiting room is awful and just CNN news playing. Please do better.Service: Tires

Very poor service performed. Charged 734.31 to replace radiator fan. Sodered two wires (cold soder joints). Lasted one day. Had to pay another mechanic I trust in corpus to correct their mess. They must not like woman. Technicians need training on learning about electrical crimping connectors. Very chauvinist attitude is towards wom r n.

Initially went in for an inspection. After an hour and a half wait they said I needed tires to which I agreed and so I bought four tires for them to mount and balance. Three additional hours later they handed me back the keys and upon leaving I saw they scuffed my wheels because the plastic mounting cone used to balance the wheels was lacking the rubber lip. I know this because I spent five years working for a Ford Quicklane doing the exact kind of work. I confronted their manager about the damage and they wouldn t accept responsibility. I called the Firestone customer relations department and they had me bring it back to the shop to have the damage photographed. After they saw the damage, the corporate office said they d mail me a check to cover the repair of the finish of my wheels. I never got that check. Stay away from these people. They are very dishonest, slow, and are irresponsible.

No one was at the front desk for the longest time to the point where i had to call on my phone for someone to show up. Next i get charged an extra $40 for my oil change with no warning and without asking for permission that they were going to use a different filter on my car. Then they send my receipt to an email (that wasn t my email) they had on my file that i never gave them and didn t even have my last name spelled correctly. Overall a terrible place, i recommend going somewhere else!Service: Oil change

Take too much time & don t tell you updates right away. Your manager Justin Lara is a rude & ugly male chauvinist who obviously does not like a woman to ask any questions. I had no choice after he would not let me talk, I told him to shut up several times, he slammed my Daughter s phone on the counter yelling in front of all the customers stating, no woman tells him to shut up! He broke my Daughter s phone. He then told my Daughter & Son-in-law to get out & that I was not welcomed there again! If they had 4 bugs Big jobs before me, why wasn t I told that right away, not 2 hours later, better yet, why even make an appointment that day, period! How can you allow a person like that to even work as your manager or even a regular employee?Service: Tires

Roxie was my service advisor and she was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated and informed on everything they found with my vehicle and any work they were doing. Everyone was super friendly and the techs were very fast and reliable! Will definitely be returning with friends and family! Service and work 10/10

On the day of February 04, 2022. I was charged $202.91 for wiper blades, driver side park light, balance, rotation, alignment and labor.� Transaction cleared on February 06, 2022.I would like to dispute�this charge $202.91The only service provided at the time was the wiper blades, and the driver side park light. Along with a ridiculous labor�charge.On the same�day. I hadn't realized the balance and alignment had not been completed until I increased the speed�limit to pass a vehicle. My vehicle commenced to shaking. Therefore allowing me to notice incompetent work on behalf of my vehicle and Firestone.On February 4, 2022.�Then contacted Firestone and explained the situation. The lady rep who assisted me at the time claims to have attempted to contact me. Which is incorrect. After basically refusing my refund. With the excuse that the card was needed for the refund.After explaining that my vehicle is used for traveling and at the time of the phone�call. I was in no position to turn around for an unfair amount of the refund that Roxie attempted to provide.On the day of March 19, 2022. Goodyear serviced my vehicle. All my vehicle needed was balancing. After the technician made ensured everything else was complete. The price for the service was $69.76. Transaction cleared on March 21, 2022.When you investigate my request for a full refund. The same card was used for the payment. Goodyear did the job that Firestone left incomplete and was incompetent of completing the job. Nor were they helpful in any kind of way.Luckily there was no accident at the time. If there had been Firestone would be responsible for not working on my vehicle utilizing the proper service and experience. Nor was a good customer service presented.If any documents are needed to help with this dispute please let me know. I can contact Goodyear in order to obtain what work was completed.I look forward in hearing from someone to help assist me in my situation.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Best regards

Made an appointment for 2 tires to be replace since we had other appointments. It took over an hour and a half. They had blocked the bay with another car that showed up about and hour after us to have his tire changed. Needless to say his car was ready the same time ours was. Now we are late for our other appointment. Also looked like someone emptied their trash in front out the doors and no one bothered to puck it up. NOT GOOD.
