Have been taking all my vehicles at this particular store for years. All associates are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Monique and Cindy are awesome. Service is exceptional and customer focused. They are a great alternative than going to the overpriced Dealer for Service.

Standard inspection. Definitely don't recommend going there for anything else, just like every other review says. Went there for my mother's Jeep to fix AC. $1500 later, still doesn't work. Not even when received back 1st day. Couldn't do anything else, I live out of town. So that was my only opportunity to get that fixed for my mother. Usually it's you get what you pay for, but not this instance nor all the hundreds of others have posted. Front staff are nice and cordial, but exuberant prices and never seem to actually fix anything.

Appointment made for 10a.m, vehicle wasn't started till after 11a.m and wasn't released back to me till nearly 3p.m . It was a standard break job(change break pads and break fluid flush). Other than resurfacing the rotors it was a standard job for the store and I just think it took way to long to give a customer their vehicle back. Other than that clean store, associates were kind and helpful.

Customer service was amazing. I felt like there could ve been an evaluation of my tire right away instead of waiting for them to bring it back to look at it.

My check engine light came on. I got a free reading from O Reillys. I got the same reading at Firestone and had to pay $130 for it!!!! And on top of that they couldn t fix it. What a rip off! I should have just taken it to the dealership. When I arrived the man at the counter assured me that they could fix whatever was wrong! Never going back! Last time I went they said I needed new spark plugs and they had just replaced them 6 months ago! I told them that and they were like oh yeah you don t need them. I want my money back for this diagnostic that they didn t even do anything for!

Went to the dealership who quoted me an OBSCENE!!! price for a headlight bulb replacement. Got a second opinion from Firestone after googling Headlight Replacement. They had me out of there very quickly and charged me $74. I m extremely happy with my experience there, and will go there first for all my auto service needs.

**05/05/21 REIMBURSED IN FULL FOR MY DAMAGED RIM**Store#020052**OPEN Claim**(Newly promoted) Service Advisor: Joshua SalinasVehicle Details: 2019 Dodge Charger SXTMileage:13,566Date of initial incident: 04/17/2021After my recent and only experience do I recommend my local Firestone? ABSOLUTELY NOT! $1,745.60 later, 1 week later, NON (OEM) RIM, roller coaster of emotional distress, I finally have my complete set of 4 new tires on my vehicle. This experience with my local Firestone STORE#020052 has caused so much emotional distress due to the fact that all I was expecting were 4 new Firestone tires, and having my car back in the new condition I left it in to only end up with a used rim, and a extra expense of $745.60 due to unexperienced technicians that handled my car at this establishment. To make a very long story short, due to the lack of knowledge in a situation that could've been avoided my OEM rim was damaged to the core to which they did not want to take the blame for instead turn around and charge me the expense of A USED RIM and labor to fix a incident they created. I work locally in a busy healthcare establishment so I understand the process of being busy, and things happening one after the other, but when working in an establishment such as FIRESTONE it is suppose to be a goal to provide excellent customer service, and to be trustworthy with your customers (so I would think). However, the individuals working at this place of business have ZERO EMPATHY in trying to make it right for customers who they do this to. Instead they put the blame on others except themselves. Be aware of the newly promoted Tire Service Advisor (as he stated himself): Joshua Salinas as he will MISQUOTE you on prices of rims after damages are already done to the OEM RIM. It is so sad that this is not an establishment with honest customer service. Not only did I pay for an expense that could've been avoided had my tire landed in a technician with more knowledge, but I also missed out on 4 hours of work sitting in their lobby days later (04/23/2021) to finally have the issued fixed. At this point I didn't feel safe leaving my car at this establishment due to the damages done on my OEM rim. This is definitely not a place I will ever recommend! I can't stress enough to read reviews. The reviews are here for a reason, and it's just sad that I myself did not research before walking in there. The final picture shown below is my OEM rim to which also had EXTRA damages that were not there prior to initially dropping it off. ***I currently have an open claim seeking reimbursement for the used rim/labor I paid for to get my car back. I will gladly update on here once the claim is resolved, and how it was handled.**

Do not do it.A friend on mine had to take her car back 3 times to get her brakes redone. They tried to gaslight her and say her brakes were not grinding and the rotors were not warped. And on top of that tried to tell her it wasn't the brakes- all she needed was struts and control arms totalling $2600. I drove around with the manager in the car with the brakes grinding and he lied and said he couldn't hear it or feel the rotors lurching. I got in an argument with him to replace them.Oddly enough, when they replaced the rotors and the pads the grinding and the lurching went away. Probably just a coincidence. Probably just those struts and control arms that weren't replaced... We were told not to come back.

Based on customer service, this place deserves zero stars, unfortunately that's not an option. I had a nail in my tire that needed to get fixed. This was honestly my last resort as it was a Sunday and the other places I usually go to were closed. I called and asked about pricing, and how long it would take. The woman who answered the phone was pretty rude. She gave me a price to fix the flat, and when I asked how long it might be she said "well we close at 5, so some time between now and 5." It was about 1:30 when I called. So I drove over there and waited in line. There was a gentleman helping a customer and I was next. It was my turn and just as he was about to greet me, the phone rang and he told me to hold on. I thought he was going to answer and place the caller on hold as he was helping me. He answered the phone, and instead of placing the caller on hold to help me, he put me on hold to help the caller. He was on the call for a very long time, so long that I walked outside, called another place to fix my tire and came back in to him still on that call. Finally he hung up and asked what I needed help with. As I proceeded to tell him, the phone rang again, he told me to hold on so he could answer the phone. Again, I thought he was going to answer and place them on hold, so he could continue helping me, but I was wrong. He took the call and started helping them, looking up things in the computer and answering all their questions as I just stood there. Finally another person came to help and I realized it was the rude woman who answered the phone. While she was gathering my information, I could still hear the other gentleman on the phone and the conversation went from car parts to football. After all that, I left. I was livid about the rude customer service and I felt like that was a reflection of the work they do on cars. I also didn't want to wait around to see if my car was going to be fixed in 30 minutes or 3 hours. I've worked in customer service for years and never have I put someone standing in front of me on hold, to help someone on the phone. I ended up going to Sam's Club. There was no wait and everyone there was very nice and treated me respectfully. They fixed my flat very quickly.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, so no complaints there. And their lobby is comfortable. However, getting your repairs here is probably going to be a lot more expensive than if you went to a locally owned repair shop. I saved $200 on a water pump replacement by choosing a locally owned shop over this place.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. We came in on a Sunday (of all days to land a nail in a tire), they were very sweet, professional and so kind to show us where we could hang out outside of the shop for a few hours while we waited. They were actually super quick to replace the tire (non repairable side wall), and off we were. Thank you again!

Two months ago, I was heading out of state, and needed my tires rotated, balanced, and my alignment done last minute. I was told that it would be a long wait, and that next time, an appointment would get me in and out in no time. So, I waited the two months since I was in a hurry to leave out of state for work. This go around, I made an appointment so I can be "In & out" as I was told the last time. I showed up a half hour early before my appointment time, as I had a funeral to go to attend in 2-1/2 hours. Then, I waited for the next hour and a half watching my tires get worked on veeeery slowly. Then, I saw my vehicle get parked on the side of the building. After seeing my vehicle get parked, and for the next 30 minutes, my vehicle just sat there. By this time, I had less than 30 minutes of which the funeral I was to attend was to begin. Thinking that my truck was ready, I asked for the key, and I was told that the alignment was not done yet. I asked for my key because I needed to leave. The only pleasant experience I've had here was when I bought my tires. That's it. Every thing else from them on has been negative. My biggest mistake was to ever come here in the first place. Next time, I'm taking my business to Discount Tire.Purchasing this alignment deal on my truck was also a waste of money. I'll never come back here.

Zero help, no common sense, and no communication. I would avoid this place. They will do everything other than what you brought the vehicle in for and charge you for it. They will never get any more buisness from me.

Went to Firestone to get my AC repaired. The worst experience I ever had. I was told different timelines repeatedly. Dropped my car off and had to wait 4 days to receive the parts. No problem. Called about an update and they said the next day. Next day happened and we re still working it. Finally received and replaced necessary part but new part was broken. Had to wait for new part. New part came in but now they had electrical issues because they couldn t figure out how to put my ac and radio components back together. They were unable to verify ac world because ofThis. Essentiall, they had my car for 3 1/2 weeks. I had to take my car to someone else to fix the electrical components. My favorite part was I kept being told a different date of repair and when I called, it was not ready.

Setup a 10 am appointment for an oil change on a Tuesday. At 1130 am, I noticed they still hadn't even moved my car. Took my keys and left. Why allow appointments?

Got my vehicle serviced for alligment and balance. Had an appointment which was supposed to be one hour. Took 3 hours never got alligment done cause they were taking to long. Only had balance completed. Took off and now my truck is shaking worse then ever. Firestone is the worse company and over charges. I can't wait to remove these ugly wheel weights you decided to put very visible. I will go to a professional place rather than Firestone. Wish I can rate a 0 starService: Tires

No mechanics here... they are just trying to upsell. I paid for the diagnostic when I got there. My daughter took a trip to coast from San Antonio. The car started to shake when idling (motor mount), they turned car off, then she tried to start again, car would not start anymore or would almost start but would shake. While trying to start again, she killed the battery. Ignition coil was misfiring ($48 part and I already knew that and car was starting fine before, just mis-firing).The shaking was never part of their quote so it would have been still "shaking" after their $1,813 repair quote that was full of unnecessary things to fix. She just needed it to start so she could get back to San Antonio!I drove to Corpus Christi with her the next day, I replaced the ignition coil with an O'reillys part ($48), I replaced fuel pump with an O'reillys import pump ($207). The coil took me 5 minutes to replace, the fuel pump took around 30 minutes and all for $255. They wanted to replace bulbs, windshield wipers, sensors and no mention of the fuel pump (reason it would not start anymore) or the engine mount (shaking). I replaced the ignition coil because it had to be replaced but was not part of the starting problem. I didn't replace motor mount because it was not part of the starting problem (I will replace it this week). There are no mechanics at Firestone! If she would have paid the $1,813 repair quote ... she still would have had the same issues. Bad fuel pump and still shaking, no mechanics here! After replacing, I followed her from Corpus Christi to San Antonio and besides the shaking when idle, car ran like it was new (2009 Honda Accord)Firestone is barely ok with just doing tires ... and even then, they over torque the lug nuts since majority do not use a torque wrenches ... they just use a pneumatic drill and over torque and then you have to fix the lug nuts that are stripped .. once you have to do any other work that involves removing tires down the road. They quote you and hope you will say ok, taking advantage of people and or women, hoping that you will say "just do it", not ok to do at all ... shops need to actually know how to do their jobs!Avoid any Firestone at all costs when issues with your vehicle arise. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Take it to a mechanic, please!

They scammed my sister when she made an appointment for their $30 standard oil change and they proceeded to do a premium oil change without her permission and charged her about $130. They tried saying the standard oil couldnt work for her car which was a complete lie. False advertisement and a bunch of thieves.

Thursday 8/31: Took my truck, GMC SIERRA SLT 4x4, in for a front end alignment. It's supposedly aligned but they DIDN'T notice that my driver side CV AXLE was BROKEN and needing replacing.Friday 9/1: While driving to my parents house noticed a loud clanky/grinding noise.. asked my brother and father for their opinions.. met my brother at his house to have him check. Took him 20mins to remove it. He'll be installing a new one on Friday 9/8/2023.

I have been coming here for over 20 years. Cindy Monique and Justin always treat me very well and give me the best service ever. I really appreciate their advice to help me keep my truck running the very best it can. Can not afford a new vehicle right now due to inflated prices so it is great to have a place I can trust and go to on a regular basis. I kind of showed up on a short notice but they were able to work me in. They were super super busy so I was patient and my truck is in the best shape it has been in 10 years due to their help! Thanks y'all and a big shout out to technicians who are highly trained and skilled in their profession in the back I know it is hot and the days are long I really I really appreciate all the hard work you do! Just a heads up to those who are reading this review if they do recommend a service it is probably because your vehicle needs it and is a safety issue so do not ignore their advice. Yes I highly recommend them go see them they will treat you right.
