I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Ed Hicks Infinity. When my car unexpectedly died, I called Bobby in the service department and he quickly provided me the contact information for an Infinity tow truck to pick it up.Once the car arrived at the dealership, Bobby kept me updated on the technicians' diagnosis and the solutions they recommended. I really appreciated how communicative he was throughout the entire process.I was able to pick my car up the very next day after dropping it off. When I arrived, Bobby greeted me attentively and made the checkout process smooth and efficient. Within minutes, I was back on the road with a fully repaired vehicle.The customer service from Bobby and the whole service team at Ed Hicks Infinity made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. I felt informed at every step. I will definitely recommend them and plan to return for any future auto needs.

Going to any dealership alone as a female is always daunting. I always feel like I m going to get taken advantage of. I didn t feel that way at Infiniti. The salesman Leslie was exceptional. Never pressured me and the process was so quick even after leaving to grab lunch and coming back. Best car buying experience I ve ever had.

Shane was quick & professional. Hard to break away from work he took care of everything for me worked this deal over the phone .JoJo in financing was also another blessing . She was very personable and made me feel important and went the extra mile with my finances in mind and worked a great deal.Highly recommend Ed Hicks infinite and the staff .

My wife and I found our visit to the Infiniti dealership in Corpus Christi to be a delightful experience. Our Sales rep Leslie Jones was extremely courteous and helpful. The rest of the staff was equally as wonderful and helpful. We are delighted with our new Infiniti QX 60.

This dealership is amazing. From my initial buying experience to installing Yakima cargo equipment, service, pickup and providing loaners, Cody has been instrumental. Excellent after sales customer service provided by Cody. I was hesitant switching from a navigator to Infiniti qx80 but I can well say now that I am glad I did. Cody provided customer service second to none and has been since my purchase. Ask for Cody when visiting the dealership.

The family and I walked into this dealership and felt welcomed from the beginning. Cody was great and made time for us, explained everything to us and kept in communication with us during the entire process. They gave us a more than fair value for our trade it and a great price on their Infiniti QX 80. Cody also gave us piece of mind with a great warranty that sealed the deal for us. I would definitely buy another car from Cody and Ed Hicks Infiniti.

People make or break your brand. After getting an oil change at minute man on Airline that resulted in a wrong filter ,leak, and loose under carriage cover that came loose on a road trip; I took Lawrence (my baby) home to Ed Hicks Infiniti. Robbie and Marissa took care of Lawrence and me. The empathy and determination to get things corrected with no judgement is sincerely appreciated. My car was squeaky clean and detailed also! Thank you for above and beyond service. I will never go anywhere else again!

Seriously, get your car here! Really great dealership and great people! I enjoyed working with Cody! He knows how to serve customers and made me a lifetime customer! I visited 10 dealerships and test drove 16 cars before deciding on the car here at Ed Hicks Infiniti. Much of the reason I didn't buy was mostly because the customer service was not good or the cars were not clean, not presentable. Thankfully after a very long and frustrating process, I decided to check out a car here. The price was very close to the lower half of the Kelley Blue book value and when I arrived, the car was clean and ready for a test drive. Deal! Great car, great price, they met my needs on payment and it was a deal. They worked with my bank so easily. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Cody. It was also a breath of fresh air to meet Jack. He is one of the gentleman that makes final approvals and it was truly a pleasure meeting a decision maker that didn't have a stuffy "suit" personality. Very nice, welcoming, and nothing like the hoity toity's or sleeziness you might come across at other lots. Save yourself a huge headache and shop here for your next ride. You'll have no regrets.

I have owned three Infiniti Q50s and I have visited Ed Hicks Infiniti four times since re-locating to Corpus Christi. I won't address the previous three, but I will say that this visit was a huge departure from my previous experiences. I was greeted in a timely fashion, was made to feel welcome, did not feel like an inconvenience to the service writer, she was polite, professionally dressed, knowledgeable, and gave me the type of service I was accustomed to from my dealer in Boerne.Ms. Jacqueline Garcia was impressive with her knowledge and all through her recommendations I was amazed. At first glance you may silently question her ability, but when she engages you in conversation, you understand that she is focused and knows her business. I even went as far as asking her what made her so different from my previous experiences. Her response was that she understands that Infiniti owners do pay a higher price for their vehicles and she understand and appreciates the responsibility that comes with helping those customers. That pretty much summed up my expectations.As a footnote: I don't know if Ms. Garcia is part of a paradigm shift in how Ed Hicks does business going forward or if it was just her. That is why I do not usually leave positive reviews. Now, they have to live up to the standard that she set. Anything less will be a disappointment and that can be a tough hill to climb for any business.

Just wanted to give a shout to the amazing customer service provided by the Infiniti dealership in Corpus Christi.In the past 6 months I have been there twice for maintenance on my car and Marissa Vargas handle everything and really made it easy for a in and out service. She definitely went above and beyond. Especially when I came in the one time and gave me a loaner on the spot while my car got worked on and was able to take care of an important matter. Thanks again Marissa for everything and the hard work from Infiniti. God bless .

Ed Hicks Infiniti is up-front, provides CarFax for free, and has been working with us to get out of a horrible online car deal. Save yourself the hassle and just come here first. And NEVER purchase from iDrive Houston. Thanks Kyle and JoJo. Looking forward to those cooled seats!

Poor customer service and not honoring the Infiniti warranty. Took my 2019 QX50 in to reset the Flat Tire Warning following replacing the tire. The service person was rude and did not even look to see the issue we were concerned about. Wanted to charge me $180 to diagnose the problem and needed an hour or more. Took my Infiniti to another tire dealer who reset the warning in minutes at no charge, even though I did not purchase the tire from them. I am in the market for a new SUV, it won t be an Infiniti after this experience.

They took the time to sit down with us and hear the issues we were having with our 2019 QX80 and worked an amazing deal to get us into a new 2023 QX80. We love our new QX80! I just bought this used QX56 yesterday evening. The Staff was pleasant to be with and extremely helpful. I knew what I wanted to look at and was greeted promptly without the feeling of an aggressive sales person. They valued my trade-in fairly and the price of the QX56 was just below fair market value. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle with an honest approach to customer care.

I purchased a car online and was supposed to be certified, after 2 weeks of owning the vehicle I found out they sold me a vehicle that had 2 bent rims and had to argue with them to reimburse me the money to fix the wheels. they NEVER paid so I had to go to corporate to finally get my money. Manager was unprofessional and as far as I am concerned they all are shady personnel. DO NOT buy a vehicle from them.

Experienced great frustration at car dealers in Corpus Christi and San Antonio. However at Ed Hicks Infiniti our salesman Kyle and Mister Eddie were very personable, friendly and handled our search professionally.We never once felt like they were trying to take advantage , they listened closely to what we had to say and were respectful. Kyle offered to deliver the car to my house no charge. (Please give Kyle a raise). If you are in need of a car, I would suggest coming here during your search and experience the difference. Thank you
