Fastest and easiest time I ve had at a dealership, ever! Staff was very professional and very polite. Our sales woman Kelly was very knowledge of the vehicles they had and made a really good recommendation on our new vehicle we purchased!

DriveTime was amazing and I recommend them to anyone who is searching for a car with good miles and the whole works depends on your preference but our experience was wonderful!!! But I definitely recommend this place!!!also the assistant general manager Robert Guerrero was an amazing salesman/manager he went above and beyond for my family and i and had extreme patience for us through the process he gets a five star as well!!!

Kelly had great customer service skills. She had time to explain everything to us. If we had a question, she answered it or found the answer. Kelly listened to what we wanted and didn't push other vehicles on us. Drive Time works fast. We filled out the questionnaire on the app last night and we're called at the same time. Schedule our visit next day with our promised interest rate discount. Inventory was good and we bought our Ford! Thanks Kelly for your patience and "no pushing" attitude, we great appreciated it. Go see Kelly at Drive Time!

I ve had my vehicle for a few months now. Overall, I am happy with my vehicle but a couple of things stood out to me. First, the gas tank was completely empty upon leaving the lot. Second, I kept getting notifications about the oil needing to be changed. I figured maybe the sensor just needed to be reset but I was wrong. The oil was black as coal. I have been getting low tire pressure since I drove off the lot. Again, I thought it may have just been the sensor. After putting air a few times, I took my vehicle to check the tires and was shocked. The two rear tires were full of patches. I now understand that some car lots don t give you a tank of gas, an oil change or half decent tires. You live and you learn. If you need a decent vehicle in a pinch and don t have much money, yes I would recommend DriveTime. However, if you have the means to go elsewhere, I would suggest that. Also, the staff was very friendly and professional so no hate towards them. My next purchase will likely not be DriveTime.

I did my entire process through text with Robert, I ended up choosing a small car. I live 2 hours away from the closest location. I came in to finalize and pick up the car. Once I got here I hated the car, and hated that I hated it lol!Ended up being able to work with Kelly there, and she got me into a beautiful small SUV, with the same down, same monthly, and then it turned out that my insurance was lower with the new vehicle.They were so nice and they did not make me feel bad for being picky about the vehicle. They had an extreme amount of patience with me being a first time buyer.. and it was an easy approval process, even after I was denied from a Toyota dealership. I 10 out of 10 would recommend drive time.. and 100 out of 10 would recommend Robert and Kelly!
