Came here literally 3 min to closing with a complete flat. These guys didn t make any faces, or reminded me that they are closing or anything like that. They didn t even look at their clock to indicate the time. They just continue the service with no problem. I truly appreciate that they didn t leave me stranded for the night. Great job guys. Thank you

The guys at the SPID location are great. Diego is a leader in customer service. I ordered a set of tires and wheels from them and even when the original tires were too wide for my liking they got them swapped out in 2 days without any hassle. They go the extra mile and are enjoyable to deal with. I ve had tires from Discount Tire for many years and they have always honored their agreements to repair the tires when I get a flat. This is the only outfit I will do tire business with.

Can t ask for better service than what I just received from Jason and his team her at the SPID & Weber location. Top notch professional service and great tires for your vehicles. My Ram 1500 is looking sharp. Thanks

Great customer service.I unfortunately had further problems with my car when they removed my tire to change a flat. Jason the manager was helpful every step of the way to get me taken care of and truck towed away.

Every time I go here, I am surprised by how professional and courteous and kind the workers are here. Would highly recommend.Plus the music they play in the lobby is clean Christian music, so an added plus.This store is very well managed.

I go to this place often, they check my tires, for free. They update me on status and quality. Friendly guys, always in good moods. Nice customer service. Cold bottles of water available.

Great service and efficient. After explaining that my mom uses her car just for church, lunch with friends, and the grocery store, Matt showed me the most logical options (didn't try to oversell), confirmed that the tires were on hand before paying (they were), answered all my question, and got me out with 4 new tires within an hour from start to finish (it helped that I scheduled an appointment). They were professional, courteous, and earned my business. Keep up the good work.

They were very friendly and they had tires that I need in stock. Did not have to wait long. If you need tires for a reasonable price i would highly recommend them.

Went to the SPID Location after the one on Staples wouldn't provide the service, kept pushing windshield wipers, and said they couldn't rotate my tires unless I bought their $200 lug nuts. SPID Location was very respectful, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Wish I would have gotten the names from both places so I could praise those who deserve it and warn others of "scam" artist.

Angel was very fast and extremely friendly when I came by to get my tires filled with air. Even though it was hot and he was tending to the long lines of other drivers who needed air. He took care of me as if he just stepped outside. He let me know I was all good and that there was no need to worry about my tires depth for a little while. Very kind and I appreciate his help! Give him my thanks! I will be back for more services thanks to your excellent customer service!

Discount Tire has gotten it done for me and my family for decades. They are efficient, economic, and provide top notch customer service. This visit, my wife had run over a nail. The tires were new and purchased from Discount Tire. They honored the warranty, no questions asked, and replaced the tire. Out the door for a $20 warranty renewal. They even made sure all the other wheels and tires were doing well and put the spare back where it belongs. With an appointment (easy to make and recommended to do so) I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

I Discount tires i have been a customer over 10 yrs if not longer. I love that they are nationwide since we like to travel for vacay. We have had 2 incidents one in san marcos, one in new Braunfels where in post cases needed new tires. Ive had warranty and just paid $20 for a brand new tire. So yesterday this happened heard two noises while driving down I-37 and kept going to hear a few seconds later car not sounding right and ride not smooth. So my tire shedded and gave out. Went to Weber location and tlked with a Rudy. He hooked me up with excellent service and my much needed tire. Was in and out in about an hour. Uk ill be back..

I took my vehicle in because one of my tires had been leaking air. The employee that helped me was super rude and patronizing during the initial inspection of my tires, then ended up telling me I needed 4 new tires and ended with asking me how I wanted to get this done .I purchased all 4 tires a little over 2 years ago and have driven minimally during that time so I m very confused as to what the initial findings of my tire inspection were (since he also didn t offer to show me anything on the tablet he was doing the inspection with). I opted to see the price for one tire and was quoted $160 as a courtesy price. I called my husband who told me to leave and that he would take my vehicle somewhere else.

Had a great experience with Adam. Showed up to buy 4 new tires and needed to be out by a certain time. They got super busy and Adam made sure I was out by the target time slot. He showed leadership and took the initiative to make sure I was happy. Will be loyal to this place for that. Bought 4 new BFG KO2's.

There are more people in line to air up their tires than cust inside to buy tires..I drove by and could not find a parking spacr so i could go inside..Went somewhere else..

I came in for them to check a tire they told me that the tire isn t repairable and refused to put it back on. I had no spare tire so I decided to buy a new one (no choice) since the car is all wheel drive I had to buy a complete set of 4 tires. Every time I would turn the tires would rub. The tires were way too big and I had to get them replaced at the discount tire in Austin. The discount tire in Corpus refused to admit that they put on way too big of tires, but the discount tire in Austin admitted that they were in the wrong and they put in way too big of tires. I would never go here again.

If you should ever have a need to visit a tire shop...please go here! The staff went above and beyond to help me get home! Super nice, friendly & knowledgeable! I got a flat after work (after 5:20ish), called to see if I could get there before closing (6pm), they no worries & waited for me. I panicked & barely made it to the spectrum parking lot, one gentlemen ran out there to ck on me. Got to the shop on a prayer, they looked up the tires I had to so they can be ready when I get there. Same gentlemen even went out of his way to pick up my tire from a near by sistershop ...Truly life savers! Thank you gentlemen for your help!

This is where I buy my tires from. I went because my tire pressure was low on one of my tires. There wasn't a long line, only one car in front of me to check the tire pressure. The young man was very nice, he checked the tire pressure on all my tires. I had a screw on one of my tires. He said he could check it and if it could be patched-up, they do it for free even if you didn't buy the tires from them. Luckily it was a very small screw and didn't need to be patched-up.
