Jonathan A. was absolutely amazing! He's extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of properly and quickly. We are roadies and now on a month long trip across our native Texas. When we got to our campsite last night near Padre Island, we noticed a nail in a front tire. This morning we got to the closest Discount Tire. Didn't have an appointment, they were filled up. But they got to us quickly anyway, fixed that tire and checked the others, while we ate an amazing breakfast across the way, then bam! It was fixed. And under warranty. I asked one fella what we owed, he said, "you owe me to go have a fun day." We live in Tucson, Arizona. We wouldn't go anywhere else. And they are always soooo friendly! Thank you, Discount, for saving our trip!

I woke up to a flat tire on 12/20/23 filled it and drove straight to the store at opening. I expected a long wait, but they were able to get me out the door in 20 minutes! This store and crew are top notch. They always do quality work in my experience and were able to help me out when I really needed it. This is the reason I consistently purchase tires only through them.

The guys at Discount Tire go above and beyond for their customers. I ordered some tires that were questionable for my particular truck, so they decided to test them and ensure there was no issue for me. They also always look for ways to help customers save. Thank you guys so much, especially Alex and Jonathan for helping me.

Do not recommend. IRREPARABLY DAMAGED THE SIDEWALL OF MY TIRE. I brought a tire here for a patch repair, dropped it off still on the rim on Monday 9/20. Picked it up Tuesday 9/21. The hole in the tread was repaired, but there is a large chunk missing from the sidewall near the rim. The sidewall was fine when I dropped the tire off. It appears it was damaged while dismounting or mounting the tire to the rim. I brought this up to them and was told "the cords are not showing, its safe to drive on." The missing chunk is more than 1/4 of an inch deep. I took the tire elsewhere where I was recommended it is NOT SAFE. So now I am out a $200 tire. Totally inexcusable damage to an otherwise fine tire.

I just needed to have my tire pressure checked. The gentleman did a great job with a long line of cars. He was quick, efficient and professional. I love Discount Tire!

Took my F350 with custom wheels in to be rotated. Worker told us a bolt was stripped on one of the caps. After leaving(my fault) I noticed at least 6 of the 8 were stripped. It took them 20 minutes to tell me one was stripped. I had just washed the wheels 2 days prior and nothing was noticeable. Now you can see the marks on all the bolts!We cannot take it back so are stuck with it!

Went here a couple months ago for alignment check because my car was shaking when braking. The guy told me I didn t need it bc my tires were too new. Finally getting my alignment done months later and they told me it was way off . Not sure why he turned down my service when I clearly needed it as my car was still shaking. Seemed to me he just didn t want to service me out of laziness.

Great place and great service. Had a nail in a tire. Took about an hour to patch it and get out of there. Don't let the king lines fool you. They will get you in and out before you know it. This is my go to place for tires.

I blew a tire with my baby in the car while my husband was out of town and I couldn't get to Discount Tire until after they were closed. I spoke with two different team members who said they were still working and reassured me that they would be there to help me when I arrived. I brought my tire on the rim, they had the one I needed in stock, they changed it and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. The kindness, patience, and quality of this establishment is unmatched. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, readiness and expeditious work. Thank you Discount Tire for helping me in such a stressful situation, I'll never forget it. I'll be back soon to get all new tires and service. I appreciate y'all so much!

Everyone was very kind upon entering the store. Alex showed great customer service and assisted me in selecting the right size tires. He even saved me some money which I used to select rims as well. Installation took an hour and a half at the most. My factory rims were nicely placed in the bed of my truck and my spare reinstalled correctly. Jon at check out was excellent , got me credit on an old tire. Y all are provided great service kudos to your staff! I m very happy with the new tires and rims.

John helped us out today. Outstanding job taking care of us. I ran over a brick yesterday and ruined two rims. Really thankful you had some great looking wheels and highly rated tires in stock. Car looks great and service was wonderful!

Never had a bad experience here. Another place charged 4 dollars for air. 2 days later 2 valve stem caps came off. Discount is no charge for air and the replaced vaps.

Go ANYWHERE else. Ive been a customer for years, but after this store, most likely will never visit another location.On the first occasion my car was returned to me with a dead battery.On the second I was called to have an ordered (and paid) tire installed only to be told I was at the end of a 90or dont call me saying your ready when you arent.To make matters worse I explained this to Charles(the rep who was assisting , who proceeded to play word games about getting me on a lift at this time or that etc. Charles, thats 90 minutes from now, and id rather you not insult my intelligence, im not a child. Its one stupid tire, I understand you have a line, but your error is not on me as the person you misled into driving in on a tire that has belts showing. Failing to accommodate customers at an hour they cant even seek alternatives, particularly those who have already paid is downright unprofessional, and the reason discount will be losing my business, with the addition of any others managed by Mr Clay Lee. If this is how you conduct your business, you dont deserve to remain in business.Edit: When I say the tire was unserviceable, this happened after leaving discount on my way to get this serviced at SPID walmart. This business does not care about customer care or safety in the slightest.

The service here is incredible. The sales rep took their time with me and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and service. Jonathan, Connor, Jose, Danny, and Trey were all great. The technicians did a great job on my vehicle and I am extremely happy. Will definitely be back for all my tire and wheel needs for my vehicles. 5 Stars all the way!

Setup an appointment for Rotation, Balance and Inspection. Checked in vehicle 15 minutes early as requested and was out the door in an hour. The store on Staples is usually very busy on Saturdays but I needed to travel and is was my best time. Definitely recommend this store! They are not perfect there have been some past issues but they bend over backwards to make it right!

This time I dropped my truck off for a tire pressure sensor error and tire rotation at 11:30am. Show up at 4pm for pick-up. The notes from the man who helped were obviously not read by workers. I was told no issues and tires rotated. I asked if they changed the tire pressure sensor and said no. Went to my truck and started it.....TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR ERROR! The shaved head guy who was helping me when i came to pick it up blamed the guy who originally helped me (who wasn't there) and wrote up the instructions. How convenient! Not even there to defend himself.Previously (1 1/2 years ago, same location) when I bought these rims and tires, I ordered Toyo tires and some rims. Showed up to get my tires and found they got different tires (Yokohama) than what I payed for. Told they were a more expensive tire but give them to me for the same price. Didn't even get a phone call that they substituted the Yokohama tires for the Toyo tires. Then the manager wanted to charge me extra for the tire pressure sensors. Couldn't believe it, argued with the manager and finally gave me the sensors at no cost.Overall this Discount Tire location on Staples in Corpus Christi Texas has the worst customer service and terrible management that i have ever experienced. I have bought tires from locations in Nevada and Utah and always had great service with awesome employees who took care of me.My experiences at this location makes me want to re-think giving this company my business in the future.
