Great service! I needed new tires badly. My fiance and I bought them online and scheduled our appointment for the following week. By then, the tires were on sale. They applied the discount for us, and because we decided to keep two of the tires they took a bit more off the price. They were nice enough to put a protector down in the trunk of my jeep to not damage the carpet back there. We arrived almost an hour early and they were able to squeeze us in. The guys at the counter we kind and professional.

Amazing service! Went in as a walk in at 5:30pm for bolt in my tire. Had purchased our tires there a few months back and had road hazard. They fixed my tire and I walked out in 50 minutes! Very professional, courteous, and friendly! Kudos for efficient workers in our world today! Good people. Definitely recommend this location.

Lloyd was a very patient & helpful young man who asked me what I needed, I told him air in the tires, proceeded to ask me how much air, I told about 35 psi, & he gave me exactly that, noticed I had a slight leak in my rear passenger tire, recommended me a patch & politely asked me if I needed a tune up or anything else, overall an outstanding & knowledgable employee & man who most expect to see from. He even noticed my treading was getting a bit low!

Broke down on the way to Houston stopped at this location. Nick was so courteous and was able to get me in and out within 45 minutes. Great job guys.

They have check my tires 4 times now and said I need new wheels because they won't clean my valve stem holes on my alloy wheels. I will purchase metal dually stems and talk to the manager. My tires are new KO2s purchased from discount at this store !!! I am an old tire guy and know for a fact the wheels can be cleaned the employees are lazy and trying to make a big sale sorry not happening here !!

Unsatisfactory service. They never took care of my vehicle and I had to go somewhere else. I waited over an hour and a half for a tire repair and rotation. The tire was still under warranty, from them. They said they'd take care of it, knowing that I had a limited amount of time, and then did nothing.

Wouldn t recommend!!! When we took our car to them to get new tires they cross threaded the lug nuts and when we went to take off the tires to replace our breaks they broke in half and then when we told them they said they re not responsible.

During a recent road trip, I had the fortune of experiencing the epitome of exceptional service and unwavering generosity at a tire store. It is with utmost pleasure that I share my gratitude and commend the Discount Tire store for their invaluable assistance, without charging a dime.Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident right from the start. I explained my predicament I rented a rental car from Budget Rental and both front tires were ready to burst in the middle of nowhere, far from home and the Discount Tire team immediately sprang into action, ready to lend a helping hand.To my pleasant surprise, not only did they swiftly assess the damage to my tire, but they also graciously REPLACED BOTH TIRES free of charge. The level of expertise and efficiency displayed by the Discount Tire store's technicians was nothing short of remarkable. They worked diligently, ensuring the repair was done to perfection, all the while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.What struck me most about this Discount Tire store was its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, evident in its decision to forgo any charges( installed two tires for free without any service charges). While I expected to pay for the repair service, their act of generosity left a lasting impression on me. The service was great. I got a flat tire and unfortunately it was in an area that made it not repairable. Since I had bought the warranty on my tires they gave me a new one. The only thing I paid for was the warranty on the new tire. While there they also rotated and balanced my tires. The only complaint I have is that the tires were all left at different psi but I completely understand that those guys worked hard all day and I was literally the last person to have their vehicle serviced. Will definitely go back when I need anything tire related.

Always courteous and they try to get you in and out as soon as they can when you come in at your scheduled appointment time. They listen to your concerns and they try to find the right tire for you so that you feel comfortable with your purchase. My tire was prorated due to wear before the warranty expired and they discounted the new tire with no haggling or attempt to get around it.

Thee customer service of these FINE young men lol is excellent but seriously they do a great job for having do many people and so many things to do. I go in I'm greeted courteously and taken care of very swiftly I've used them for all my tires on every single car I've had since I got my license.

Kyle helped me out and he was amazing. I had a tire that was vibrating at high speed and I thought it was just needing to be re-balanced. Turned out the tire was separating internally. Ended up buying 2 new tires but Kyle showed me the defective tire (bought elsewhere) and it definitely was coming apart from the inside. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half.

Customer service was great, helped out very quickly. Great deal on premium tires at a good price, don't forget the free services with rotations and tire repairs, what else can you ask for in a tire shop!

Was able to make a 10am appt online to have 4 new tires installed on my flat bed trailer. Pulled in at 10:03 and there was a service tech standing outside waiting on me! Directed me to the proper service bay and I was in and out with no issues or complaints. Thanks for the excellent service and I'll definitely be back.

I've purchased tires for our vehicles and trailers @ Discount Tire-Calallen for about 11 years now. And as always, my service today, was excellent. I've just never taken the time to write a review. I had an appointment for new tires @ 3:15. I was met in the parking lot before I made it inside, they took my payment, offered me water, texted me the progress and I drove away @ 3:45. The inside crew is courteous and knowledgeable and the shop guys are always husting. Totally impressed!

While driving from San Antonio to Corpus Christi our tire somehow was punctured, but with run flats we were able to make it to this location. Before getting there I called and spoke with Kyle to make sure they had a replacement tire in stock he advised they did and was upfront about the wait time that day. Upon our arrival he was very considerate of our situation and personally took care of the tire replacement himself and we only waited an hour. This was a Saturday and as you can imagine they were extremely busy. We appreciate the outstanding customer service Kyle provided! The staff in general were very courteous and professional.

Bryce! So helpful and engaging. Thank you for a wonderful experience after having a rough night fixing a flat. I have been buying my tires for all my vehicles at discount tire for years now and I will continue to do so mainly due to the customer service!Update: that first part was years ago and today I took my truck in for tires and STILL great service!

I had a front tire go bad on me. I checked in at 4:15. Kyle told me itnpuld be a. Hour to get change done. He noticed my wipers were shot, and he sold me a new much pair. Got out at 5:20. Excellent service as usual. Don't forget to tip the service guy that replaces the tires!

Too many negative experiences with this specific location... My family and I moved here about 8 years ago. We used Discount Tire in our home city for years without any issues, and they were always extremely friendly and helpful. NOT TRUE at this location in Calallen! As I said, I have too many negative experiences to list them all, but I'll share some of the more absurd. 1) My mother purchased a new SUV in 2021. One weekend, 11 months after the purchase, she had a "low pressure" warning on 2 tires, but each one was only a few psi under. So, she stopped by to have them filled... but rather than fill the low tires, she was informed that she needed to purchase new tires because they we too worn. This was on an 11 month old vehicle with 13,000 miles! 2) Last Fathers Day (2022), my 71yr old father had a stroke. The day after, I needed to drop the car off at the hospital for my mom. However, I noticed one of the tires was almost flat. I checked the tire and found a nail in the tread about 1.5 inches from the sidewall. I ran to Discount to have it patched... NOPE. They said it was too close to the sidewall and the tire needed to be replaced... $238. No thanks! I took it to the dealership (Hicks Nissan) and the tire technician there literally laughed out loud when I told him what they said. It would have been $20 for the repair, but they were kind enough to wave the fee because my dad was in the hospital. 3) My 2 oldest daughters got new Nissan SUV's on the same day. A little over 2 years later, they both needed new tires. We went to Discount and purchased 2 new sets, including all the add on warranties. A few months later, it was due for a rotation. So, we made an appointment and my daughter (17 at the time), took it to them the following day. They told her that the tires were not serviceable and that she needed to purchase 4 new tires... She didn't know what to do so she left. On her way to work, she called and told me what they said. I went with her the next day to figure out why they would tell her something so ridiculous. Of course, they apologized and said someone must have gotten something confused... or maybe they were trying to take advantage of a 17yo girl who doesn't know anything about tires?Needless to say, we won't be going back. Not to this location anyway.

picked up a huge screw on one of my tires. And I wasn't sure if I even had coverage.Luckily I was nearby when it happened. Jason came out right away to see what I needed. He said come in and we'll take a look to see what we can do.Jason was very helpful and professional. He made sure to take care of my tire issues very economically, efficiently, and with safety in mind.I am very pleased and satisfied and will be returning for any tire needs.Jason was a blessing to me.
