Best place in town to get your tires . Good staff always honest and they hustle.. congrats to all the staff allstars. They even send you to reliable sources if they cant help you. It gets busy at times but they are good at prioritizing the customer. Great experience everytime buy your warranty

The guys here are pretty fast. I was quoted 30 minutes after making an appointment, and received my car in 20! Awesome work.

I have run flats as standard equipment on my car. Rt front lost all pressure. Discount tire didn't have the tire in stock but located a tire for me in SA. It was at the the store by early afternoon. Tire had a warranty which I had forgotten about. Expected to pay for a high dollar tire. Pleasantly surprised that it only cost me fifty bux out the door. The tech was courteous and efficient as were the employees in the showroom. I've purchased lots of tires over the years and have never had a bad experience.

Got here on time for my appointment just came in for a slow leak n balance ended up getting 2 new tires with the guarantee of it being 45 mins I specifically said I'm on my lunch I have to be out of here in 45 mins the guy said yes we have a full staff and all bays are fullong staffed.. tell me why I go outside to sit and I see the guy barely getting my car in bay 1hr later not even been worked on.... everyone else who didn't have an appointment was out of there before me.. then when they are done I see that they didn't even do my windshield wipers.. then i drive off onlybto feel it pullong bad to the right... it wasnt like this when i came in.. then they say well it may need an Alignment... no it wasn't like this when I came in . I told the guy u hurried to do the job cuz u were already behind didnt even replace my wipers u more than likely rushed and didn't do something right on discount tires part....tell me why the guy in front lies and says they are behind because they are short workers... so who is lying... a discount is in order as I was lied to and now I'm late to work.... appointments don't mean anything here and lies are what they say to cover why they are behind or to sell u tires

Competitive tire prices, pretty quick service, that s what the two stars are for. Buyer beware. You might go in needing a new valve stem or a patch, they re gonna try to convince you that you need a new set of tires, a spare, wiper blades and anything else they can think of. Especially if you re a woman. Don t let them fool you with the we can t let you leave here with your tires/wheels in that condition . I guess commission is more important than taking care of your customers.

Staff is extremely helpful! They took the time to talk to me about what would be done with my tires and gave me an estimated wait time of 30-45 minutes. I was in and out in less than that. Top notch customer service goes a long way.

First time customer here, been in there twice this week. It s a bit out of my way with dozens of shops in between but I don t mind if it s worth my time and they respected mine. These guys were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional and personable.Justin took care of me today and was on point, all the way around!Colton helped me the first time and was also great to work with. Thank you guys.

I love this place. I had a crew member about to go to Michigan for a special assignment. I noticed the tires were in very bad condition at least for the drive from Texas to Michigan. Now I have a contact from the very first time I ever visited Discount stores. Anthony Brown way out in California told that they take care if there customers. So I called his store and told him my urgency and location, wow wow wow, it didn't take him long to give me a location and instructions apon my arrival. The sales associate I met at the store listened and made one phone call to California. Looked at our tires , showed us what he had in stock. Yadda yadda yadda and we were in and out and he was on his way to Michigan. Thank you guys so much he did make it safely. Two thumbs up and a very well deserved thank you to MrTony Brown somewhere in California earning another lifelong customer.

Bought four new Cooper ATP2 Tires for my 2017 Ram 1500. Worked with Erik Isaac who is one of the Assistant Managers. By far the best service I ve had anywhere, much less Discount Tire. I ve been a Discount Tire Customer for life, but I ll never go anywhere other than the Greenwood location as long as Erik is working there. He only had 3 tires, but was able to get me rolling even on a new spare tire for an affordable price, and I wasn t even planning on replacing the spare tire just yet. Just came back today and they had my fourth tire ready and got me in instantly, and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Best service ever! Thank You Erik and somebody give this guy a raise!

Gotta get them 5 stars. We were traveling and needed to stop in as we got a flat, and I've dealt with Discount Tire for many years, and they were able to pull me up in their system as if I was local. Was able to get everything done in a reasonable amount of time and did not have to pay a penny. They always guarantee their warranties and also alert you when your tires are starting to get low as they really have a priority on safety. I'm very glad I deal with this company and encourage others to do so also!

usually pretty good here but got skipped 3 to 4 times yesterday. so I just left. why wait for service and get skipped multiple times then someone starts to help me but the guy stops him and has him attend to someone else in turn to make me wait some more. then takes the guy who was behind me.

The vehicle was promised at 330. Pm. After the vehicle sat in the same spot for 2 hours I brought it to there attention. The vehicle is still parked in the same spot. I spend close to 3k dollars and was treated like a tire rotation. I will never return here unless the manager can provide me with an adequate reason. Poor service!

This location was top-notch. Excellent staff! I had an appointment, and they got to me very quickly. Showed me all of my options after a quick evaluation/consultation. I got a really good set of tires and a great price, and they had it done in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

I stopped by to have my tire plugged, it was pouring rain ;and we were having a tropical storm coming ashore! They were great, quick and extremely friendly! They allowed me to get into my truck from inside the shop so I didn't have to go out into the monsoon outside!

The other store had a 3 hour wait and this Discount Tire quoted me an hour and a half. They had it done in one hour! They are friendly, helpful and fast. The store and restrooms were clean. They were a little further away for me to drive, but definitely worth it. I will come back to this store next time I need help with my tires.

Alejandro provided me with exceptional customer service today! Polite, helpful, knowledgeable and service with a smile. I just felt his 5 Star service deserved to be acknowledged. I came by to put air in my tires and left purchasing 4 new tires. I was also assisted by Kyle once inside who did a great job too.

Such great staff and service here I ve come here for years getting air in my tires I finally ran into a problem needing a new tire and they took such great care of me. They helped me out explained what was wrong and what I needed and gave me a good price also. The guys here are so respectful, professional, and welcoming. They all were very helpful!

THANK You Everyone at Discount Tire, I HAD MY WARNING LIGHT READING ON ALL FOUR TIRES AND ARRIVED TO THE AIR CHECK AREA FIRST LET THEM KNOW AND MY BACK TIRE WAS COMPLETELY FLAT TO THE POINT AIR WASN'T FILLING THE TIRE AT ALL SO SHORT TIME LATER ON MY WAY WITH A NEW TIRE EVERYONE THANK YOU AGAIN FOR BEING LIFE SAVERS

We stopped on to get my mother's tire pressure checked and filled if needed. Only took a few minutes and we were in n out quickly. The guy doing the checking was very polite and professional. I kinda wish he was under some kind of cover..at the time of us being there the temp had to have 95 or better. He kept going though..hot and sweat running down his face and into the eyes. Had no water..no head covering and nothing to clear the sweat from his eyes or face. So we gave him some clean paper towels to do it with. He was very thankful towards mother. She was very happy with his service as lil as it may have been. What a nice guy we're her words as we drove away. Maybe it would be a good idea to provide a water cooler near by..some fresh paper towels to clean up..and if possible a sun had or for of shade. These are hard working individuals who need to stay safe all around. Thank you Discount Tire for your excellent services and great employee's. The Rodriguez family.

Jessiah was very helpful and his customer service was excellent! I was in and out fairly quickly. Discount Tires is the only place we do business with because they have great prices and we've never had any problems. Every visit has always been a pleasant one.

I was extremely impressed with the service that I received from this store. I had concerns about my tires driving from Arizona to Corpus pulling a trailer. I spoke with Collin and he was very knowledgeable about the type of tire I should use. I made an appointment for a specific day. I arrived and Collin was immediately available. We talked about what I was going to purchase and he assured me it would be a good fit. They had a very busy shop, but within a half hour he and his team were working on my truck. I received a text within the hour that the truck was ready for pickup. When I arrived Collin double checked everything and explained things to me. It was the best service I could have received. I would recommend this store to anyone. I want to thank Collin and his team for a great job.Bob M.

I was helping an elderly couple with a flat tire on the highway. I took the tire to Discount tire for repair. It had 1 screw in it. Was told it wasn't repairable told me I needed a brand new tire. Asked them if they can repair the one I took. So I can get the elderly couple off the highway. And they told me no. I had explained to him about the elderly couple . But no help. I went to used tire place to buy them a used tire to get them back on the road again.
