I stopped for a car inspection, I was received by 2 gentlemen, both very courteous and professional, they requested my insurance and the inspection fee, they drove my car then checked the lights, horn, lights, etc. I m very pleased with the service.

Call to replace cracked fog light covers was going to be a plus an upgrade to LED lights received a phone call that my truck was ready the lights look wonderful but the main reason for my visit was not resolved they were giving me my truck back with cracked fog light covers. And they expected me to pay $400 when the main issue was not resolved Needless to say I told them take their lights out didn't get what I wanted

I wanted my truck inspected and they said my tint was too dark.They were charging me $150 to remove my tint from my truck. My truck comes with factory tinted rear windows.. WOW

After getting the run around & upsold with equipment I had no need for, while pricing around town for a good mid grade Apple CarPlay equipped stereo for my work truck , I landed at Custom Audio Tint & Alarm. As soon as I walked through the door the staff was extremely polite, helpful & professional- I explained exactly what I was looking for & was set up with exactly that. Pricing was extremely fair on equipment & installation. The install was done efficiently (I did not sit there for hours ). I had a concern with the equipment later that afternoon, and Ryan made it right - no hesitation, no questions asked. The professionalism of these young men is impressive , needles to say they have earned yet another repeat customer , as I plan on returning for all of my audio & tint needs moving forward. It s a pleasure to do business with honest people.

Got tint done, came out with deep scratches, so I took it back, and they redid the job without a hassle. People there are friendly. Got 35% instead of 25% like I thought we agreed on. Also attached pics of the deep scratches in my tweeters/corner panels.

Embarrassed to say: I ended up visiting Custom Audio Tint & Alarm to pick up a breathalyzer device.Happy to report, the guys were very helpful in explaining and demonstrating the procedure for me. Even fielded a call when I was having issues-- totally didn't even have to but, they did.Good service here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the guys for your car needs.

*Had my car tinted*I went back and forth between the place the dealership recommended and these guys.Came down to pricing and honestly, the service and pleasantness of the person on the phone. Glad I went with this business. Family owned and operated , something I fully support - local business!Greeted and phone answered by one of the owners. Friendly, knowledgeable, and over all really good experience. Fair pricing and I'm happy with the end result/over all product. I am a complete novice when it comes to tint or doing anything to my car.Thanks, yall! Highly recommend.

These guys have everything generic and high end and everything between. I went in for an amp install.1. They didn't over charge me at all.2. The installer got it done quickly and correctly!3. They tuned my system and it's never sounded better!4. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Thanks guys

This business is new to me even tho I'm a former AutoTech. But I got to say I do appreciate getting my STATE INSPECTION DONE RIGHT !!! Ya it failed I almost never fail!!! TBTH never been so happy to have someone tell me my vehicle or the vehicle I'm attending to FAIL!!!SO THANK YOU , FOR DOING YOUR JOB RIGHT. We need more people in this "city to do their jobs right from the BOTTOM ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP". I will be doing business with this new and up and coming business!!! THANK U FOR PROTECTING THIS STATE AND "CITY"

These people are honest and very professional. They were prompt and very clean. They explained everything and got the work done for the price they quoted. This place is awesome! I even referred a friend with a bumper that was loose.

I went in today, March 12th 2018, to have my car windows tinted, the young man working the register was very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous, my car was done in less than an hour and a half, they did a wonderful job! And for such an affordable price, and all with a 5 year warranty, I am beyond pleased with the service I received, and will definitely be returning.

They did my tint within moments notice, didnt have to wait long. The craftsmanship though, they cut some pieces on windows poorly and are visible. 3 year warranty i believe so ill be back so they can fix hopefully.

I came to get the inspection here and the service was great! The wait was not too bad (10-15min) and afterwards Eddie Jr told me how I could improve my vehicle on several levels Very informative and very professional, Thank You!

I went into Custom Audio a few months ago to ask about getting a state inspection done. The older gentleman I worked with, I assume was the owner and was very professional. I came back during Spring Break and there was a much younger man working that looked just like the older gentleman (I assume was the son) and he told me a state inspection would be a thirty minute wait and I was the next one up. Thirty minutes later he told that there were five people ahead of me? It looked liked the 'friends' of the owner son showed up and I got placed in last. I left and went to the dealer for the inspection. I do not recommend going to Custom Audio when the son of the owner is working.

My bro took his jeep here and had his system hooked up sounds great. Custom Audio is a place i would definitely go back too, excellent customer service awesome prices great staffThanks guys. Will definitely recommend yall all day.

Did a couple of business with them,sound system,inspections,led lights,their work is good,otherwise I d not have gone back,went back on a Friday mid day,talked to one of the young guys in the front,he tells me to come back the next day on Saturday @ 9:00 am,get up early,on my day off,the other young guy,immediately tells me,no,today is Saturday,it s a short day for us,we are full,come back Monday,I m not feeling he wants to work,doesn t want to be there,doesn t want my business,They tell you to show up on a Saturday then tell you to come back the next Monday .wasted my time .Took my business to Competition Sounds.

I ve gone to get an alarm for my car as bought it in March 2021 because my car had been broken into twice in Corpus Christi since the pandemic started. When I get the alarm wasn t informed in the beginning that there were no refunds. When I paid $700 for these people to install the alarm in my car it still goes off all Krazy while driving or even after turning the car on it goes off like someone is stealing the car. I ve gone to these people 4 times and nothing been solve can t even get my money back. One day I showed up at custom audio with my family in the car while the alarm was going off. Starting from my house driving all the way out o custom audio just to prove my alarm has an mind of its own.alaways ask them if they would do a refund because I can t get my money back I sure didn t see a sign that says no refund. Still have the receipt and the person who s sold it to me. Just cause they can talk a good game doesn t always mean they know what they are doing.

Really good place to get state inspections done. Staff are very informative and have awnsers to your questions if you have them. They can get very busy so being there early will get you much faster service done.

This place tried to bluff me today. I ve done business here in the past and had very good luck, but today I felt pretty bad about this place. Took my windows in to get tinted in my F450. Because the truck has a man lift in the back of it, I explained to him they can t drive it in their bay. The gentleman explained that it wouldn t be an issue. I told him I would go enjoy lunch nextdoor while I waited on my vehicle.The gentleman came next door and told me that he was going to have to charge me $180 to tint two doors and the back glass which is about twice as much as usual, due to the fact it wouldn t fit in his bay(already told me that wouldn t matter), and due to the fact that it s a F450 which he said is a much larger truck. The cab of an F450 is identical to the cab of an F250 or F350. It basically has bigger brakes and beefier suspension.Not really happy with this experience and I m guessing it s time to shop around again. Not too concerned about the $180, and as a matter of fact, I m willing to pay another shop that much or more. I just don t like feeling deceived.

Had to deal with these folks several times to install and eventually remove a faulty device. The device company was terrible but the guys at custom audio were always helpful, friendly and did good work. I reccommend them as honest and helpful.

Terrible terrible place. Bad service. Rude "getto" people work there. Very poor workmanship then they get even ruder and offended when you ask them to fix it. I would not trust leave my vehicle at their shop. There are Plenty of more quality shops in town to have to deal with rude people who treat customers like they are stupid for wanting a job they pay for to be done right. Just find a more reputable place and you'll be glad you did.

Could not get a quote, the woman who answered said she would call me back twice, never did. So I'm assuming they have poor installations. I'll just stick with Competition Sounds. They got back to me quick. I wanted to give these ppl a chance, but nope they didnt want my buisness

This is my first time working with custom audio and it was a great experience and excellent work, I had some kickers installed in my truck and they sound amazing due to custom audio. Will bring all my future vehicles here

This place sucks. I called and asked for a price. Told them I was on the way there. I get there and have to wait to talk to Eddie. Then he tells me he has tp order parts. He could have told me that on the phone. Then the guy cops an attitude. Don't waste your time or money with this place. Go to a competitor....
